Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Valdez-Cordova

Beautiful home, very spacious, great location with an amazing view from all sides. I would highly recommend Sonya’s home to anyone who was going to Valdez for pleasure or business.

Best place that we stayed during our two week trip in Alaska. Amazing property with epic views. Incredible hospitality. Immaculate accommodations. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. An authentic Alaskan homestead that is off the beaten path. Loved it! Thank you Hannah and Jan!!

The Chalet was very comfortable and cozy with all the amenities. The best part was the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

Good location, clean, and all you need for a few days in Valdez. Very quiet and comfy bed. David was very responsive.

Ann's place was perfect for me and my family. Plenty of room and very comfortable for our party size. I was a bit skeptic with them living upstairs in same house was it was a non issue. I would recommend. Thank you.

Very peaceful but also very remote. Unfortunately we did not see any wild life or catch any fish. I would rent again.

Total gem of a place to stay in Valdez!

We arrived late at night, but awoke to amazing views. Mountains all around! One of the best rentals I’ve stayed in, even by Alaska standards. And the apartment was very clean and cozy. We were very happy to have so much space in the kitchen, considering the size of the apartment. And the host was sooo nice! Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

We had a great time in Cordova, staying at Jessica and Jay's place. I was there celebrating my 50th with friends, hiking, fishing, and exploring. The ground-floor apartment is well-equipped with a full kitchen and bath, making it nice for our length of stay. Jessica and Jay were super friendly and welcoming and always available if needed. We look forward to returning soon!

We enjoyed our stay at Ellyn & Casey’s place. The house was exactly as pictured and had the essentials we needed for our visit to the area. This was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Wrangell-St. Elias National Park as it fell somewhere in the middle between the northern and southern regions of the park. It is located in a very quiet area, but is a bit removed from town if that is something that is important for you (it didn’t bother us at all). Ellyn & Casey were communicative hosts who provided clear check-in/check-out instructions and detailed information for locating the property/cabin. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great place! Very clean and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay at Brittney's cabin! The cabin was cute, clean, comfy, and worked great for our family of 4 (two adults, two 8yr olds) and a dog. Nice big, private outdoor area with beautiful views---lots of space for the kids and dog to run around! We had fun fishing from the dock and loved seeing and hearing the loons.

Wow! What a place!! Me and my friends enjoyed our stay so much that we want to come back to this place again. This place should definitely win the best hosts award. The house was so beautiful and they put a lot of thought in every aspect. Sharon bought us some amazing home made muffins in the morning which are hands down the best muffins we had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a magical experience.

Would love to stay here again. Being next to the river was awesome. The cabin was small but clean and quiet. Just what I was looking for.

Adorable cabin surrounded by great hiking trails. Easy to find. Nabesna Road is worn in some places getting there but easily passable with 2 wheel drive in JulyThey have a binder with the Nabesna Road Trails and information about the area. The pellet stove was nice and cozy. I ended up having to cut my stay short but will be staying again when I drive through the area next summer.

Only issue was the TV didn’t work. It was a blessing. Didn’t need it. Kari was responsive and I’m sure it is something small that will be fixed quickly. I would absolutely stay there again.
