Perfect for what we were looking for. Very convenient ski in/out right off the slopes. Very responsive host and very clean.

The house, pool, and location are perfect! The house has everything and more you need. The pool and area around is perfect for swimming, grilling, and just relaxing. It's close to Cooks Forest that has plenty to do. We loved it here! Thank you Ruth Ann and Sara!

Mitchell’s Pond was very charming, restful and restorative for our families. We had two families of seven, both with five young children. The kids spent every morning fishing, and swam all afternoon. The ample yard space was great for playing games, and the kids enjoyed catching frogs and watching the many birds return to their nests. The houses are old farm houses, so they are not fancy and shiny, but they were charming and beautiful. The kids are already asking if we can go back next year.

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beyond the description. It was beautiful and extra roomy. We had a group of bridesmaids stay here for the weekend as we prepared for a friend’s wedding! Having a bathroom in each room was incredibly helpful for couples to get ready for the wedding. The location was extremely private but also close to Chautauqua Institution where the wedding was held. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful when booking. We would absolutely stay here again!

Michelle was very kind! Her empathy came to the forefront when she allowed us to keep one of our cars parked in the driveway for a few days after check out due to an emergency. If you'd like a quiet getaway with family, this is perfect! We also took a 45-minute car ride to Allegheny National Forest and spent several hours hiking. You can walk to the lake, and the public beach access is only a 15-minute drive (it has a very scenic view). Highly recommend!

Jody was very responsive to any questions and requests. The house was as pictured and was very spacious and clean. It is walking distance to a nice park. This is a very convenient location when we visit family in this area, so we will definitely consider Jody's property again in the future.

We had a great stay at this unique 1970s mid-century modern home! The standout feature was definitely the indoor pool—such a fun and rare amenity that made the stay extra memorable. The outdoor space was also a highlight, with a small playground that our kids loved and plenty of room to relax. The location was convenient—close to the lake and several great local breweries, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The house itself has a lot of vintage charm and character. While some areas could use a bit of minor maintenance or updating, nothing detracted too much from our overall experience. All in all, we’d give it a solid 4.5 stars. A great spot for a family getaway or a relaxing weekend with friends!

Sharon’s place was a great place to stay for the week as we transitioned to our new home in Erie. It suited all our needs well and we would stay again if need be! Great location close to all Erie has to offer.

Very cute and cozy lake house with beautiful sunset views - perfect for our weekend getaway. We especially enjoyed watching the antics of a family of ducks (with 8 ducklings!) as they passed by several times a day. Mary was great - she reached out to me before we had even arrived which I appreciated. All of her instructions were clear and easy to follow … a very positive experience overall.

We've stayed here many times. The convenient location is close to everything. Steph is a wonderful host.

Claire was very friendly and helpful with advice such as where to see Memorial Day parade. She helped me carry things to car when I was leaving.

Can't say enough good things about Tammy and the experience staying here. Everything was spotless, the process was seamless, and she is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to messages. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds are so comfortable. This was our family's second time staying here and we will continue to book her place whenever we are in town!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse! The space was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we especially loved the thoughtful breakfast treat that perfectly matched the theme—it was such a special touch! One of the coolest parts of the stay was getting to experience the free-range chickens, peacocks, ducks, and guinea fowl roaming the property—it added such a unique and fun touch to the whole atmosphere. The home itself is spacious making it an ideal spot for a larger group. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The host really made it feel homey. The beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent. A walkable neighborhood with stores and restaurants just a short drive away. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

We visited during my college graduation week and had a wonderful time at Lindsey’s place. She was always extremely proactive, informing us of anything we might need to know ahead of time, and responsive whenever we had a question! A few friends visited during our stay and complimented the place greatly. Would highly recommend this AirBNB!

it was a great stay the game room was not available nor the paddle boat there was a grill in the photo but had no access to it somethings I was looking farward too didn't meet what was described but we made the best outta it thanks the host is nice as well

Three retired old guys stayed here for a week's long steelhead fishing trip. The house was roomy and comfortable. Amenities were all good for our purposes. Patty, the host answered her phone each of the four times I called her with questions and provided the answers making our stay go uneventful.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this lovely home in Jamestown. It was a very large property, very serene, and peaceful. The home and surroundings were exactly as described in the listing. There was a beautiful sun porch for relaxing, overlooking a lovely pond, gazebo, and woods. The house was immaculate and our hosts were so kind to include coffee and bottled water for us. It was easy to find, close to town/restaurants, and very comfortable. Check/in and check/out were easy and very flexible. This was our first stay in an Airbnb and our hosts were so kind. We highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit the Jamestown area. And the price was very reasonable. Thanks for a great weekend!
