In Studio 27, every detail was taken care of so that the guest feels at home away from home. It has an equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable queen-size bed, with a 50-inch TV so you can enjoy your favorite series, it has a collection of photos of Tijuana, air conditioning, and the cherry on the cake is the spacious and modern bathroom. It has a washer and dryer outside the property. If you need an invoice, ask for it in advance and we will gladly give it to you.

Everyone is welcome regardless of their origin, culture, religion, orientation, etc. Less than 500 meters from the beach, the house is in a good location and has basic services. The main entrance and garage is shared with other Airbnb and hosts. If you are looking for more than just a place to stay on Airbnb, send us your request and any additional questions. Air conditioned, street level attached studio with a full kitchen and dedicated entrance. The studio is actually close to the beach, it takes about a minute to walk there. Located close to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants near the south end of the boardwalk. This place is attached to a house also on Airbnb with it's separate entrance and no shared areas.

Space to rest, close to the airport, university, American Consulate, Otay Garita and Alameda Otay Shopping Plaza. Very close to various shopping malls as well as excellent restaurants including: Gussepis and La Flor. The surrounding homes are inhabited by families so the atmosphere is very healthy.
