Beach house vacation rentals in Tijuana

Loved our quick weekend getaway! only item I would note is the spotting WIFI. sounds like it is the area, which is not surprising. We were fine as we had kiddos leave the ipads at home and brought board games! wanted to get away from online activites. Our cellular service did work. :-) Host was extremely responsive. as in mintues! and answered all questions. It is winter, but kiddos liked walking to the beach and throwing rocks into the water. since it is a rocky beach, the waves make a special sound. it was cool! Host did warn us about being cold and no heat in house. THANKS. we brought little heaters and it was not a problem at all! warmed up during the day. it was only night time that it dipped a bit. thank you and we enjoyed our stay.

Me and my family took the weekend trip to celebrate my birthday and the place was perfect. I have a big family and we all fit well. The place is beautiful and spacious. Thank you again to the host.

The house looks exactly like the photos, and the amenities & location are even better than you think! The neighborhood is easy to find, feels very safe, and is on a gorgeous scenic coastline. The house is spacious, furniture is very comfortable, and kitchen has utensils, pots & pans, seasoning, and coffee. The electronic bidets/heated toilet seats in all the bathrooms were a nice bonus. The master bathroom shower was especially luxurious. Board games, hot tub, lawn games & trampoline were perfect for our family. Note: there are very few restaurants & no grocery stores in the neighborhood, but Rosarito has shops 20 minutes' drive south. I highly recommend you visit Popotla fishing village by Rosarito and get some fresh-caught seafood to cook up at the house. We loved it here!

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!

The home was amazing. It had plenty of space and all the amenities needed. The home was a 2 min walk to the beach and in a private location. The terrace was a beautiful view of the beach and our favorite hangout spot. Ray always responded quick at any questions or needs. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

Ernesto was a great host. From the booking to the check out he was very communicative. We had an issue with the lights but he had someone go fix it right away. The home was very clean and spacious. We felt very safe since it is enclosed and we were able to park inside. Walking distance from the beach and there’s a cute cafe within a 2 minute walk. It is about a 12 minutes drive to the bars. Will definitely book again.

At first Luis wasn’t responding much but once the day arrived he was extremely helpful, responsive and very accommodating. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Location is good and felt safe in a gated community. Every room had a bathroom the rooms are big and lots of space. Parking in front of the house was available no issues.

Highly recommended, we only had a problem with the refrigerator, which was not a big deal and they tried to solve it as soon as possible, they were always attentive to it, which allowed us to have a great time thank you

My husband, daughter and I, stayed at Susie’s place Jan 1st - 3rd. (I love that it was decorated for Christmas :). It was very clean, spacious and the view was amazing. It was equipped with everything you need. We cooked some of our meals and it was very convenient having everything we needed. Also, we usually travel with games/gameboards and forgot to bring them but her place had a variety of games including cornhole. Theres no need to take extra blankets or towels because the place is fully stocked. It’s also a short walk to downtown. My only regret is not booking an extra night. I look forward to coming back again!

Amazing Stay - Highly Recommend! I had an incredible stay at this property. The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and felt extremely safe. The location couldn’t have been better – there’s a fantastic restaurant on-site with delicious food options, right in front of the beach. Plus, there are so many walkable coffee shops, great taco spots, and even a grocery store just a few minutes away. Adolfo, the host, was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the whole experience even better. The WiFi was impressively fast, which was perfect for working from home. I was able to join several meetings without any issues, even with others using the WiFi at the same time. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and if you're looking to explore more, it’s only a quick $3 Uber ride to Papas & Beer. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay with convenience, comfort, and a fantastic host!

Staying at Diane's place was nothing short of incredible. All of the bedrooms and living rooms were clean, spacious, and home-y. The view from the balcony isn't a full panoramic view of the ocean, but still visible enough to have some morning coffee and appreciate the beauty of it / get a good sense of the waves/break. I was seriously impressed by the amount of kitchenware for cooking (even had a cast iron). Beyond the space, Diane was an incredibly caring and attentive host with incredibly quick response times to help us with any of our questions. Would highly recommend this place + come back again. Thanks again Diane!

Diane's a great host very accommodating and very understanding I would highly recommend her and we'll probably stay with her again to condos very close to all the great venues and walking distance and rape eating places at rosarito five star host

The host described the house perfectly everything was like in the pictures. We enjoyed it especially the view. The host responded fast always. Thank you hope to book in the future again loved it!

An excellent place for large groups. The game room was amazing for the entertainment of children and adults. All the rooms had a TV and the common areas such as the patio and terraces were amazing to spend the day. I will definitely return with my family.

This was a great place to stay! Very close to a lot of stores great places to eat. I stayed here with my family and my baby and there was more than enough space for everyone. Would definitely stay here again!

Our weeklong stay at Susan's place was absolutely delightful. It exceeded all of our expectations, and the neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and relaxing. Daphne was incredibly responsive and thorough in her communication. Any questions or information we requested were provided quickly and thoroughly, which we really appreciated. The house was "SO CUTE"! We enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and loved using the charcoal BBQ, which brought back fond childhood memories. The cookware was functional after a thorough cleaning, but it could benefit from some updates. While the mattresses were a bit worn, we still slept comfortably. The abundance of pillows and blankets made the space feel incredibly cozy. The restaurant recommendations were spot-on, and the location offered a serene retreat after a day of sightseeing and shopping. We’ll definitely return to this charming home and Rosarito for future stays! Thank you so much, Daphne and Susan!

My family and I had a great time staying at Laurie’s beachfront property. We loved how quiet and how close it was to the beach. The house is big enough for large family and friends. We did not get to meet Laurie in person due to her being out of town during our stay but she was always on top of it with her quick responses. We were greeted by Angelica who is such a sweet lady and was also very helpful. Thank you to both of you for the hospitality and letting us stay at your beach house.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Greg’s house in Rosarito. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and with it being on the beach, you’re literally steps away from a peaceful walk or nice jog. Just sitting on the porch and listening to the waves crashing all day and night was worth the stay. The privacy and freedom to be able to enjoy the fire pit while listening to music with friends and nobody around to complain about noise or having to worry about following a bunch of rules makes it even more welcoming! We literally felt at home. It was so peaceful. It’s in between Rosarito and TJ so you’re centrally located and close to clubs, restaurants, beaches and shopping. The host was great and very quick to respond to us and answered all of our questions. We all had a great time. It’s fairly priced compared to more expensive AirBNBs but the fact that it’s literally on the beach makes it an even greater deal! We will definitely be coming back soon with family!

I REALLY ENJOY MY STAY AND CAN’T WAIT TO COME BACK. THE IMPERIAL BEACH WAS SO AMAZING AND A JOYFUL VIEW AND WALKING DISTANCE TO GET TOO.

This place was amazing! It was a group of 14 of us. We celebrated our joint Bach trip there and the place accommodated our group perfectly!! We absolutely loved everything and crystal was very welcoming and even let us check in super early! Definitely recommend since it’s two houses in one!
