Everyone is welcome regardless of their origin, culture, religion, orientation, etc. Less than 500 meters from the beach, the house is in a good location and has basic services. The main entrance and garage is shared with other Airbnb and hosts. If you are looking for more than just a place to stay on Airbnb, send us your request and any additional questions. Air conditioned, street level attached studio with a full kitchen and dedicated entrance. The studio is actually close to the beach, it takes about a minute to walk there. Located close to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants near the south end of the boardwalk. This place is attached to a house also on Airbnb with it's separate entrance and no shared areas.

Espacio para descansar, Cerca del Aeropuerto, Universidad, Consulado Americano, Garita de Otay y Plaza Comercial Alameda Otay. Muy cerca de diversos Centros comerciales así como de excelentes Restaurantes entre ellos: Gussepis y La Flor. Las viviendas alrededor son habitadas por familias por lo que el ambiente es muy sano.
