Wonderful location 5 mins away from dowtown Rosarito & only 18 mins away from the border, only scenic route driving making it easy to reach and extremely safe. The house has a small gym area, a working complete with a desk & hardline ethernet connection in addition to WiFi via 3 extenders to ensure full coverage. It has a wonderful ocean view with fully openable window of four sheets of glass, excellent breeze and floor to ceiling windows on both floors. Comfy bbq grill with a firepit in back!

Spend an excellent time in this beautiful studio where you have everything you will need, enjoying these fantastic views of the city and with the security of being close to the most important points of the city, facing the blvd. hot water and in a safe area.
