Julia’s place was everything we hoped for and more—exactly as described and just as beautiful as the photos. We came to San Diego to run the Rock and Roll Marathon, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal. Being within walking distance to the start line made race day smooth and stress-free. The home itself was clean, stylish, and full of thoughtful touches. Our kids felt right at home the moment we arrived, and they especially loved the projector—it made movie nights feel just like being at the theater. Nestled in a lively neighborhood near Balboa Park and a great selection of restaurants, this stay truly made our marathon weekend unforgettable.

The perfect midweek getaway that we needed! What a beautiful space conveniently located right above the beach that gives the most spectacular view of the ocean! Quiet, roomy, and the most perfect, serene, retreat that makes you forget anyone else is even around. The photos in this listing don’t lie! We had the best time, ate some amazing food at the easily accessible restaurants (all in walking distance), soaked up all the sun and relaxed and enjoyed watching the surfers from bed in the morning and sunsets in the evening. We will definitely be back!

This condo absolutely blew us away. After our original Airbnb fell through (a dirty unit and last-minute cancellation), we were in a panic — but Tatjana and Mark came to the rescue with one of the most incredible space we’ve ever stayed in. Located on the 17th floor of the Strata building, this unit offers views that surpass any rooftop bar or lounge in San Diego. The panoramic skyline, twinkling city lights, and bay views are just unreal. At night, you can quietly enjoy watching planes glide through the airport’s flight path — no sound, just a mesmerizing show. By day, we loved spotting naval ships and helicopters in the distance, a uniquely San Diego touch that added even more magic to the stay. The condo itself is immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly peaceful. It felt like a high-end retreat with every comfort of home. Tatjana and Mark were warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our experience perfect.

My daughter and I came to San Diego for a 3 day beach weekend. The AirB&B was perfect! The hosts were thoughtful in the amenities they had for us and the location was very close to the freeway. There were a few great coffee spots within a block of the property, a grocery store and several restaurants within that same block. The place was comfy and priced very fairly. They were incredibly quick to respond to our questions. It was a really wonderful weekend!

If you’re visiting San Diego for business, a convention, or just to enjoy the city, this place is a great spot. We had an amazing stay at this high-rise in San Diego. The apartment was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. The view of the Convention Center and bay is stunning. Charlotta is a fantastic host—super accommodating, friendly, and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. The location was perfect, close to the Gaslamp Quarter, the waterfront, and great restaurants. The building is secure and modern. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Very very homey and beautiful stay for a getaway in SD. It’s walking distance from almost all the cool spots in the city. Host was immensely attentive and responded almost immediately to any of my questions, personally the best host we’ve ever had. Only hurdle to be aware of is the parking, then again you’re across the street from petco park so it’s expected. But besides that our stay was perfect. definitely would stay again for the view alone!, everything is just a plus :)

The home was in a quiet residential neighborhood and had everything we needed. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen I have seen so far in an AirBnb :) Kudos to Michael and Diana for that! Outdoor space was beautiful and our toddler guest had lot of fun with the extra space!

Chris was extremely attentive and his home was perfect for my group. We had a private chef over and enjoyed the amenities in the backyard for the majority of our stay. The house has a target and shopping centers down the street if necessary. Not super close to downtown but we rented a car and drove back and forth with no issues. The theater room is perfect for gathering at night time. You could spend a day here as part of your trip and not go out if you enjoyed certain activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place, lots of exquisite touches like multicolor LEDs with remote and 4 shower heads in the walk in shower. The lower heads work well for kids.

We had a wonderful stay at James's house! The location was perfect for where we needed to get to things, was private and quiet, and was the right amount of space for our group. James was very responsive throughout the process and made everything easier to check in, in addition to providing recommendations for local places to eat and things to do!

This place was PERFECT for my group of 9! The beds (including the couch ones) were so comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools, and the patio was awesome to hang out on! The hot tub here is perfect. This place is beautiful, spacious, and worth every penny. Would love to come back!
