Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Takoma Park

Fantastic host. Very responsive. House is fantastic. Stayed with my mother & daughter for the weekend. All of the bedrooms were clean and as described. Towels provided. Pillows were comfy :) House looks like the pics. Very clean and updated. No issues getting in/out. With 3 of us staying at the house, made it easy. We are able to use the kitchen, cable/chromecast and also the washing machine. Looking forward to coming back to DC for another trip when the Mets are in town and will 100% try to book. This home was beautiful. Two of the bedrooms had full baths en suite. The other full bath was shared by the bedroom in the basement and the entertainment room guest. They also had a pull out futon in the office so there was more than enough sleeping arrangements. The 3 full baths was so helpful in trying to get 7 adults out in time for graduation. The rooftop deck was awesome. Everything was spotless and pristine with lots of extra towels and sheets as well as a full washer and dryer. We were there for our son’s graduation from Georgetown which was further from the location than expected but would be very convenient for a Howard graduation. American and GW are 20 mins away while Georgetown is 20-30 mins away depending on traffic. Michael was extremely responsive and so kind. He was a great host.

Jennifer was very responsive. Place was clean and had everything needed for our stay. The water pressure was great and got plenty hot.

We had a wonderful time and the house is absolutely beautiful. Shane did a wonderful renovation and the house is very impressive. From the kitchen to the rooftop deck to the library and everything in between is very comfortable and I recommend staying at this location if you’re visiting Washington. Located close to The attractions and government buildings. There is a gas station next-door on the corner, which attracts noise during the night and on Saturday night we heard a lot of ambulances sirens and loud music and people arguing but in all fairness that could just have been a one off. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. The view on the rooftop is beautiful being able to see the capital building and the Washington monument.

We just got back from Jackie's Place! The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It is private, but also close to the best that Alexandria has to offer! We loved walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We were there to visit colleges for my son and were surprised how close we were to DC and Georgetown. Having the parking spot was also great. We could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Thank you for a great stay!

My family and I rented this space for a weekend getaway. It was an incredible space in an awesome location! We have a large family with kids ranging from 2-12 and it was great for all ages!

I have no complaints about our stay. The neighbors did have dogs which is stated in others reviews…. But I did want to point out that they were not “out of control”. Also, the neighbors are nice and friendly. I loved this place and we felt safe and secure. I would definitely recommend and hopefully stay again.

Cute and comfortable stay. The beds were comfy and everything appeared clean. The yard was great and the neighborhood was very nice and walkable. Great location in Falls Church with lots of restaurants near by.

We enjoyed our stay in Thad’s home! It was perfect for what we needed this weekend and so conveniently located. We especially loved being able to easily walk to union market. Getting in and out of the home was a breeze and we felt comfortable to walk around at night. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we loved the small touches they added like a couple drinks in the cooler and a welcome postcard. Also, the umbrellas turned out to be super useful when it was down pouring one day.

I am so thankful I found a place like Amy’s. We were going through some horrible rental issues, and she was kind enough to let me confirm/check in at midnight my first day here! The place was clean, I felt safe, and most importantly my pet cockatiels felt safe. Sometimes the two of them were a little chatty, and I never heard any complaint. With everything going on, I’m really grateful for that. I personally ended up checking out late, even after she extended a later checkout, because of rental issues & mismanaging time, but even then she was nothing but patient. I will be coming back again if I ever have the chance, thank you Amy for providing peace during this crazy time.

Had a great stay in Baltimore at Anne’s. Really cool studio in a really cool building, right on the park. Loved the big windows and piano and cute backyard!

This was probably the first Airbnb we stayed where we wouldn't have been upset if it rained! The unit has such a wonderful eclectic feel with so many little treasures to enjoy. From opening the gate and walking through the landscaping of hidden fountains, yard art, and inviting spaces to the beautifully furnished living space w/ gas fire place , spacious bedroom with a plush bed, all was a delight! Walking distance from an amazing park with pickleball & trails to DC, too easy to get around! LOVED it & look forward to another stay!!

Family of 4 (two adults, two kids ages 9 & 11). We were comfortable & relaxed staying here. The apartment had everything we needed & was quiet with easy access to public transportation, parking, restaurants & stores.

This Air B&B is by far the best we have ever stayed in!! The location is FANTASTIC with some of the best restaurants I've ever been to within walking distance. The location is just a block off the busy 14th Street downtown area and also a 20 minute walk (or quick scooter ride) to the National Mall and all of it's amentities!! This Air B&B is beautifully decorated and also has a private patio to enjoy the fire and drinks. The kitchen is stocked with any appliance you need and grocery stores are within 5 mintue walks!! Hudson is a great host who aims to please, he has thought of all of the details anyone staying may need. From umbrellas on rainy days, interesting DC coffee table reads, coffee and plenty of towels for a large family! We are repeat customers and will always stay here on our DC visits!!

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful neighborhood and super close to the metro. Place was stocked with everything we could have needed and was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the DC/National Mall area!

This was our first time in Washington DC. This location is great with close access to the Capitol and surrounding monuments and museums. Elizabeth is very kind and helpful with places to go and things to do. There is a great neighborhood breakfast shop very close by and easy access to the subway and shared ride companies are easy to use at this location. The apartment is very cute, comfortable, and clean and Elizabeth provided many amenities to make our stay easy and comfortable. If we come back to visit DC, we will definitely look to stay here again! We have even recommended to our kids the next time they visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay Elizabeth!!

Perfect spot and highly recommended for visiting the area that is dotted with well restored vintage homes, massive oaks, and beautiful gardens. One minute walk to Logan Circle and then onto the commercial area beyond. Lots of space, hip & modern, and squeaky clean. Everything was provided for kitchen and bathroom needs. We loved the front garden with the table and 2 chairs where you can sit and watch the world go by. Thank you Benjamin for being a great host.

This is a rare find and a real treat. I was visiting DC from the UK and had originally planned to stay in a hotel in downtown but as I live in a quiet English village I was worried about lack of sleep from the big city buzz. I searched for an Airbnb (as I always favour these v hotels) which highlighted safety and peace - and Celia's lovely apartment came up. This is such a fabulous place to stay in DC: very quiet and safe area, no night time noise, within 5 minutes of the metro station for a quick same-line journey to the centre, and very clean and comfortable. I loved every minute. The icing on the cake is it's such a great value. Thank you so much, Celia.

I had an exceptional stay, it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to a cozy living area. Great place to stay in DC. Neighborhood is charming with a park and little coffee shop with market steps away. Can walk to restaurants and to the Capitol within half hour. Very comfortable Airbnb.... Would stay there again

The space was easy to find and access, along with being well maintained. Theres was everything you’d need for cooking and plenty of space in this beautiful Airbnb.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

This is a perfect place for my family members to stay when they are visiting from out of town. The location is perfect, the place is cute and clean. We will definitely reserve again!
