Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Takoma Park

Rozina was an amaing host; communicative, friendly and flexible. Check in was easy and the intior was clean and cozy yet Modern. The shower was really cool and snacks were provided. Unfortunately the location was awful. We were very disappointed. The Airbnb is a couple of feet from a major road and the road noise was extremely loud and heard clearly all night in the bedroom, which effected our sleep. We were also close to unsafe neighbors and unfinished roads/construction. The bed also creaked with any small movement. Overall our stay was pleasant but do not stay here if you are a light sleeper.

It’s one of the best home you can stay and don’t regret paying your money. The house has everything you thinking of.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Skye's place for vacation for two weeks and we absolutely loved every bit of our stay. We felt right at home and we definitely will be booking again!

Jennifer was an amazing host who made sure we were taken care of even when she wasn't around. The property was clean and easy to find. Everything was exactly as we saw in the pictures and we couldn't be more happy with this gem of a place. 10/10 would come back and stay here if we are ever in the area! Between having a place to park the car to the bus stop being 5 mins away, we couldn't of asked for a better place. Loved how responsive Jennifer was with everything and how we felt like we would able be able to reach her no matter what time of the day it was.

This is such a lovely, peaceful place right in the heart of Silver Spring, Maryland. The yard is beautiful and the house is so comfortable and quiet. We were there for 5 days for our son’s wedding and it was a haven for us during the hectic pre-wedding days. The kitchen is wonderful. Everything was very clean. The back enclosed porch was a fantastic additional space to be able to sit in. There are many other small things that make this house so nice- lots of attention to detail and pre-thought so there is nothing you need. Michelle and Jeff were SO considerate and quick to respond to us. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and having family stop by to see us. We hope to be able to come again when we are in town to visit our son.

We've stayed at Kopal's quite a few times - very peaceful neighborhood, very close to Lake Artemisia, which is lovely for walking, also very close to College Park. Great location. The house is always very clean, well-equipped and Kopal is so responsive.

It was so wonderful place I want to come next time

This was probably the first Airbnb we stayed where we wouldn't have been upset if it rained! The unit has such a wonderful eclectic feel with so many little treasures to enjoy. From opening the gate and walking through the landscaping of hidden fountains, yard art, and inviting spaces to the beautifully furnished living space w/ gas fire place , spacious bedroom with a plush bed, all was a delight! Walking distance from an amazing park with pickleball & trails to DC, too easy to get around! LOVED it & look forward to another stay!!

Dale was wonderful! Place is right in the heart of the DC area so easy and quick to get to everything! Very lovely apartment with all the amenities even pretty much all the streaming channels. Cute, private outdoor patio to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and people watch! Definitely would rent again if we’re in the DC area. Don’t miss it!!

Omq we had an amazing time at David’s place everything was so incredible. I would recommend if you are visiting DC, you won’t regret it at. I’m telling you i didn’t want to leave the place lol but love the space & the area safe location. Parking is great over there as well no problems at all, just loved everything about it thank you again David ☺️

Erin’s place is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The shower is huge and the water pressure is better than what I have at home. There’s plenty of room for luggage, and she supplies everything you would need for a nice little getaway. I’ll be booking through Erin every time I’m visiting Virginia.

We felt very comfortable and at home in Ben’s place. Everything we needed for our stay was at hand. Checking in was easy and flexible as we arrived very late on our travel day. Ben gave us great information about places to eat and shop that were within walking distance which was very helpful. The Metro stop is about a 15 minute walk where we were able to access the trains to the Capitol. We had a wonderful time at Ben’s and in DC. I highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Mimi and Jamie's place for 5 days/5 nights. The house exceeded our expectations - everything was thoughtful, clean, and organized. We had traveled from California and were looking forward to a restful stay, and we were 100% happy that we chose this home. The furniture was well placed, and the rooms were attractively designed. The furnishings brought smiles, and the plants were a perfect addition. The house is beautiful, and waking up with greenery around us was so amazing. The kitchen ware and dinner ware were just right - there were wine glasses too! The sheets were clean, and the curtains were lovely. There was an ample supply of bathroom/body soaps, paper supplies and just about anything we might need. It was so quiet at night. The house was fresh smelling and stayed that way. We felt at home and felt safe. We loved every day we were there.

This is a rare find and a real treat. I was visiting DC from the UK and had originally planned to stay in a hotel in downtown but as I live in a quiet English village I was worried about lack of sleep from the big city buzz. I searched for an Airbnb (as I always favour these v hotels) which highlighted safety and peace - and Celia's lovely apartment came up. This is such a fabulous place to stay in DC: very quiet and safe area, no night time noise, within 5 minutes of the metro station for a quick same-line journey to the centre, and very clean and comfortable. I loved every minute. The icing on the cake is it's such a great value. Thank you so much, Celia.

Great place to stay in DC. Neighborhood is charming with a park and little coffee shop with market steps away. Can walk to restaurants and to the Capitol within half hour. Very comfortable Airbnb.... Would stay there again

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

This is a perfect place for my family members to stay when they are visiting from out of town. The location is perfect, the place is cute and clean. We will definitely reserve again!

The place was just like the photos - no surprises. Comfortable bed, table and bar area were good for eating or taking a Zoom meeting. The metro station is such a short walk away, making it easy to get anywhere.

My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!
