it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. it felt like home but peaceful. Shellie did an awesome job of describing the place and how to get in the entrance gate and into the Airbnb place. Recommend staying here the views from the balcony were breathtaking and so relaxing. We enjoyed the clean, neat, quiet space. Our favorite part was the sun room. The pictures on listing are far from how great it is. The bedrooms are spacious the open kitchen is very clean and organized. Michelle, is very quick at responding to our needs and helpful. The mattress quality is good. The mattress upstairs was hard a soft mattress pad would make it more relaxing.

LOVED our stay! We had a family of 9 and all of us felt like we had enough space to retreat on our own, while still having spaces like the dining room and living room to convene. Area was peaceful and Kim was helpful & responsive. Looking forward to using the space again!

I don’t have much to say, except this stay was well worth it! The house was really neat and tidy, and the host was very thorough with their instructions! Highly recommend!

Branson Falls Retreat was great. Close to everything. Jennifer and family were great hosts and got us everything we needed. The hot tub was great and had a beautiful backyard. We'll be back!

Pictures can’t capture the magic of this place. The view reminded me of God. Better than the view at Big Cedar. When we arrived, The family cut through to pick their rooms, and there were really cool treasures in each themed room. We had a beautiful dinner on the upper back deck and the enjoyed the hot tub on the lower deck. So much space to spread out and also really great spaces for gathering with lots of seating. The golf simulator was so much fun. I used the massage chairs while they practiced and played. Super clean, well equipped. If you get the chance to spend time here don’t miss it!

We stayed in April 2025 with 5 adults and 7 kids while in town for a dance competition. Toni was very responsive and allowed us early check in and check out. She provided great instructions in advance for arrival, wifi, amenities, etc. She also provided reminders on departure. What we loved: - Large and new home with plenty of space - Convenient access to Branson Landing and Strip - Beautiful well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, which was appreciated when we had to get 7 dancers ready for comp. - Large private deck and patio backing to woods and you can hear the creek. Hot tub on lower level. - Plenty of seating, sofas and beds were comfy - Plenty of parking - No mandatory or long list of cleaning upon checkout What Could Improve: - New bedding, it all seems dated/cheap. Bleach stains on pillow cases, some hair in bedding upon arrival. - More towels - they do provide hot tub towels, but there are not enough towels in the house for the number of people it sleeps

Teresa was an amazing host with the most beautiful house! There was room for everyone and the space was spotless. The attention to detail was perfect and there was plenty to do with the family in the home. The kitchen was furnished better than my own home! Teresa was so kind and responsive and would cannot say enough about the stay! We will come back and tell everyone about the stay!

The rental was great! We had our 3 little kids ages 1,3, and 5 with us. They enjoyed the play room and blowing bubbles on the deck. Very spacious place. Things like soap and shampoo were provided along with lots of bath and beach towels. If you planned to cook while visiting all necessities were there plus lots more which honestly is sometimes hard to come by in some AirBnBs. Would definitely stay again if in the area. About 15 minutes from all the fun stuff for kids to do! Host communicated quickly.

We loved staying at Savannah’s. She was very informative, responsive & sweet. Our family of 4 with 2 small children were comfortable & enjoyed the space & back patio. It was just like home back in Texas. We visited family, went to the Dinosaur museum, butterfly palace & the aquarium. Every part of the trip was worth it & amazing! We will definitely choose Savannah for our next trip to Branson, MO.

We loved our stay at Donna’s place. It was very clean and well-maintained. Donna was quick to help and communicate. The location was great for our trip. There were so many “extras” in this condo! Pet items, kid items, cooking items. Everything you would ever need!

Very nice place to stay. The host was great to deal with and extremely responsive to handle an issue we had with the lock. Will definitely be staying with them again!

We were very pleased to stay at Robert's unit. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities, the unit was very clean, and we were very comfortable in this unit. I will stay again in Robert's units.

Loved staying in the less busy part of town. Close to everything we needed though. Comfy beds, beautiful patio area.

We truly enjoyed our stay! We have stayed at different condos in Branson 3 to 4 times a year for the past 4 years. This was our favorite place yet! Everything was clean, well laid out, and well stocked! All of the extras, from makeup remover cloths, to extra toiletries in the bathroom really made the stay nice! We will definitely use Chad again!

There isn’t much left to be said that hasn’t already been said. The condo is in a gated community, is very quiet, and Don’s communication is great. It’s close to the strip and it’s easy to get in and out of. Five stars everyday!

We had a great time at this condo! It was in the perfect location to not be in the busy city of Branson, but close enough that we were able to enjoy lots of shopping and different restaurants. The condo was spotless, owners were great go communicate with, and the property offered LOTS to do. It’s in a gorgeous location with a beautiful back patio to enjoy morning coffee or late night conversations. The boys enjoyed the golf at Thousand Hills golf resort which was very close to our resort and incredibly friendly. We would recommend this condo again!
