Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sylvan Beach

We had a wonderful stay!! The house has so much character and is tastefully updated to be comfortable. Great layout and sleeping options, plenty of room - it was perfect for our needs!

We were looking for a place to stay near our son’s wedding venue (The Cannery) and the Justice Place was the perfect place! Laura and Joel’s home is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and provided the perfect accommodations to enable his family and groomsmen space to have breakfast and relax as we all got ready for the wedding! Everything was perfect! Thank you!

We were in town visiting family and had a great stay. Good location in a quiet neighborhood. The house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well furnished.

We were in town to visit family. The home was perfectly located in a nice neighborhood. We slept good and felt very comfortable in this charming home! I have never been in an Airbnb that was so well stocked. Jenn was available if we needed anything and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

Vernon & Merrie were wonderful hosts and were always very responsive before and during our stay. The house is a perfect fit for 2 families. It is very spacious and we felt like we had 2 homes in 1 with 2 full kitchens. This was a huge plus as our stay was over Thanksgiving and the extra space with 2 refrigerators, multiple ovens, etc… all came in handy. The house is very well stocked and it’s clear the hosts put a great deal of care and thought into creating a great vacation for their guests. Highly recommend!

Alice is a fantastic host who is easy to communicate with and provided a lot of help during our checkout. The location of the property is excellent, just a five-minute drive to the shopping mall. The house is clean and tidy, with plenty of supplies available. Our family had a wonderful weekend here. We highly recommend Alice's property to all families.

Cheryl's house was perfect! It was close to everything we wanted to do while we were in the area. The house is very comfortable and bigger than it looks! Cheryl responded quickly to our text messages. We are definitely going to stay here again on our next trip to CNY!

Stayed at Eleni place for a few days It looked exactly like the photos and comfortable and spotless!!! even tho it is in an apartment building but we didn’t hear anyone the whole time there and parking was super easy! Eleni was very fast with responsive She even gave us a different internet to use since spectrum wasn’t working! I’m from the Syracuse area and the street her place is on is right around the corner from where I grew up very nostalgic for me! We will definitely be booking with Eleni again in the near future! Thank you for being an amazing host!!

Had everything our family of four needed for a 5 day stay. Kitchen had everything needed to cook if you desired. Comfy bed!! Host very responsive. We were there for a hockey tournament and happy we chose this spot over a small hotel room.

Check in was a breeze. Kate and Darya were pleasant, even recommended restaurants. Funk’n Waffles was a hit!

My friends and I had a great stay. The house was nice and clean. The host was able to accommodate us with a later check up. I would definitely book again

We stayed at Stephanie's place for two nights for a wedding and it was amazing! The place is much homier and cozier than even the photos in the listing. The place is cute and clean and spacious. Bathroom has nice amenities, kitchen is stocked, and snacks were available! Fans, sleep machines, and TV too! We had a bit of trouble getting the door of the apartment open for check-in, but Stephanie was quick to respond with help. Would definitely stay again if we are in town in the future!

Larraine and Mark are great hosts. I am in health care and worked at SUNY for a couple months and my stay was so good after a shift. You have everything you need. I did get sick while I was there and Larraine gave me some soup and necessities out of the kindness of her heart. If I ever go back I'll be staying here again.

Outstanding host with key features for an elegant and relaxing weekend with the partner. The coffee machine was stocked and ready. Lots of generous perfume and cologne for us to try from Heather. Awesome stay would come again !!

We had a nice stay at Harrison and Jessica's apartment! Jessica was super responsive and helpful throughout. The instructions to enter the place were clear and easy, we had everything we needed and they even went above and beyond and set out snacks, and baby items for us (pack n play and a highchair) to make traveling with a little one easier. We chose this place because it was right in between our families homes who we were there to visit. I will say it's a busy road so there's a lot of street noise but being from the area, I knew that going in and we brought our sound machines which drowned out the noise while we slept.

Great location. I was in town to attend my granddaughter’s Christening. Took in the casino as well. Enjoyable stay.

I didn't realize that you had to bring your own linen. Sara was nice enough to include it with our stay. Very nice thing to do

The site is distinct and everything was close to me in the center of the city, while the place is clean and wonderful

What a unique place! Jeff thought of everything one might need while staying at his silo. It was extremely clean and comfortable. He was very flexible and accomodating when our travel plans changed. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and plan another stay in the future.

Kevin’s place was a perfect fit for us! The neighborhood was quiet and the description of the apartment was spot on! It was close to the Stanley theater where we spent most of our weekend! We will surely be back next year!

This Airbnb was perfect for our long weekend. Very clean and very homey. Kitchen was well stocked and I was able to make our Thanksgiving dinner right at the Airbnb. Courtyard is perfect. Location is ideal. Right above a bar but the sound insulated windows made it so easy to sleep. Would love to stay here again. Darn near perfect!

Casa Lago (upper) is the place to be! My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay as it was colorful, clean, and spacious . The decor adds that extra happiness of being at the beach. Location is key, and Casa Lago is in a prime spot within walking distance to all the fun Sylvan Beach has to offer! The view of the lake from the deck is spectacular! We enjoyed the music from Harpoon Eddies (next door) each evening on the deck. Codey was a great host! He responded to any questions we had in stellar time, and he made sure we had everything we needed. We have been visiting Sylvan Beach for 30+ years, and staying at Casa Lago just made it all the more special this year!

Excellent stay once again! Kyle and Eileen are wonderful responsive hosts. The condo is extraordinary. It’s beautiful, clean and comfortable. It’s also in a great location, close to restaurants and theaters. It’s a 10 out of 10. I would definitely return.
