Living space was super spacious, more than we expected. Rooms and bathrooms were super clean. Great stay overall

Robin and her Co-Hosts were great! Very responsive to any issues that came up. The location was perfect for the wedding we went to. Everyone was in the hotel block below but we had a condo pretty much for the hotel block price. (We stayed a week) Trying to figure out exactly where to go was a bit tough but that could be due to the fact it was the top floor with the hotel being the bottom 3 floors. Also may be due to the traveling and lack of sleep. But overall once we got our keycards it was pretty easy to get to the room. Everyone time after the first was perfectly easy! Had no complaints about the cleanliness.

We LOVED staying here for a quick weekend trip. The location was absolutely perfect and convenient, and the condo itself was beautiful! It was very clean and well-maintained, and the pool deck and other amenities were wonderful. We didn’t have any issues as Gail was extremely thorough with her check-in and check-out instructions! I could not recommend this place enough and would love to stay here again during peak season!

Had such an amazing stay. The house is beautiful and right on the beach. Can’t ask for a better view. Clean and well stocked. Loved keeping the windows open and hearing the ocean. Marianna is wonderful and so responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to return.

My husband, teenage daughter and I had a great stay at Robin's Dewey Beach residence! Owner was responsive and sent helpful instructions for check-in. The location was perfect-conveniently nestled between the bay and beach. The balcony provided gorgeous views of sunrises and sunsets. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Since we were there in April, not everything had reopened for the season, but we had no problems finding places to eat/shop. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and as described in the listing. We will definitely stay again during a future visit to Delaware!

We had a great time staying in Rehoboth for the weekend. I didn’t want to leave! John’s place was beautiful & so clean. John's home is Beautiful. The house was very clean and well decorated. It was so nice having the fenced in back yard for my 2 goldendoodles. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Very dog friendly but so clean you wouldn't think dogs stay there:)

Comfortable, clean place on a quiet street! Screened in porch perfect for morning coffee and listening to all the birds. Good location- convenient to all the local fun. Nice to have a few beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

We loved this house and we will definitely be back one day! We were there as a family for my mom's 65th birthday and had a great time. The house being dog friendly and having a spacious yard is a huge bonus. The living room had plenty of seating and it was nice that the living room/kitchen area is so open. The house is very conveniently located and it was easy for us to spend time in Cape Henlopen, Lewes, Bethany and more. Jessica was very easy to communicate with. We would recommend this house to anyone!

We loved our time. The house and views are incredible. Big bedrooms with lots of space. Unfortunate first morning with lots of construction noise going on early through most of the day, but thankfully no work was done over the weekend. Janna was incredibly responsive and got the ice machine working for us fast. All in all a beautiful property for a long weekend with family. Thanks again Janna.

The place was super clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was easy to find, and it felt very welcoming and comfortable. You can tell the host puts a lot of care into maintaining the space. Would definitely stay here again!

Marty was a fantastic host with the most beautiful home! Our family enjoyed our stay so much that we didn’t want to leave. Our 13 year old was right at home with all of the games available. We will definitely rent again!

Debbie was a wonderful and responsive host. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a larger, multigenerational group. The bedrooms on the ground floor were a major bonus for my mom--who has mobility issues--and my sister, who has a new baby. The screened in porch and grill were also much enjoyed during our stay.

The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need for a great beach vacation. We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the space.

Overall the stay was great! Minor hiccup trying to get into the actual place as we checked in after hours, however the staff did respond quickly and we were able to enter the home. Will definitely recommend Vacasa properties to friends and family

Exactly as described. Exactly as all the other reviews say - basically perfect. We stayed in mid-May so beach towns were quieter than summer but the location is perfect. It's quietly tucked away but also right on a road that is easily walkable into town or to the beach. Parking is plentiful and you never have to move you car - take the bikes (which are very well maintained), follow the super easy directions from Mike to get to another one of the beach towns or to Cape Henlopen. Walk any of the trails, read the history. Catch a sunset at Irish Eyes or the Wharf. or just sit out front and enjoy the quiet with your coffee made from the local beans Mike and family leave for you. We cooked 90% of our meals with ease (tho we are fairly basic) and ended our days on the couch. It truly feels like home and you see and feel the care that has gone into the unit and that comes from Mike's communications. Truly outstanding experience all around.

Absolutely beautiful. Rooms are large and comfortable. Sheets and towels top notch. It was the most restful and enjoyable experience. Drove in from Texas and loved the quiet. Close to everything. The water pressure! Wow! Supplies, games, etc. Best smelling hand soaps. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. The beaches are close by. Rehoboth, Lewes and Ocean City MD. Great appliances and the supplied coffee delicious.

Beautiful clean place- lots of amenities. Very communicative. We will be back!

You can't beat staying at Sea Colony (towers east of Rte 1) - beach views and beach at your doorstep, fitness facilities including an indoor pool, and tennis courts and clinics; also an easy walk to town and places nearby to rent bikes. Did I mention the ocean view? My specific unit could have used a few minor updates, but it was quite spacious for a 1 BR and can easily accommodate 2-3 people (2 bathrooms!). And a nice big balcony. Would come again.

Great place! The location was amazing, very walkable to many places in Lewes. It was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Mike was so helpful with giving recommendations of places to go/things to do in the area. We spent much of the time exploring Lewes and going to places Mike recommended. Even though the weather was not the greatest while we were there we had a great time thanks to Mike!
