You will have the entire lower level and garden to yourself via a shared entry hall. 20 minute walk to Glen Park district shops and restaurants, (uphill on return walk) easy access to public transportation with the BART train/subway a 20 minute walk away. Bus stop 1 block away. Great for leisure or business travel and for remote work with fast wifi.

You will love the free parking and private entrance through the beautiful garden. The comfortable shared patio with gas fire pit is available for use anytime. We welcome people from all nations, backgrounds and ages and can accommodate one child. The apartment is directly below our main living space, so you will hear muffled conversation and light footfall.

Golden Gate Park is directly across the street and the majestic pacific ocean opens up four blocks from of our home. We are dog friendly. Public transportation stops on the corner for easy navigation throughout the city. You will have access to the backyard, washer and dryer, street parking and EV charging. Formal dinning room, updated kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect for families with children or travelers that like to explore the great outdoors. Fenced backyard with a BBQ.

Cozy studio apartment with extra bonus bedroom, private entrance, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds(trundle), kitchen, bathroom w/ shower and access to our beautiful backyard. Easy/Free street parking, directly across from GGP, 8 blocks to the beach & 2 to public transport. Very safe & quiet neighborhood. We do not rent to guests 25 years and under. Parents with kids are welcome!
