Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sullivan County

I really enjoyed my stay at Pam’s place. It was well lit at night and I felt very safe. The neighborhood was quiet. The apartment is perfect for one or two people. Very clean and comfortable. The bed was very nice. I slept like a baby. Pam is a wonderful host, checking in with me to see if I needed anything after my arrival. I will definitely be booking her place again when I come to visit Bristol.

I booked a stay at Carrol's place while I was in TN looking for a place to live, and it was hands down the best rental experience I've ever had. She is so kind and hospitable, and it was wonderful getting to know her and her furry friends! The apartment is very cozy, was super clean, and has everything you need including a full kitchen. Very peaceful surroundings and you can see the mountains from the driveway! I sadly had to cut my trip short, but would 1100% stay again if I'm back in the area. Thank you Carrol!

This property was outstanding! Everything in the pictures and what was promised was just as it should have been. Would I recommend this property to others - absolutely. I am not sure that there is a better place in Bristol especially for a wedding at the Bristol Virginia trainstation. Very walkable with numerous restaurants within walking distance. If I am in the need in the future this will be my go-to place.

This place is perfect for enjoying anything happening on State Street. Very clean and well equipped with everything needed.

This has been one of my favorite airbnbs. We were seeing a show at the Hard Rock Casino and it was close and convenient and had so much to do. The place was very clean and tidy and every area was well designed. We loved it and intend to go back.

We were in town for the NASCAR race, the location was perfect, only a few miles away! It was nice to have a well stocked kitchen, we cook a lot! The home was comfortable and clean, we will definitely book here again!

We were traveling thru and this was a halfway point for us. The house is less than a mile from I-81. Gas, groceries and restaurants are close by and convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet. We appreciated the motion lights making it easy to find our way in and out. We have family in the area and will keep this place in mind the next we come thru. Thanks for the hospitality and accommodating our last minute booking.

Jeff was a very hospitable and accommodating host. He communicated well and responded quickly to all our question. He was able to accommodate a late checkout which was very helpful for us and doughnuts greeted us as a welcome gift on check in. 10/10 would recommend and would stay there again.

The house was great; there is a small grass hill to walk up and about five stairs to enter the back door, which my 77 year old MIL was able to handle. The space was clean and comfortable, and there were a variety of toiletries provided. Ikey was also very kind and allowed us to stay late after checkout because we were dealing with a flat tire. In all, it was a higher quality stay than I’ve had before in the Tri Cities.

We loved the character of the home it was very comfortable for 2 couples. 20 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from the events we had scheduled.

Jennifer’s place was wonderful. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs. Her pace was exactly as described and dog friendly. The back yard was privacy fenced and the perfect size for our pups. Jennifer was very responsive and very personable. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Probably our best AirBNB stay to date. Sonja's communication skills are spot on! She is informative, engaged, and kept in contact throughout our stay. As organized people ourselves, her "informational binder" is something all hosts should have. No guessing. All information is there in print should you need to refer back to it. Condo was clean, smelled great, and had personal touches along with the amenities listed. Location was perfect as we were in town for the NASCAR race. Walked over and back without fighting traffic. perfect location for events at Bristol Motor Speedway. Jessica's communication and description was to the T and everything as described. Easy access and clean! Will definitely check for her place first for the next time we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this location! It was very clean and quiet! There was a mixup on the unit we rented, but Rita and her husband were able to get it resolved and had zero issues. We thought the location was very nice and within close driving distance to anything we needed. Also, only 20 minutes from Johnson city. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking in the area!
