Vacation rentals in St. Landry Parish

We loved the pond and the wildlife. The house was bigger than expected. The kitchen was fully stocked, we found all the equipment we needed to cook with. If we ever need to stay in the area again we will definitely get this house again.

Jennifer was an excellent host very knowledgeable her animal farm is beautiful her animals are well kept and her veggie garden is awesome, we had a wonderful time, wish we could have stayed longer but we’ll be back.

This was our first visit to Opelousas and we were delighted how easily we were able to access the house. Melissa was great from start to finish. This is an older house that has been updated, but still has the charm of an older home and the amenities of a new home. It's very close to grocery stores and other fun stuff. The entire place was immaculate and I'm pretty sure I could've eaten off the floor. ha ha. Melissa left us some Welcome cupcakes and locally made sausage cheese bread that was delicious. She also left all the fixings for coffee in the standard coffee maker; bottled waters in the fridge; and 2 new bags of ice. The house was nice and cool when we arrived and we had every single thing we needed. The bathroom has been recently updated and had a gorgeous tiled shower with a large showerhead. The screened porch was a great hangout spot for us with its ceiling fan and view of the gorgeous and private wooded lot. Highly recommend!

this was our second stay at the Honey Bee house. We absolutely love this house and it's size allows our team to stay together. Brenda and Kay responded quickly and the house was perfect. Thank you for everything!

Rustic cottage, very comfortable. Went to rest, relax, and catch up on reading and sleep. Met all my needs. Loved the back porch looking at the bayou.

Abbie's place was absolutely wonderful. It was quiet, clean, and peaceful. The location was also amazing; it was right next to a river, and a gator would stop by every day at 5pm to beg for some food. ; ) As someone who really wanted to hang out and relax in rural Louisiana, this was perfect for me! I also had some business in Lafayette, and I was able to get there quickly and easily. Abbie was a gracious and extremely communicative host. She quickly responded to any questions I had. This is highly recommended, and I would love to return!

My now husband and I wanted to find a beautiful place to host our intimate wedding and Bellevue Manor was PERFECT! We could not have found a more perfect place to get married! The house’s rich history and beautiful settings were such a fun part of our big day! Also, we worked with Host Jonathan, who was super communicative, to plan everything! He was a huge help in navigating whether we could utilize the space for what we had in mind and even let us do a brief tour before hand! We truly could not have picked a better place to stay and celebrate. Bellevue Manor will always have a very special place in our hearts!

The property was very nice and peaceful! The house was very clean and set upnicely for a small family. The kids loved the loft and there were plenty of games and movies to keep them entertained. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
