This is a charming, quaint house, 20 minutes from Holiday Valley and 10 minutes from Kissing Bridge. The home boasts original woodwork with a mission staircase, beveled glass windows, and original sink and kitchen cabinets. 45 min from Buffalo.
What guests are saying:“The home is amazing! The house was built in the early 1900’s and the decor was true to the time. There is always something new (old) that will catch your eye. The quilts are absolutely beautiful and adds so much charm. The beds are comfortable and will give you a great nights sleep after you’ve checked out everything the area had to offer. Highly recommend this house - well maybe I should take that back so it’ll be available whenever I return to the area. Darlene’s hospitality was superb! She not only left an unexpected treat she was always quick to respond to questions and communication of any kind.”
1880 farmhouse beautifully restored, Cathedral ceilings in the bedrooms with ceiling fans. Beautiful Hardwood floors refinished. New furniture in each bedroom complete with super comfortable memory foam mattresses!

Not a 5 star high end condo but definitely a good place to stay and at a very reasonable price. I don't think you will find a better room in a hotel for this price and you get a full 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of living space. The place was clean and everything was in working order.”
