Great place stayed here and or kids loved the basement. House had everything we needed for our stay and enough room for everyone. Definitely recommend this place to any families looking to stay in the area will be back for our next trip to Spokane!

The house was absolutely beautiful and so spacious for the families we had in there. The kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the zip line and it was very peaceful when we were there. The kitchen was amazing to cook in and it was very clean and pictures don’t do it justice!!

The location is magical. Such a wonderful blend of nature and home. The house is easy to navigate, has access to shopping (just a few minutes away) but feels peacefully remote.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jerry and Natasha’s house. It was neat, clean, cozy, felt safe, and overall was perfect for our family weekend getaway. We appreciated the clear instructions for check in and check out as well as the host’s prompt responses to our messages.

We had a great stay at this location... Our family got together to celebrate our new graduate. The space and amenities made us feel right at home and allowed us to spend time together in a comfortable space, it really added to our visit.

Great stay. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip to Kellogg.

The house was excellent for our gathering. There was a large kitchen table for meals and games. There were lots of bikes and helmets, that we didn’t get a chance to use, but we figure we will next time, because we will be back visiting. She had a ‘garage retreat’ that we were able to rent at the last minute, too. Thank you Paula for a great place.

This is a great place for vacations, the neighborhood is spectacular. I loved walking around before work. The drive up there was amazing too great view. Small tidy house

Lisa was very helpful and considerate . The property is perfect for bringing your dogs as the back yard is properly fences and hazard free. The interior is clean and well maintained and all the appropriate are top of the line.

We loved Jake’s place! It was much larger than in the pictures and very comfortable for our large family. Kids (and adults) enjoyed the pickleball and basketball court! Our dog loved the yard. We are already thinking about coming back. Thank you Jake!

Great place to stay while in town for my son's lacrosse tournament. Just a quick drive away from the fields and lots of food options nearby. The house was very clean and the beds were comfy. We ended up not bringing our dogs this time, but the huge fenced backyard would have been perfect for them. We'll remember it for next time we do need to bring them.

Great location and perfect for our needs. Traveled as a group of 3 adults and were very comfortable. We felt ext really safe, good neighborhood, and easy access to local activities. We took Noelle’s suggestion and headed to Harrison for the Coeur d’Alene e-bike trail. It was perfect. We are not usual bike riders and this trail was lovely, bikes were easy even for out of shape and inexperienced riders. It’s completely separate from traffic and was a highlight of our trip! Not only was the listing a great price, we grabbed a few groceries on our way into town and saved even more. Noelle keeps the cleaning fees low and asks minimum prep work for checkout. She was immediately responsive to all inquires and checked in mid stay. Would recommend 100%!

This was a very comfortable and affordable place to stay, close to the action of downtown Couer d' Alene and surrounding area. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. Very quiet neighborhood, with numerous deer wandering the neighborhood. Being pet friendly was an added bonus. Merry is easy to get in touch with.

Alyce was a fantastic host - very responsive, helpful in getting us a place at last minute, and our stay in the area ended up being fabulous! Would highly recommend staying in a property hosted by Alyce!

We had a week-end for high school inbound foreign exchange students and their chaperones. Michael allowed me to view the place before booking to be certain that it would meet the needs of the group and was very communicative before and during the week-end. Even texting me that somebody had unplugged the wi-fi by accident! The place was clean and roomy. The (separate and added cost) barn was the perfect venue for the kids to play and relax.

My husband and I needed a place to stay while visiting our son just a few minutes away and this cottage was perfect. The entire place was super clean, and we felt comfortable being able to park in the garage. Bret has a helpful binder with instructions, contact info, and nearby restaurants and things to do. We would stay here again!

We had a great stay here. It is not often we find a place for 6 adults, 2 couples & 2 singles, that doesn't break the bank and has separate areas for each. Beds were clean and comfy. They had a clean pack n play and toys for the grandbaby. The house was very clean and stocked with the essentials. Had the weather been better, we would have thoroughly enjoyed the large backyard and 2 patio areas. The master bedroom has the cutest little private patio off of it. I was looking forward to a cup of coffee out there, but mother nature decided rain was her mood of the weekend. The hosts were VERY responsive to any questions. I would 10/10 recommend Elizabeth's home and will stay again if we find ourselves back in the area. GREAT STAY!

The stay was amazing we were a little nervous due to it being surrounded by trees but it was amazing it felt safe super clean! She had good branded shampoos and conditioners as well as body wash! Plenty of towels lots of fun games plenty of place an amazing area for s’mores beautiful view outside with all the outdoor light it was super fun we will definitely be returning:) the host answer all my questions within mins of me asking she was super patient with my questions they answer the phone super fast she was so flexible with our arrival the manager was so great she helped us with some tap that was so needed for decoration such great people loved everything about the place:)

Our family traveled to Sandpoint for a youth lacrosse tournament and much to our surprise, Charli's property was literally 2 minutes from the sports complex. We've stayed in plenty of rental properties, but this one was by far the most immaculate. Typically, there is visible wear n' tear on the walls and trim, but not here. Everything including the furniture was clean and well cared for, making our stay feel like home. The hot tub was a great touch for hanging out in the evening together. The property was fabulous, but most importantly, Charli was a kind, flexible, and responsive host, which really tops off the value of our stay. She has another property in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho and we plan to stay there in the future. I highly recommend booking here and if you do, you'll see how awesome it is to stay there.

We had a great stay with our family. Our teenagers loved running down to the beach and over to the park to play tennis. The house is lovely, and the two living areas gave everyone space to visit or watch movies. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful but very close to town. The hot tub was also a big hit. Check in was simple too. We definitely recommend this house and would be happy to stay again in the future!
