Our home is on a 4-acre lot on High Rock Lake. The guest space is a fully furnished guesthouse above a detached storage area (15 steps). The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, the den has a full sofa, recliner, and TV with HD antenna & Netflix - NO CABLE. There is a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer and walk-in closet. There is a small deck with a table and chairs overlooking the lake. Guests have access to the pier, 2 kayaks, canoe, swing, firepit, grill & gardens. We DO have WiFi.

Country home with beautiful landscape, cows in the pasture, chickens in the coup! This is a working farm so there is someone on the property at times. If your looking to relax and unwind this is the place for you. Not a far drive to local eateries and shops. Peaceful high rock lake front cottage !

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. High rock lake front very secluded area of the lake. Private pier and floating dock. We are on a shallow part of the lake at times if it’s dry enough or damns open out pier can be on the ground. 95% of them time we have good water. There are outside cameras and they are off during your stay, but if it makes you feel more comfortable, we leave the blink module in living room you can unplug during your stay just plug back in when you leave.

I would recommend this spot for family gatherings or smaller to medium sized groups. Perfect location for activities on the water. Has a very private feeling but are still very close to all the stores you need. Hosts are friendly, communicative, and they have an awesome book that goes over everything in the house.

We stayed at this home with my parents and our two children as we were in town for our niece’s graduation. House is awesome! Newly remodeled, amazing backyard and outdoor decks! Best spot was the upstairs outdoor dining and living area… we hung out there often! Enjoyed being right in the lake and use of the kayaks and boat slip were a plus! Appreciated the smores kit as well. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved this house! We stayed while transitioning between moving homes due to unforeseen circumstances and felt right at home. I was worried about being in a safe neighborhood and this location was safe and convenient. I love to walk outside and felt completely safe doing so. It was clean, spacious and loved having the backyard for my 18 month old son to run around and play. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

This tiny home was such an amazing stay, it was very clean, comfortable and inviting. My husband and I were able to use the Kayaks and go fishing all morning. Really great little tiny house community with so much to do on the property. We really enjoyed every bit of it!

We had a wonderful time at Martha’s place! The house was so cute and the neighborhood was great. We really enjoyed walking to the restaurants and did many times. The house was private and the yard was perfect for our pup. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Charlotte!
