House vacation rentals in Southold

We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

Laurie’s home was the perfect size for our girls weekend to celebrate the bride. The patio was extensive and comfortably fit all of us for a hibachi chef and dinner. It was a quick drive from the house to the wineries, which was fantastic.

We had an amazing stay at Michael’s Airbnb this past weekend! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Michael was a fantastic host: super responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel completely at home. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the setting was even more beautiful in person. Absolutely loved our time on the farm. As someone who grew up out on the North Fork it was a return home with the most beautiful surroundings. Post Labor Day, the pool was still open (and warm)! The sun was shining during our bike rides to the incredibly close beach, and we had fresh veggies from the farm stand, right out front, every day. Such a treat, cannot wait to stay again and make some more great memories with family and friends.

This Home was Amazing!! Anastasia is Phenomenal, I could see why they are Super Hosts. Their home is Beautiful and very clean. It’s filled with amenities! all that are in the description. So much so we didn’t even get a chance to take advantage of them all. We were only there for two days. Next time it’ll be much longer. I love this place!

Beautiful house, even nicer than the photos. Great location to tour local wineries and close to the greenport’s Main Street! The house is stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and has whatever you might need. Would definitely consider coming back in the summer to enjoy the backyard when the pool is open!

Yvonne's place is wonderful, we spent six days there on a family vacation to celebrate a graduation and it was a perfect spot for a crowd. The description and pictures are spot on (maybe even better) and the place is very well maintained. The weather was not great - so we landed up staying in more than we anticipated and this was a great spot for that. The kitchen is well stocked, having a barbecue really helped, and the large windows and skylights kept us connected to the outside. Yvonne was also highly responsive in case we needed anything. Highly recommend.

The Navy House was the perfect place for our girls weekend in Greenport! Beautiful home exactly like the photos, clean, and in a lovely neighborhood that is walking distance for a fun night out. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Such a beautiful little home! Clean, well decorated, peaceful. An easy quick walk to Love Lane and quick drive to other north fork towns. Would love to own something just like this. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Greenport! The house was comfortable and very well kept. Everything was pristine. The location was great- a few short blocks into town for shops and restaurants. We had an issue with the fire detector sounding and Kim was kind enough to compensate us for the issue. She is a great and responsive host. Would definitely stay here for our next visit!

The place was perfectly located to everywhere we wanted to go. Great restaurants and wineries minutes away. The house was spacious and clean. For some reason from the description I thought the house was right near the beach, but it isn't. Great deck and backyard. Overall, amazing place to stay! Highly recommend.

Jamie’s home is beautifully maintained and decorated. The spaces are large and open with comfortable furniture. It is much more beautiful than the pictures depicted. Jamie was also most responsive to our questions and we were messaged back almost immediately every time. He even reached out and informed us that the house was ready for us hopes before we thought we could check in. I would definitely stay at Jamie’s home again

Sophia and Gus were great hosts. We had an issue with one of the AC units when we first got there and they immediately came over and fixed the problem. Sophia was very responsive to any questions we had and gave some great recommendations. The house was a very short 2 minute walk to the beach and there are no buildings between the house and the beach. Like most of the beaches around there they have small rocks which is fine. Sophia has beach chairs and an umbrella. As you can see in the pictures the bedrooms are a bit small but the beds are very comfortable. There is very limited cell service but there is wi- fi in the house so as long you are in the house calls are not a problem. Overall the house was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. Sophia and Gus are wonderful hosts

This was the perfect place for a weekend bachelorette getaway. The place was exactly what we needed and fit our party very well. There was a bedroom for everyone and plenty of space to hang out together without feeling crowded. Being able to walk to a winery was also a large plus. The host Callie was so nice and gave great recommendations for the area that we all loved.

Erica and Janson's place was perfect for our group of eight to attend a wedding in the Hamptons. You cannot get closer to the North Ferry to Shelter Island and there are many restaurant and shopping options within walking distance... the pizza place next door is open late, PORT restaurant (across the street!) is great for waterfront drinks and dinner. While we didn't use it, the LIRR station from Manhattan is also 500 feet from the front door. Ample parking was appreciated and the place was spotless. Thank you Erica and Janson!

Short stay but was perfect for what we needed.

Andrew and Kenneth were excellent hosts. Some of the most professional, responsive and attentive I have experienced. The home is cozy, and the space is really well used and appointed. Some of the appliances are a bit quirky -- like the washer/dryer, which isn't very effective; and the stove/oven which the hosts are aware needs some repairs. The location is lovely. Be prepared to listen to the ducks on the lake. They can be loud even during the night. The outdoor shower was the icing on the cake for me. I nearly stayed longer, except I had another opportunity overseas.

Luigi was an excellent host, super responsive and a pleasure to interact with. The house is beautiful, super clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and created the perfect sleep environment. Close walking distance to all the Greenport activities. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend staying here.

An amazing home that was the perfect spot to host my crew that was shooting a film nearby. Hattie really went above and beyond to accommodate us - super responsive, considerate and the place was had such a relaxing vibe by the water :) Can’t recommend this home highly enough!!!!

Ellen's place was wonderful! It had everything we could think of needing and even some stuff we didn't think about, but was nice to have. The backyard is wonderful for lounging and the beds were comfortable with great linens. The kitchen was so well stocked, as a serious home chef, I had everything I needed. Definitely recommend!

Great hosts!!! They were always there if we needed, even shoveled snow first thing in the morning for us! House was better than we expected, plenty of room, beds so comfy and so close to everything! Just an overall very nice experience! We will be back!
