Vacation rentals with an EV charger in South Tampa

The apartment is in a great location in easy walking distance to everything around the channel district, lots of restaurants and a Publix grocery store. It was clean, in a nice building, easy to access and the host was kind and communicated with us well. I'd stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so cozy and comfortable. The only thing I would like for it to have had was a larger couch. However, it was definitely not a deal breaker and certainly not enough to complain about. Thanks for such a wonderful experience and stay!

Such a nice place. The pool was down the first two days and the host called to see when it would be open again for us which I really appreciated. My only complaint was that construction was happening in the building next to us which was loud the first day but with the holiday weekend didn’t mess our sleep up the other days, but this isn’t the host fault. I would definitely come back!

Great host with clear directions and clean apartment. Very clean, safe, walkable neighborhood and a nice luxury building. The 2 bedrooms are not clearly pictured so note that one is a converted storage space of some kind - very small, no windows, curtain instead of door - so I would not necessarily recommend this apt for 2 sets of adults. It would be best for one adult or couple to use the master bedroom and the second room would be better for kids or a single adult.

The apartment complex was gorgeous and the space we rented was beautiful with great amenities. It was conveniently located near the mall and the airport making it accessible to anything we needed during our stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Nathan's place! Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some local restaurant recommendations for us. The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, and we had everything we needed in a neat little package. We were only there a couple nights but the house was the crash pad we needed. Exceeded expectations!

We had a lovely time at Sarah’s place! It was comfortable and in a beautiful neighborhood. They even had a huge farmers market the Saturday we visited. It was clean and comfortable and as cute as the photos. It was a lovely place to stay and close to everything we needed.

I came to Tampa for my son's college graduation and wanted a nice place with a pool that wasn't a hotel. This place was amazing! It was clean and had every amenity that was needed for our stay! Location was great for getting everywhere we needed to go. Will definitely stay there next time we come to Tampa!

We loved staying here! The pool was an amazing touch, and our kids had a blast! Gulfport is close by and we have always loved the restaurants over there. We love the beaches nearby and just the atmosphere itself. We hope to visit again soon!

Justin’s place was just as described. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again for an event at Raymond James or if we are visiting Tampa with a group.

Great place ... lovely property

I think this has been my favorite stay so far. The home was beautiful. The location was perfect for the graduation we were in town for. And Hoa was always responsive to any and all messages that were sent. We would definitely stay here again.

Andrea and Adonis’ place was truly a hidden gem! Atmosphere was calm, peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. Our stay went great everything we need plus more was in the house. It’s small but; in a homie way as if you never left home. I can’t stress it enough how much we enjoyed our stay. My husband felt at home as well as our son (they didn’t want to leave, lol).. we grilled and my husband spent the majority of his time in the pool and on the swings.. We will definitely be looking forward to another stay in this comforting home.. They were very friendly and helpful! Thank you so much for allowing us to spend time in your amazingly lovely home..

Had a great stay at Brian’s place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear and responsive, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The guidebook was a nice touch and helped us explore the area. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Visited with my husband and our two kids. We had such a great time on our stay! Beautiful lake view, super clean and exactly as described. Excellent communication. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Would absolutely recommend this place for a small family. Very conveniently located near Honeymoon Island! Quiet neighborhood and peaceful setting on the lake.

The condo was extremely clean, had a beautiful view and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Paras's apartment is beautiful, clean and perfect for someone looking for a minimalist style. The location is great and the amenities are really nice. The only thing that would have made my stay better is a coffee pot but I still really enjoyed my stay.

We had a great time. Sandy was very helpful by letting us check in late and helping us get through the community gate and settle in. She was also available during our stay for questions as needed. Unit fit what we needed for our stay and worked out great. As an extra bonus we found the bed very comfortable so that added to the rest and relaxation. Neighbors were great and also made the stay very enjoyable. We will be back and looking forward to working with Sandy in the future.

Nice place! Location is great, people in the apartment complex are very nice. It was very quiet, loved the balcony.

Good experience overall. Really good location, amenities and the room itself. Only recommendation: there was some stuff from last staying like some laundry in the dryer, stuff in the fridge or kitchen drawers. Other than that. Really nice place to stay.

We are a family of 4 and wanted to spent two days at the beach. This is a recently fully renewed apartment ON THE BEACH. Easy in and out, we parked downstairs or right across the street in designated parking and without problems. Bedding was very comfortable and despite being a bit small we felt very comfortably. Would definitely be back. The beach was awesome!

Andy was a great host. His place was extremely comfortable.

Condo was very clean. We felt safe. Kitchen had the needed supplies. Close to most attractions. Andy was responsive. Would rent again
