Beautiful home in an awesome location. We traveled for my sister’s graduation at UPenn and we’re looking for something away from the city and found this place around 30 min away. Loved the area, home had 3 floors with bedroom on all levels. Loved the area and home.

The house was easy to find in a common navigation app. The house was clean and just as described. At the end of a cul de sac, it had privacy and car space. It has a separate and room that can be rented to a different guest so if you want the place to yourself make sure you rent that room as well. Carol is nice and responsive.

Fantastic home in a beautiful neighborhood. Close proximity to Philadelphia sports venues, museums and Center City. The house was immaculately clean, spacious, and inviting. Evelyn is a wonderful host, we highly recommend her property!

Me and my wife stayed here from Wednesday to Sunday, and lemme tell ya, it was like steppin’ into a classic Philly one-two combo of charm and comfort. The house? A beautiful, old-school two-story row home—real traditional, real Philly, y’know? Everything was clean, neat, and taken care of like a champ. It gave us the perfect corner to rest up between the punches of a packed schedule—my 30th Penn Reunion (yo, can you believe it’s been thirty years?) and lots of family visits. We had cozy dinners, kicked back in the evenings, and even made time for slow walks along the Ben Franklin Parkway. Real peaceful, like a cool-down after a heavy bag session. And yeah, we paid our respects to the Art Museum steps and gave a nod to that handsome statue out front—yo, I still got it! This place gave us the quiet between the rounds. If you need a spot that feels like a real home—solid, warm, and proud—this is it. Would stay again in a heartbeat

I would like to start off and say how amazing Connie was! Very responsive, thoughtful and easy to deal with! Her house is an absolute must stay at! We came down for the Metallica concerts over Memorial Day weekend! It was within 20 minutes door-to-door to Lincoln Financial field! Her house was perfect! Lots of space to spread out for a larger group! The outdoor space was beautiful and very relaxing with lots of places to sit and enjoy its peace. Also has a Koi pond!! Saturday morning, we were greeted by husband who delivered us, a fresh batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies for my daughter’s birthday that was upcoming! It was a very very nice surprise! Above and beyond what I could’ve expected! She has a full five star rating for a reason! And I am leaving ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars for her as well! Her property is a must stay at!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Karena’s place. It was exactly as listed and we especially loved the rooftop area. Karena was a great host and extremely responsive to all of our questions and needs. I would recommend this listing to a friend or book again in the future.

Irina's place was lovely, quiet, and clean. New appliances. New refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. Modern heating, A/C. Restaurants within .5 to 5 min walk. She responded within minutes. Would stay again!!

We had a great stay at Malyka's place. She called to greet me and see if I had any needs prior to our arrival, the night before. She was responsive and very friendly. The apartment was comfortable, especially the beds. The shower had great flow and was wonderfully hot. Having the washer and dryer was a huge help. Please note though, there is a lack of electrical sockets in the living room for charging your phone or other electronics. We improvised and charged in the bedroom or bathroom. The neighborhood is walkable/bikeable with parks and playgrounds very close by. There is an abundance of options for food in the area as well. Give 'Tasties' a try for really great soul food. We would happily stay here again if in the Philly area.

This was a lovely stay perfect for a long weekend trip. The location was the best - easy to find and w/in walking distance or a short bus ride from everything that we wanted to do. Lots of coffee shops, great bars, top notch restaurants. Rittenhouse Square was a nice walk away. Michael was very responsive when we had questions and when a breaker must have accidentally flipped. He came in to investigate an odd odor and seemed to really care about looking into the matter. While these didn't detract from our stay, they're worth mentioning to anyone considering for an upcoming trip: - The shower is *incredibly* small. Even as a petite person, there's no way to avoid touching the shower wall and the liner + shower curtain while showering. This was inconvenient, but fine for a short stay. Worth noting if you're taller, heavier set, or going for a long stay, this may not work. - As expected in a big city, you could easily hear foot traffic. Again, didn't detract for us, but worth noting

I have to say that Skeitha and her place are both amazing! My first trip to PA, I had questions and she was always so quick to respond! Her place was cozy and looked just like the photos, it is very quiet and peaceful where her unit is. I spoke to her thru the entire duration from Friday-Monday and it was like having a big sister and I was staying at her place! She made me and my daughter feel more than welcome and she was very accommodating. If I come back that way I will 100% stay here again! Thank you for such a great stay, we truly appreciated everything.

I recently just spent one month at Edward’s place and loved every minute of it. As other reviewers have noted, the layout is a little nontraditional, as you enter through a small sunroom and then go directly into the bedroom, then the living room/kitchen with the bathroom at the back. The kitchen was stocked with basic pots/pans, glassware, and dishes. The real gem of this listing is it’s location- it was next to a large park with many adorable dogs, the main strip of Chestnut Hill 2 min walk, a market, a playground, and easy parking around the vicinity. It offered a great home base to explore Philadelphia with good access to bus lines and the train if you did not have a car. Additionally, since I was at this spot for an entire month I needed additional supplies (ie mop) which Edward promptly ordered to the house. I look forward to returning to this spot next time work brings me to Philly!

TL’s place is a spacious basement unit. Great hot water, useful washer and dryer, and a very comfortable bed! The family lives upstairs, and the floor is a little thin, but you feel right at home. TL was very helpful and flexible with my stay. I would stay again next time I’m in Philadelphia!

Excellent location and a great host. I was visiting Philadelphia for a mix of work and fun and this was the perfect spot to both relax in and work from.

The space was even roomier, brighter, and lovelier than the pictures. The area was walkable, with tons to do, cool murals around every corner, and so many excellent food and beverage options. Natasha was a wonderful, responsive host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect in every way. The home was exactly like the photos—actually, even more stunning in person. It had everything we needed and more, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel completely at home. The house was impeccably clean—truly one of the most pristine and well-maintained Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Every detail was taken care of, and it was clear the hosts take great pride in offering a top-tier experience. Speaking of the hosts, they were outstanding: incredibly responsive, kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. From start to finish, their communication and hospitality were flawless. We had a perfect experience and are already looking forward to staying here again the next time we visit. Highly, highly recommended!

We stayed at Glady's place to see a concert at the Met, and it was perfect! The location right across the street from the Met made our attendance at the concert so easy and stress-free. We got a delicious sushi dinner right around the corner, and in the morning walked the short walk to Starbucks for our morning coffee. Gladys was so helpful and responded right away to all of my inquiries.

Danni's place offered a relaxing stay for my family of four (including toddler & infant). Her responsiveness before & during the trip was greatly appreciated, as were her clear instructions & city guide. The home offers up multiple places to congregate after a day of touring the city -- the rooftop in particular was lovely even if the weather didn't cooperate. The kitchen was functional and came with a nice welcome basket that my children loved. I also really appreciated the baby items -- gates for the staircases, all outlets covered, toys, a crib, pack n' play, and baby bath. These amenities made it an easy decision to forgo a hotel and made our packing a bit easier too! Fairmount is a walkable neighborhood with plenty of food & coffee options, as well as on-street parking. Hope to visit again soon!
