Great place. Parking on street easily available. Being able to walk to the sports complex was perfect. The home was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. Shawn was a great host, on top of communication the entire time. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Very clean and airy one bedroom with enough beds to accommodate a whole family! Young was very responsive and accommodating. The area is very safe and even though we arrived late in the evening, we were able to find free parking under the I95 bridge a short walk away. My understanding is typically the numbered streets going north and south also have free parking for non permit holders too, but we arrived too late to find those spots.

Emily's place made for a wonderful stay in Philly. I'm surprised by the reviews that mention the run of the mill experiences one can expect to have in a city re parking and alleged drug use- Philly is indeed... a city? As far as my experience, parking was more than reasonable, with a free lot for extended use within walking distance from the apartment. Worried by the reviews, I texted Emily ahead of time for parking recommendations, and she was responsive and thorough. Needless to say, there was no need to worry. The nearby lot is the chillest Philly parking experience I've ever had. As far as the apartment itself, the kitchen & bathroom were particularly lovely, & the two bedrooms upstairs were spacious & warm! The street itself is charming, and the apartment has grocery, restaurant, and pharmacy options within walking distance. I experienced little to no noise disturbance, as the place seems well insulated. Inside there's a booklet with local recs. I would book with Emily again!

Winnie was a great host and very communicative. She responded right away to any questions I had. The space was small but it was in a great quiet location and perfect for the type of stay we wanted.

Perfect location for sporting events. We walked to the ball park. House was clean. Host very responsive and friendly. Nifty fifties around the corner. Had a great stay. Will def book again.

Lisa and Robert were wonderful hosts who made South Philly feel like a second home during my brief stay with them. I am so glad I found them and could not recommend their hospitality more highly.

Great location, great unit and great hosts! Cannot recommend highly enough. If you are looking for a central location, great restaurants, just around the corner from the park, do not pass this up! This is our second time staying in this building, and both units were fantastic. Rafi and team are AMAZING. Super helpful, quick to respond and seamless check-in/check-out. This will be my go to spot every time I’m in town!

Great area in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to one of the best cheesesteak spots on Philly and one of the best Water Ice spots. Rite Aid across the street for your convenience. Great location. No noise problems in my experience there.

Overall great experience!! The location was prime and close to Philly. Close to Wawa and local restaurants. Very comfortable place for a couple. Eli was also very responsive and helpful!

This apartment was absolutely perfect — clean and beautiful on a quiet, tree lined street. Conveniently located near a coffee shop, grocery store, and 15 min walk to Rittenhouse square. Bedroom was cozy and quiet, living room had gorgeous windows and great light. Apartment was well decorated with nice plants but not cluttered, kitchen was great as well. The stairs to the apartment can be a bit steep if you have elderly travel companions or anyone with mobility issues, but otherwise this place is wonderful for anyone!

So the townhome was AWESOME! looks just like its described. We only had an issue with the door because being from the south we’re not used to keypads like that. So you’ll put the code in and then the knob lol! Glad the neighbor helped us out. Andrea was very helpful and fast with responses.

Danni's place offered a relaxing stay for my family of four (including toddler & infant). Her responsiveness before & during the trip was greatly appreciated, as were her clear instructions & city guide. The home offers up multiple places to congregate after a day of touring the city -- the rooftop in particular was lovely even if the weather didn't cooperate. The kitchen was functional and came with a nice welcome basket that my children loved. I also really appreciated the baby items -- gates for the staircases, all outlets covered, toys, a crib, pack n' play, and baby bath. These amenities made it an easy decision to forgo a hotel and made our packing a bit easier too! Fairmount is a walkable neighborhood with plenty of food & coffee options, as well as on-street parking. Hope to visit again soon!

Clarissa's place was amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and although we didn't use the kitchen it was fully equipped with everything you needed if you ever wanted to cook!

Bin’s place was spotless and comfortable. We especially appreciated that it was within walking distance to the Met Philadelphia and public transportation!
