No notes, incredible escape even in the pouring rain. The ambience, even down to the little things like walking through the door to classical music, was truly top notch.

Jake’s place is the best air bnb that I have ever stayed in the area. The house is very clean and new and has all the amenities. The surrounding is very beautiful and peaceful. I would highly recommend to anyone who comes to this area especially Hotchkiss family for graduation or parent weekend. Jake is very responsive and he event brought us the bbq tools when asked. My daughter and I travel six months of the year to various horse shows across the Eastern United States. In the past two years, we have stayed in over 25 Airbnbs. Kathryn's home is the best place we have ever stayed. As we drove in, the area surrounding the property was beautiful and lush. Her pre-arrival communications and instructions on how to enter the house were clear and precise. Once we entered the house, everything was immaculate and clean. There was a welcome gift and a note. The house manual is complete and informative about the house and the surrounding area. The bathrooms and bedrooms were all furnished with luxury linens. The kitchen is large, well laid out, and equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. It is a remarkable house, and we are grateful to have stayed there.

Adrian’s place was absolutely lovely. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and easy to relax into. The new “hedge” separating the driveway and the side yard is lovely. Having nature all around is gorgeous and restorative. We’ll definitely return!

Val’s place was incredibly clean and comfortable. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. It was beautiful, inside and outside, and perfect for our family. My 2 year old was cutting teeth all night and I couldn’t have imagined a more comfortable place for us to muddle through outside our home. We even had a family “camp out” in the lovely living room in front of the fireplace. The instructions were perfectly clear with helpful visuals. I would recommend Val’s place to anyone needing to stay in the area or looking for a cozy retreat.

Katherine’s place is absolutely beautiful! It’s in the center of town so it’s very walkable but peaceful at the same. You can’t ask for a cozier place to spend your time in Kingston!

The Airbnb is on a small hill looking out towards a small pond and an open field. The sunset in particular was very nice. The home is in a very private location. Inside, the space was well decorated - simple yet tasteful. The space itself is on the smaller end but the decor opens up the space. Michael answered all questions within 24-hours. Easy to communicate with. Overall a good stay

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

Yulia's place was the perfect spot for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. Was even great for an infant! It was comfy and cozy! Loved the patisserie downstairs and the town. Highly recommend!

Henry & Jorge were excellent hosts! They’re very communicative, friendly, and quick to respond. We had a wedding in the area, so they were flexible and allowed us early check in, which was much appreciated. The Airbnb was exactly as described, everything was clean. The bed was comfortable and they had AC. The mini fridge in the bedroom was a nice additional touch. Guests should be aware that generally speaking: taxis and Ubers in the Saugerties area are more difficult to come by so you have to reserve them and plan ahead of time. Overall, very happy with our weekend trip and would highly recommend!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.
