The home was quaint and well furnished . It has all the amenities. The welcome snacks were a nice touch and very much appreciated.

Excellent host. We had a small problem with water in the kitchen which was quickly resolved. The apartment is clean and comfortable and has everything that you need. The location above a restaurant is convenient, but can be a little loud. All in all, this is a great place to stay in Delhi!

Loved the character and location of Tyler’s place. Easy to walk everywhere in Hudson and then come back to a cozy home. Close to great restaurants and shops. Happy to recommend staying here and will book again in the future.

The perfect location to enjoy a weekend in Woodstock. We walked everywhere and enjoyed a great meal at the Pub! Apartment is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay memorable.

This is the second time I've stayed here. To be able to enjoy the expansive view and serenity from a seat in the garden is enormous. Carl is on site and responds immediately if needed, but the apartment is quite private and independent from his house. One caveat: there is no communal living room. there is the communal kitchen but for indoor lounging, you will be in the bedrooms. for me, it's a no-brainer trade off for the spectacular outdoor space. I'll be back!

Sarah's loft was exactly as described. Parking was handy and the space felt safe. We were able to walk to a fantastic Italian restaurant as well as a nice walking path near the river. We definitely recommend this loft, especially for couples.

We stayed here for the West Point graduation this year. It was super convenient to the base and had some nice restaurants and coffee shops close by. It’s a quiet place which we loved and was very clean. A perfect place for us to stay and unwind after a busy day. The hosts definitely put personal and unique touches into the apartment and it was lovely. It reminded us of some of the Airbnbs we stayed at in Europe.

The apartment was absolutely lovely for a long weekend stay in Kingston. I traveled solo and felt safe in the house and neighborhood. The apartment was well stocked with coffee, cooking supplies, soap and linens - everything I needed for the weekend including some extras. I genuinely appreciated all of the thoughtful details in the space that helped make it comfortable and efficient. Highly recommend for a solo traveler or couple of friends looking for a fun getaway!

A perfect little place for a long weekend getaway. Jenny’s place is warm and well situated on Warren Street. My stay was seamless and I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by Jenny. Thank you for a lovely birthday weekend!

We enjoyed our stay at Frank and Mette's. Frank sent a message letting us know we could check in at an earlier time, and we were given clear instructions on check-in details. The space was great, just as advertised but I feel the pictures don't do it justice. Anything you might need is there, and we appreciated the water stocked in the fridge! Clear instructions for the TV were left, and information about our stay as well. We utilized a spot in the driveway. Frank also had let me know we could use the deck entry when I had previously inquired, for any exit or entry after first checking in through the main door, but we had no issues with the main entrance so we chose to continue to use that instead. AC units worked great, bed was comfortable, and shower had good pressure. Downtown is right nearby, including Samuel's Sweets. And Poughkeepsie is about a 25 minute easy drive for anyone needing to venture out that way. We would definitely stay in the future if we are in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and incredibly well-prepared. The host went above and beyond—there was a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. She truly thought of everything we might need, from toiletries to kitchen essentials, including a variety of snacks/breakfast items, coffee and teas. It made our stay comfortable, relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This was even better than we could have imagined! The apartment is so beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and has everything you could need. It is a quick jaunt on foot (maybe 12 minutes) from the main drag on Warren, and was so quiet and homey at night. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great few days staying at James’s apartment, although as we were there for our nephew’s graduation we mainly used the apartment for sleeping. The park across the street made for a peaceful quiet street, and we loved the old brick of the street. Parking was simple as we arrived after the 2hr parking ended for the weekend, and James’s instructions for getting in were simple. The place was super clean and uncluttered. We lived how close it was to Lark Street for dinner. I did have a little trouble with the back neighbors talking outside until the wee hours of the morning, but moved the air purifier to the bedroom for white noise the second night and slept super well after that! Wish we had more time to explore but enjoyed the Savoy Taproom on Lark St and Betty Boop diner a bit farther away!

We loved our stay. The space has the charm of a historic building but is nicely modernized at the same time. Check in was a breeze with very clear instructions from David. We did not get to try the restaurant downstairs on this trip although we popped in for a nightcap and sat out on the comfortable porch and watched the rain. Inside the apartment, the sound from the restaurant was minimal. The space itself was very clean and well appointed. Overall, we were very comfortable and happy with our stay.

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at John’s Airbnb in Newburgh! From the moment we arrived, John’s warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. The place itself was spotless, and incredibly cozy—truly a home away from home. Every little detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the thoughtful local recommendations, showed the care John puts into ensuring his guests have a memorable experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests, and it made our trip even more special. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and taking in the stunning view of the Hudson River. I can’t recommend John and his Airbnb enough! We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Newburgh. Thank you, John, for creating such a wonderful space and for being such a fantastic host!

Our stay at the Mountain Top Hot Tub Suite was totally worth it! We were in the area for a relaxing nature weekend. From the start check in was smooth. We arrived in the late evening and the hosts left clear typed instructions with pictures for our stay. The moment we stepped into the space we felt relaxed. The room was so clean, with beautiful nature accents through the room and very comfortable bedding. There is an area for shoes at the door, a laundry basket in the bathroom, and plenty of washcloths. Do bring your own supplies if you’re particular, but the hosts left lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. There was tea and coffee, mugs, a water heater that we used in the morning to prepare tea! The mini fridge held all of our cold drinks during the trip! Last but not least the hot tub was a real treat! Really relaxing to the end of our day. Cozy and perfect!

We had a great time staying in this beautiful and comfortable space. It had everything we could hope for and was perfectly clean. The air felt and smelled fresh as we walked in the door. It was spacious and well appointed with extras like condiments, games and puzzles. There was a dog gate and potty bags in case we brought our pets. We didn’t bring ours this time but might in the future because we definitely want to stay here again. There were plenty of clean linens and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were great. The coffee was delicious and there was tea too. We didn’t use the air fryer, but it was nice to have that and the gas stove in case we wanted to cook. Thank you for a great stay!

Johns place was perfect for a little getaway. Our dog loved it as much as we did. We walked around the lake with stunning views (especially around fall season) and the fireplace is great for doing s’mores at night. Dasha was absolutely amazing, friendly and always reachable if anything.
