I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Super clean, quiet, good parking, and had everything I needed. And plenty of hot water. Very short and easy drive to Robert Treman State Park (both upper and lower lots). Short drive into Ithaca.

We stayed here due to a convention in downtown. The place was far enough away to be quiet but close enough to walk (10 mins). Convenient, easy to check in even late at night, and Kendra was helpful and responsive. I would stay here again if i ever find myself in Rochester again! thank you!

My parents and I had a great trip to Cortland for my nephew's graduation. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. The hot tub was lovely and the back yard has beautiful gardens. Arnaud was helpful and responsive. We enjoyed staying here.

Beautiful home. everything was well kept. It was a great stop for my family of 6. We did laundry there and found everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it.

This apartment was a great stay, very spacious for our party of 3, and it was close to everything we needed in Oswego. This is quite specific, but loved the plants at the kitchen window, impressive gardening. Overall recommend! We will be staying here again when visiting Oswego in the future.

I stayed here for a local clinical rotation for school. The location was nice and the apartment was cozy! Adriele was very accommodating, kind and very responsive! Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Cute place. We were happy to find a nice 3 bdrm apartment that was able to accommodate our family for our trip. Everything was clean and comfortable. We only spent the night but we were happy with the beds, linens and definitely the coffee in the am! We did appreciate the macaroni and cheese at 2am, we were definitely craving something hot! Thank you both for that. HA! The outside is deceiving but once inside it’s decorated very nicely. If you’re looking for a multiple bedroom apartment don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed.

Exactly as described. Quiet area where I would say you needed a car to access local amenities. Saying that, if you do have a car then everything is within a 15 min drive (but also walkable) (Walmart, Aldi, Liquor Store, bars, restaurant, takeaways etc). The bedrooms are spacious and the place has more than enough space for 8 people (& not feeling like you are living on top of each other). Plenty of storage & good AC. There is a large TV in the living area & comfortable sofa. The kitchen was well stocked and the essentials are provided (Towels, salt, pepper, oil, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bin bags, dishwasher tabs, cleaning spray, toilet rolls, kitchen towels, napkins, filters for coffee machine), which was really appreciated. Having access to the washing machine / dryer was a life saver. Communication with Calli and Christina was friendly, easy & responsive. Would definitely recommend & when back in the area would like to return here.

This property has been recently renovated. It has a great kitchen and great bathrooms. There is plenty of space in the common areas as well. I stayed there with my wife, my daughter, her husband, and my grandson. We had a great weekend. The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The host communicated with us very well. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a multi bedroom home in the Rochester area. It is a place I would return to.

I had an amazing stay at this property. One of the highlights was the sunsets. Every evening felt like a private show, with breathtaking views that made it hard to put the camera down. The space itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. You can tell the host put a lot of care into making sure guests feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable,convenient, and scenic getaway, this place checks all the boxes. I would absolutely stay here again!

Comfortable, extremely clean and very convenient location. Wonderful accommodations for my family especially the well stocked modern, spacious kitchen.

Th space was immaculate, well maintained, nicely designed as well as decorated. Our only concern was that there was no stove for our teenage son to cook on. There was a microwave and toaster broiler that worked just fine for him. However, the sauna was an amazing perk. The setting was very calm and relaxed. Rachel was an excellent host and left a kind graduation card and bottle of Spumante for us to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. We would highly recommend this space and would rent again. This space is truly a great find in great neighborhood near the University of Rochester. We had booked this property for 4 months through the winter. Having use of the garage was a great bonus. No scraping! Neighborhood is very walkable and several good restaurants are nearby. Elizabeth was an excellent host. She was very communicative and accommodating. You can't go wrong booking this lovely property.

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting Syracuse U. Fantastic location in downtown and within easy reach of the university. Restaurants and more just steps away yet the condo was very peaceful with a neighborhood vibe and the nearby park was perfect for our pup. Would definitely stay here again.
