This home was perfect for our family! We wanted to enjoy some family time for Memorial Day weekend with our kids. This house had it all. The pool and hot tub were a big hit! And when the rain came, the game room was perfect and entertaining! Ping pong, air hockey and Pac-Man arcade was enjoyable for the whole family. This almost 40 yr old mama beat her 19 year old son at air hockey! 😄 My arm is still screaming in pain! 😅 The bedrooms all had king size beds and were super comfy. Also, the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. Definitely would recommend to anyone. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

FANTASTIC! We stayed the weekend during a baseball tournament we had in town. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe and peaceful! The house exceeded our expectations! We hosted a team BBQ and the grill and outdoor seating was perfect! Will definitely book here again!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while we were in town. This property was a unique little retreat in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Two adults and three big kids stayed here very comfortably, and we enjoyed the many amenities; including items for the pool and snacks to name a few. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials which made cooking a breeze. Most of all, the beds were super comfy and the decor made us feel like we were at home. We had planned on doing a few activities while in town, but the back yard area was so beautiful, we ended up staying and relaxing at the property instead. Terri was lovely to meet and the vibes here were overall really positive. Highly recommend this place!!

The property is on the edge of a beautiful wooded area which had a variety of wildlife. We saw cardinals, blue jays, other birds, deer, and an opossum. They loved munching on the corn we were able to spread for them that the owner provided. The indoors and backyard is perfect for a large or small gathering. The stairs were a bit steep as it seems to be an older house, but that wasn’t a problem for our group. When I needed something, the owner responded very quickly to my request. We would stay here again!

We had an excellent experience staying at this Airbnb! The house is fully equipped—there’s absolutely nothing missing. It truly feels like you’re in your own home. It’s cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. Samantha was incredibly communicative and helpful—she quickly resolved a minor cleaning issue and was always fast to respond. She was also very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated. The beds are hotel-quality and the pillows are super soft—we honestly didn’t want to leave! If you’re visiting Wichita with family, this place is a fantastic choice. Thank you, Samantha! We’ll definitely be back.

This property was exactly what I had been looking for we needed four bedrooms. All four bedrooms were lovely with king beds. The location was exactly where I requested. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet quiet with lots of beautiful holiday decorations! I will absolutely consider staying at this home again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is very nice. We were able to enjoy all the fun activities and grill available in the back yard. This is in a nice peaceful area right across from the river and a large park.

This was the second property of Jerry and Winnie’s that we stayed in this month. They really have their properties full of amenities, they think of everything. This house has a great yard and deck for relaxing outside and soaking up the sun. I will always try to stay at one of Jerry & Winnie’s properties when I return to Wichita.

Perfect for our family & dogs included! Had a large backyard, perfect to throw the ball with our pups. Had all amenities as listed, and was basically a home away from home. Also, it was a very quick drive to nearby food, grocery store, Walmart, etc.

Ava was a top-notch host— quick to respond to questions, helpful, and friendly. The home was just as it was described, and everything in the home was organized and clean; it was very well-furnished. It definitely had that College Hill charm that we love. We give this home our highest recommendation; it’s comfortable and inviting, and it’s well located, with walkability to a lot of shops and restaurants.

The location when put into GPS took us right to the correct location! The place was warm and inviting upon arrival with all listed amenities available. This was quite a stressful weekend for my family as we had multiple reasons to be in Wichita (one included a loved one involved in a motorcycle accident) the other was for pleasure for my 12 year old daughter. She had a softball tournament that weekend. I will definitely look for listings by this person in future stays! Thank you for making our stressful weekend less stressful!

Great hosts! Great place! All bathrooms were downstairs which made it a little difficult for some of my guests, but overall, it was a great stay.

The house made you feel like you were at home. I was traveling with my pup and he loved getting to run around in the backyard. The house looked clean and smelled clean. I would highly recommend staying here !

Our lacrosse team had an amazing stay! Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our messages. The house was perfect for our group, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

The stay at Kelli’s was amazing! The house is very accommodating for all your needs. I brought two toddlers and they played to their hearts content. We stayed the weekend at Michael’s place for a softball tournament. The house was conveniently located and comfortably accommodated 3 families. The house was well-stocked; the owners had thought of everything to ensure we had a great stay. Even better, they allowed us to do a late check out when rain through us way behind schedule. Hands down 5 out of 5 stars!

Great base for a few days in Wichita. Clean, updated home in a great location. Short walk to the river and museums. Only 15 minutes drive from the airport. Well-equipped kitchen for making meals and plenty of space for dining + relaxing. Always prompt communication from the hosts. Highly recommend this place.

My son is stationed in Kansas for 3 years now (USAF) and this is the 2nd airbnb i have rented in Kansas. This was very cozy, accommodating, great neighborhood, space and cost friendly. The hosts was very responsive and so friendly. I will honestly tell you that you will not be disappointed in this home. They only requested us to place the towels, wash rags, kitchen towels by the washer and trash by door. Normally a airbnb wants you to strip beds etc. This place is great, roomy and nice. I will be renting again. Thank you

My family and I (4) stayed here and it had everything we needed. It's just like the pics. Everything is on one level, no basement rooms, which we liked. Will definitely be coming back.
