House vacation rentals in Seat Pleasant

Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

We absolutely loved staying at Hogwarts! Nate was very responsive right from booking. He ensured he clearly laid out what to expect and all of the amazing things to do on the property. We highly recommend the scavenger hunt! It was our favorite of all the activities. The “Professor’s Bedroom” is phenomenal, spacious, and cozy. The remainder of the bedrooms matched up to each house. Little things like matching towels to the House colors really show how much effort they have put into this property. You’ll feel at home the second you step inside. Our favorite room was the library where you can kick back and chat or play one of many, many HP themed games. We cannot recommend this house and Nate as a host more! If you’re looking for your next adventure, look no further.

We absolutely loved staying at Margaret's lovely home. it was the perfect family getaway with plenty of space for us and our grown children. The kitchen is amazingly well-stocked. The jacuzzi was great, and she had extra towels for the pool/ jacuzzi as well. It was a peaceful neighborhood to walk around or go down to the beach area where there is a playground that had young families the day we went. Highly recommend!

Doug”s house is exactly as described and his communication was impeccable. My family and I truly enjoyed celebrating my birthday at this property. The pool is huge and there are seven bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom has a sauna inside the room which was an added bonus. The only thing I wish they had was an additional full bathroom for 7 bedrooms. There is one in master and one in the hallway. There is nothing negative I can say. Even the cleaner, April was the best. I would definitely rent again and actually look forward to renting again 😊

We had a wonderful family reunion here with 3 generations. Each family had their own private space but there was tons to do on the property together as well. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy! We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked, too.

This was the perfect city get away for a weekend trip! The location is great, in the country but also only 10 minutes from Middelburg shops and restaurants. The home was even better than pictured, especially the outside area. The yard, pool and outside seating areas were absolutely beautiful, just so peaceful. The home was absolutely lovely, very clean, comfortable and with all the amenities you would need, including in the kitchen. Really hope to come back, I would highly recommend this rental. This place is fantastic for a stay. Daniel is super communicative and quick to respond. Plus, the pool is impeccably clean.

Duane was kind, responsive and helpful. Tons to see and do on the beautiful property and we had such a fun and relaxing weekend. Couldn’t have asked for much more! It was just as described and super easy start to finish. Definitely recommend!

Christin's home was a great place to stay in Baltimore while attending my son's wedding. She was very kind to let us check in early, since we had a rehearsal dinner to attend Friday night. It gave us some much needed "down time" before our busy evening. The home was lovely inside and it suited all of our needs. I greatly appreciated how clean everything was. The neighborhood felt safe and it was just a quick walk to Patterson Park. Christin responded quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again! The location was ideal for my daughter’s wedding which was held across the street at Capitol Hill Baptist Church. The location was walkable to many restaurants, sightseeing spots and experiencing all of living on The Hill. The host was very responsive when I had an issue getting in the first time. If you what to stay close to all Hill events and enjoy the local area, stay here.

Stuart’s home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. What stood out to me the most was Stuart’s responsiveness about any inquiry I had during my visit. He was timely and always friendly. I very much appreciate his professionalism! Thank you also for the gift card for the restaurant next door! As others mentioned in their reviews, the street noise can be loud at times. We may have been a little more sensitive to the noise as we were not visiting the city for vacation. However, using my phone’s white noise app was really helpful to drown it out when needed. I would absolutely recommend Stuart as a host and his home for a great place to stay. The home’s location felt very safe and it was very convenient to walk to restaurants or corner markets. Thank you for everything!!

We loved this place for our getaway to Fredrick!!! Great little place to return to after downtown adventures and we found ourselves thoroughly enjoying the back porch and fenced in yard. The kids loved running around after each other. Nicole was friendly and prompt with communication, making checking in and out easy and simple. We will definitely be back here when we come to Fredrick again!

Hashim was an excellent host. Went over and above to help me the day we checked in. He was prompt to respond and correct an issue we encountered. It is a beautiful space, comfortable and well decorated. You will hear children playing above you, which I enjoyed.

This is a well-maintained home with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and fully functional kitchen. There was an Activity shed that turned out to have many games and toys as well as paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes. The grill worked well and the fire ring although old, provided a great place to finish the day. There was a full size washer and dryer and two pull out couches in addition to the bedrooms. Plenty of lawn furniture and a old tree swing that I ended up pushing many people in. And there is and old bell on the patio. Fair warning, it is loud. Ring gently.

Felt like home. Quiet neighborhood with walking distance grocery store. Extra amenities. Very clean and I’m a clean freak.

The house was Amazing! We were able to make ourselves at home & cook together. Every single person was accommodated & all 8 of loved it. It was clean & looked just like the pictures, the parking was fine. We really enjoyed it.

Given graduation on the East coast, location in Arlington/proximity to Georgetown, size and location of Tyler’s home, the value was worth the price! Coming from the Midwest, all was intimidating at first, but we wanted a comfortable, substantial place that would provide true bedroom spaces and adequate bathrooms for each pairing in the family. Tyler’s place did that plus offered two living areas, a large dining and spacious kitchen for conversation, food spread, cooking, mingling, celebrating, etc. We couldn’t have been more pleased with all of the spaces!

We frequently visit Alexandria to visit family . We have a large family and look for a large home to accommodate everyone. Chau’s beautiful chateaux met all our needs . Location was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom, the house was clean , kitchen was well stocked . I will stay here again and would highly recommend this beautiful house ! Thanks Chau for hosting us . 🥰

My family and I rented this space for a weekend getaway. It was an incredible space in an awesome location! We have a large family with kids ranging from 2-12 and it was great for all ages!

What a great place to stay. Nicely decorated. Comfortably equipped. We had a wonderful time at the Lincoln Loft.

We loved staying at Jonathan’s place. We owner and the manger were very responsive to our questions and concerns. The place is very cute and cozy. They had everything that a family with two little kids needed. The only down part was that our 9 months old was very interested in all the sharp corners, edges and cords in the house. The place was a little dangerous for our baby on-a-move. It’s not a con, just a note to the next family who is considering this house. Over all the experience was amazing.

Absolutely CHARMING cottage. Details put into every aspect of the house and excellent use of space. Phenomenal location. You can tell the owners put lots of care and thought into this house.

We had a party of 4 couples and all eight people were very impressed with everything. We all thought it was a great value and a great location for what we had planned.
