House vacation rentals in Seat Pleasant

Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

Our group had the MOST MAGICAL time!! Even the people who knew very little about Harry Potter were in total awe of all the details around the home. The scavenger hunt was a group favorite and the Escape Rooms were top notch!! We fully intend to revisit when the add-ons are complete!! Nate was an excellent communicator and host.

Clare and Chris could not be nicer and easier to work with. My family/friends have been getting together since 1994 and have been to many great Airbnb's and VRBO's. My group could not stop telling me how great of a week we had. The primary features that were import to us which the house scored big are as follows: It has a dock (we arrived via boat), The kitchen is big, laid out for many "Cooks", The kitchen was open to the dining room table, The dining room table is open to the sitting areas, The pool was clean and inviting, The fire pit with seasoned firewood was a big hit for our group, All the beds were comfortable, The bedrooms were large and comfortable, The baths were clean, modern & large and The location to "What to do in Cambridge" is only 7-10 miles away. We made prearrangements: Richardson Maritime Museum to have a guided tour with David Williams on Friday and Spocott Windmill with George Radcliff. Both of these tours were fascinating. Our weekend was 5-Stars.

Doug”s house is exactly as described and his communication was impeccable. My family and I truly enjoyed celebrating my birthday at this property. The pool is huge and there are seven bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom has a sauna inside the room which was an added bonus. The only thing I wish they had was an additional full bathroom for 7 bedrooms. There is one in master and one in the hallway. There is nothing negative I can say. Even the cleaner, April was the best. I would definitely rent again and actually look forward to renting again 😊

We had a wonderful family reunion here with 3 generations. Each family had their own private space but there was tons to do on the property together as well. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy! We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked, too.

This place is fantastic for a stay. Daniel is super communicative and quick to respond. Plus, the pool is impeccably clean.

Duane was kind, responsive and helpful. Tons to see and do on the beautiful property and we had such a fun and relaxing weekend. Couldn’t have asked for much more! It was just as described and super easy start to finish. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful place - pictures do not do it justice. Home is spotless and beautifully furnished! We had a great time relaxing on our babymoon. Lots of great restaurants close by and so much to do at the house you never have to leave. Really appreciated the details such as the coloring station and ample beach towels. Hope to stay again in the future!

Vermecia’s place was one of the best! Very clean, spacious, and within 10 minutes of restaurants and things to do. Felt right at home. Vermecia was extremely thoughtful and responsive to any question we had. She even accommodated us for an early check-in. 5 stars!!!! Definitely will stay here again.

Great spot and affordable if you have a large group. Neighborhood/larger area isn’t great but very close to DC and the home itself is secluded and felt safe. Everything was very clean and well maintained, bedding was the cleanest I’ve ever seen for an Airbnb, and I’m very picky about that stuff. The only thing I think was lacking were amenities/supplies—There was not much in the way of towels, soap, or kitchen tools, but enough to make it work to be sure. Overall an awesome stay and very smooth and easy check in/check out.

We stayed in DC with a group of friends and this place was absolutely perfect. The home is even more stunning in person than the photos show. Everyone had plenty of space, and the open layout made it ideal for hanging out and playing games. The hosts were fantastic and offered top-notch customer service. We’d definitely stay here again—wonderful experience all around!

Olalekan’s home is in a great area. We rented it to attend a concert at Northwest Stadium and it was perfect for what we needed! Beautiful home and amazing host.

Shandell was very responsive and a great host. The space was very clean when we arrived and exactly as described. The neighborhood was also very quiet and a quick drive to downtown even during busier times of the day.

A beautiful Gem! I enjoyed staying here. Everything was as described. I especially like the apt feel. Nice, quiet and cozy. My host was quick to respond to questions and request. This location is on my star list. Was in town for ministry function. I shared with my friends. Highly recommended.

The AirBnB itself was very cute! Minimalist, which I love, but also cozy. The ambiance was great and Victor was easy to work with!

We had a great stay here for my graduation weekend! The place fit all 10 of us and we had access to the pool throughout the weekend! Everything looked just like the pictures, and we felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood. It is a bit farther from some of the DC and MD hotspots, but it worked for us. No complaints, we would stay again!

Ahmed provided very clear check-in and check out instructions. The place looks exactly like the photos. There is no walkway to the apartment so you have to walk through the grass, which needed to be cut we when arrived and we arrived in our formal attire (i.e. heels, dresses, etc), so something to keep in mind when accessing the apt. Additionally, the oven did not work properly and I ended having to trash two cakes for a client that I was preparing at the place. Ahmed tried his best to troubleshoot the issue but sometimes appliances give out without warning (no fault of the host). Overall, it was a decent experience and for a short stay this place is good. The neighborhood is quiet. The place is close to D.C. and other surrounding areas which is great.

Terrance was an extremely helpful host. He promptly replied to any questions we had and offered suggestions for restaurants and grocery stores. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy walk to the metro. And the washer and dryer were a plus - we didn't have to pack as many clothes. I would highly recommend his listing.

I came with a group of girls to visit DC and Andy was a very responsive host, always trying to help us feel as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the large space that was there and it was comfortable for us.

DaJuan’s place is an artist’s dream! I had so much fun drawing on the dry erase wall in the room with all the art supplies! I met three neighbors, and all were very friendly, especially the older woman living in the corner apartment. I wish I knew her name! Katrina and DaJuan were extremely respond, but I had absolutely no issues with the place and would high-ly recommend it! If I ever need an Airbnb in the area again, this place is on the top of my list!

Host is quick to respond. Check in and out was very easy. Neighborhood was overall peaceful. We had a good stay and it’s close to everything a tourist would want to see!

Home was spacious enough to accommodate for the group, and Aivet was always quick to respond. Location is also convenient to stores and restaurants, which were only a short drive away.

We had a lovely time in this home. It was very well appointed- they thought of everything. Traveling with small children is always a challenge but they all the amenities for the children- including built in potty seat in bathrooms and step stool. Host was very responsive during the entire stay. Only complaint would be the internal temperature. The thermostat was controlled by the host and the temperature fluctuated on each level of the townhome. I recommend unlocking the thermostat and let guests regulate.
