Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Schuyler County

This was our second stay in which we once again enjoyed a very relaxing and peaceful long weekend away. The house is quiet and just what is needed. We always enjoy the little touches of snacks, and the hot tub! If you are looking to escape from "life" for a few days and enjoy some downtime-this place is just the perfect spot! Oh, and enjoy some local wine and spirits.

This was my 2nd stay with Melanie and Bruce, once again it was perfect. The house is very private in a beautiful wooded area. The house has everything you need, plus thoughtful extras like the campfire wood and starter kit. We really appreciate the 11am check-out time, so many others require 10am and after a weekend of adventures, that extra hour matters!! We will definitely stay with Melanie, Bruce, and the outdoor kitty Nancy, again!

Great Airbnb! Located close to Watkins Glenn and many great wineries. Extremely clean and dog friendly. Would recommend !

The property is very nice and right on the lake with beautifulviews. The house is very clean and has a well stocked kitchen. We would recommend it to others.

LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION. The best of both worlds. The house sits along the country side up the hill from the center of Watkins Glen. There is plenty of room for peace and quiet and very short one turn ride down to the town. The view pulling the gravel driveway is breathtaking and is also seen from the front porch along with the added wildflower field in front of the home. Just an added touch. When walking into the home it looks just as pictured. The kitchen opens up to one big open concept room dining and living. The basement is a party zone! Ample speakers throughout the home along with added microphone for karaoke and a beautiful fireplace and greenery wall. The vibe is positive for sure. We enjoyed our stay as a group of girls. We enjoyed the views, location, eateries and trolley tour. It was a weekend to remember. The house gave us everything we needed for a great stay! We would love to visit again.

We so enjoyed our long weekend at the Restful Ranch! The property is well maintained & very private. The inside of the house is very welcoming & exceptionally clean. The back deck is expansive with plenty of room to lounge out. The hot tub puts it over the top! Thank you for being dog friendly as our two fur kids enjoyed the weekend as well! Casey was a great host, lots of recommendations in their home guide book, and they were extremely welcoming. The home was located in a great location to visit both the west and east sides of Seneca Lake and also a short trip to Ithaca area. Definitely a recommended home for the area.

This cute house feels bigger than what the pictures show. The games available inside and outdoors for the yard were great fun for our family and made the stay more enjoyable! The screened porch and large yard are inviting. Being able to park close to the entry made unpacking and packing super easy. Highly recommend!

It was a perfect place to stay for our mother & daughter weekend exploring Watkins Glenn and surrounding area(waterfalls, hiking, wineries, breweries, lakes).Can easily walk into town to shops, restaurants and WG state park. Apartment is fully stocked with all needed for our stay. It is a super cozy, comfortable & clean. Host is very helpful & responsive. It was a perfect fall getaway. Hope to return in the future.

We spent 4 nights in Michelle’s Airbnb at the beautiful Waneta lake. It was a great location to explore the surrounding Finger Lake area, especially Watkins Glen stood out to us.

Loved our time here. It was a great location and the waterfall was a bonus. We enjoyed evening walks around town and the local area. The space was exactly what we saw on the website and was great for all our needs. Was very thankful for the great directions from check in procedures down to how to work the TV. We were able to watch our favorite hockey team (Minnesota Frost) even if we are not great with streaming services thanks to the directions. BONUS big TV. Thank you

We loved Glenn and Dianna's place. All the furniture, decor, etc. was great for relaxing and unwinding. The deck (with firepit and grill) has a breathaking view of Seneca Lake, and there are so many restaurants, wineries, breweries, etc. all within a few miles. Also easy access to Watkins Glen and its walkable, quaint downtown. The message we received for checking in was probably the most detailed and helpful we've gotten from any host. Very precise directions for parking, entering the apartment, etc., and lots of information about local restaurants, wineries, etc. It was a pleasure meeting them both, as they are super friendly and genuinely nice people. It is about a half hour or a little more to Ithaca from here (we were in the area for our daughter's college graduation), with an easy trip over scenic back roads. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a picturesque, private and comfortable spot in the heart of the Finger Lakes.

A quiet get away but still close to great outdoor locationsand restaurants. Has everything you need and a cute, classy asthetic.

Caitlin was a wonderful host. The house was SO clean, hard to believe it is a pet friendly rental it was so clean. Very cozy, comfortable beds. Lots of amenities sprinkled throughout!

Ella’s Loft is a great place for anyone looking to visit the Watkins Glenn area for a few nights. It’s in a perfect place near many local wineries, places to eat, and just a short drive from the town. The hosts are very kind and responsive to all your needs. I would highly recommend!

Jolina is an excellent host with a perfectly peaceful and beautiful home. The view of the lake was breaktaking, and we felt so comfortable and welcomed as soon as we walked in. We were so close to downtown and many vineyard, but got to experience the tranquility of being surrounded by nature. All around perfect trip and we hope to be welcomed here again in the future.

Stayed for Memorial Day weekend with my wife. Nice romantic getaway, close to Watkins Glen State Park and local wineries. Great view of the lake and sunset. Very clean little cabin, exactly as described. Will definitely consider again. Tip- save enough hot water for your partner to shower!

We had a blast and will absolutely 100% be returning back it was so perfect inside and out, perfect place to unwind and relax by a fire while still having all the amenities of home inside, if you’re thinking of staying in the area definitely give this place a shot it is worth it !

Great Stay Great Cabin! Everything was clean we felt comfortable there. The hot tub was great after the 2.4 mile walk at Watkins glen. It was too cold for us to kayak but it was nice sitting by the water and chilling. Loved the sound of the water at night.

We had a great weekend in this lovely little secluded cabin. It had everything we needed and is a perfect jumping off point for seeing all there is to see in and around Ithaca including the Finger Lakes. We especially loved the cleanliness and all the small details that made it feel like home including snacks and water and all of our fresh coffee needs. The bubbling stream/brook behind the house is also such a great added bonus!

We had a wonderful time!! Catrine was extremely helpful and very responsive. Her cabin was a beautiful place to stay for my wedding weekend and I even did yoga on the front porch with some birds 💕 She did warn us that the cabin has well water but the fridge was full with a Brita! I hope she enjoyed the flowers we left because we all loved the cookies she made for us 💕
