Stan is an amazing host and was so courteous that he cleaned up the drive way when it snowed like crazy. He was extremely warm and nice to our daughter and it was great experience. We enjoyed the house and hospitality.

Great get away home for a weekend out of the city with friends or family. Plenty to do around the house with games indoor if the weather fails and awesome pool / pickleball / other outdoor activities also. Lots to do around the area in terms of hiking and cute little towns to drive around. Shoutout to the West Kill Brewery.

JunkO and Ryo are great hosts! They are very responsive, thoughtful and helpful. The place is super clean that we feel comfortable letting our 11 month old crawl and explore in the house. Generally, a very nice stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Went to hunter mountain to go ski with a family trip. House was as described. Everything was great.

Mark’s place was such a treat for our long weekend away. We had two generations staying together and there was lots of room to be together and rest. The kitchen was spectacular, large, eat-in, comfortable for multiple cooks and cleaning, plus nice pots and pans. The house was pristine, clean, very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the grill, the game room and the beautiful quiet land surrounding the house, lots of deer (charismatic megafauna!) were out among the apple trees, and Mark kindly hand binoculars available in the house. It was a unique stay on a large apple orchard, and a wonderful place to be together. Can’t recommend enough!!

This is the third or fourth time I've stayed here. Always clean and stocked with essentials. Plenty of space, toiletries,kitchen has every pot, pan dish, bowl. Anything you might need is there including a washer and dryer with detergent. Very Comfortable

The house had the bedroom and bathroom count we wanted. The kitchen was perfect for our use, the dining table large enough for our group. The outdoor space was absolutely lovely. Beds are comfortable. The decor is unique and fun. The location was very convenient to my sons wedding venue.

Beautiful house, the view from the lake is beautiful, since the weather messed up a bit our stay the game room give us a lot of fun. Definitely looking forward to come back in the summer. The host was very responsive and helpful. No complaints in my end. I read in some others reviews people complained about the smell on the water and yes is best to bring your drinking water which Mairlana did to us that recommendation. Other than that the house was perfect.

Our stay at Eva's place was exactly as expected. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the house was conveniently located for skiing & visits to Windham town.

We had a great stay at Winwick house! Donnie was very responsive and provided good instructions throughout the process. The house was cozy and a perfect winter getaway.

After spending the day in Cooperstown and the surrounding areas, it was wonderful to come back to such a quiet, beautiful and beautifully furnished, place. Was exactly as described and pictured. We spent the evening downstairs playing pool and darts and watching movies on the television at the bar. My friends and I were very impressed with the place and would love to come back again, especially in the warmer months as two of the the bedrooms are in the basement and would likely stay nice and cool during that time. If you're looking to get away but not be too far removed from The local attractions, we highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay with a few days of skiing and hot tub sunsets. We came up for a small family trip with my wife and our two children and we had friends from the Poconos meet us up and my sister came down from Albany the area with my niece and nephew for the last evening to share some pizza from Windham Pizza. The hosts were very accommodating and I cannot recommend this property enough. Less than 15 minutes to the slopes made our ski trip super accessible. This was our second stay at Elsbree House, so we knew exactly what to expect-a gorgeous Victorian home close to great restaurants and to fun area events. Rafael is an extremely responsive and flexible host who is always available by text. We hope to return in 2025!

This was one of the nicest AirBnb's I've stayed in. The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. It's situated in a gorgeous part of the Catskills. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We had a great stay at Jack’s cabin! It was beautiful and cozy, and the perfect getaway for our little writer’s retreat. Jack’s instructions were very clear and helpful, and the lack of WiFi was not a hindrance for our needs since the cell service was fairly good. Everything was clean and tidy, and the kitchen was stocked with the basics. When I had questions about the garbage situation (its carry out, so be prepared if you are renting a car etc) Jack was quick to answer. We so appreciate his generosity in sharing this special place. 10/10 would recommend!

Marika’s house felt like something out of a dream. Our stay was absolutely magical, from the ethereal artwork to the comforting wood fire stove and coziest couch, we loved every second. The stunning views stole our hearts. We stayed during a winter storm and I wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else. The vast windows were perfect for watching the snow fall. Marika is the perfect host, she made us feel so welcome and comfortable. You can feel her wonderful energy all through the gorgeous home. Every nook of the home is filled with intention and exquisite attention to detail. We will be coming back as soon as possible, we fell in love it with all. Deepest gratitude to Marika.
