The home was quaint and well furnished . It has all the amenities. The welcome snacks were a nice touch and very much appreciated.

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment was spotless, well stocked and comfortable. It suited our needs for a location in the Catskills.

Loved the character and location of Tyler’s place. Easy to walk everywhere in Hudson and then come back to a cozy home. Close to great restaurants and shops. Happy to recommend staying here and will book again in the future.

Nichole did a wonderful job with organizing her space, which was clean and homey. She left a binder full of recommendations and helpful information about the area!

The perfect location to enjoy a weekend in Woodstock. We walked everywhere and enjoyed a great meal at the Pub! Apartment is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay memorable.

Great spot to get out of the city for a few days. Perfect location for us as it was very close to friends we were visiting in the area. Walkable to a local coffee shop, cafe, deli/market, wine store, and gas station. The apt was very clean, bright, and had a wonderful historic charm to it. Very quiet, even for being on the main street. Highly recommend staying here for a central location to lots of lovely small towns, hiking, skiing, swimming, fishing, beautiful drives, and good local food. Jen and Caroline gave us great instructions and there was plenty of info in the apt when we got there on how to use the locks, lights, and whatnot.

This is the second time I've stayed here. To be able to enjoy the expansive view and serenity from a seat in the garden is enormous. Carl is on site and responds immediately if needed, but the apartment is quite private and independent from his house. One caveat: there is no communal living room. there is the communal kitchen but for indoor lounging, you will be in the bedrooms. for me, it's a no-brainer trade off for the spectacular outdoor space. I'll be back!

So happy we found this place! Decided to head to NY sheep and wool with less than a weeks notice so we couldn't believe we found this place. Super clean and exactly as described. Decor was lovely, lighting was great, and bed was comfortable. Was walkable from a great breakfast spot and while we saw other restaurants we spent most of our weekend in other towns for dinner so didn't get to test them out. This place is perfectly located for hopping between Kingston, Rhinebeck, and Woodstock! Plenty of parking and a nice quiet area. Appreciate that the host noted before we confirmed booking that there were others staying in the place above us so we may hear footsteps, etc -we did, but not an issue and didn't effect our stay. Hope to stay again on a future trip!

Really enjoyed my stay. Great amount of space, rooms were large with lots of storage. Cute kitchen with all the necessities. Close to shops and restaurants. Diane responded quickly with any questions we had and was super friendly.

The apartment was absolutely lovely for a long weekend stay in Kingston. I traveled solo and felt safe in the house and neighborhood. The apartment was well stocked with coffee, cooking supplies, soap and linens - everything I needed for the weekend including some extras. I genuinely appreciated all of the thoughtful details in the space that helped make it comfortable and efficient. Highly recommend for a solo traveler or couple of friends looking for a fun getaway!

A perfect little place for a long weekend getaway. Jenny’s place is warm and well situated on Warren Street. My stay was seamless and I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by Jenny. Thank you for a lovely birthday weekend!

My partner and I spent a long weekend at Will's place and it was a great experience! Great apartment with the essentials and beautifully decorated. The apartment is located right in the middle of everything in Hudson - tons of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance! Will is also a great host and we look forward to hopefully staying again soon.

We loved our time at this beautiful cottage! We have been to lots of Airbnb’s, and most have been a good experience. This cottage was something more. We both felt instantly relaxed when we walked in the door. It was so cozy and comfortable. We slept great in the comfy bed. The pictures can’t describe the feeling of the place. Warm, cozy, peaceful, inspiring, comfortable, quiet and truly rejuvenating. I will be making a trip to the area again as soon as possible, just to stay in this cabin retreat.

We enjoyed our stay at Frank and Mette's. Frank sent a message letting us know we could check in at an earlier time, and we were given clear instructions on check-in details. The space was great, just as advertised but I feel the pictures don't do it justice. Anything you might need is there, and we appreciated the water stocked in the fridge! Clear instructions for the TV were left, and information about our stay as well. We utilized a spot in the driveway. Frank also had let me know we could use the deck entry when I had previously inquired, for any exit or entry after first checking in through the main door, but we had no issues with the main entrance so we chose to continue to use that instead. AC units worked great, bed was comfortable, and shower had good pressure. Downtown is right nearby, including Samuel's Sweets. And Poughkeepsie is about a 25 minute easy drive for anyone needing to venture out that way. We would definitely stay in the future if we are in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and incredibly well-prepared. The host went above and beyond—there was a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. She truly thought of everything we might need, from toiletries to kitchen essentials, including a variety of snacks/breakfast items, coffee and teas. It made our stay comfortable, relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved my stay at this amazing place! Anna was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. The location and comfort of the place made my trip unforgettable. I will definitely come back if I ever get the chance to visit again. Ami’s place was great! Stayed for my birthday and was surprised with a delicious tres leche cake upon my arrival! The view was incredible, amenities were amazing, overall it was everything I hoped for and more. Thanks Ami!

Daniel is an incredible host and the space far exceeded any expectations. I loved the attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the bathroom was next level. Right at the base of belleayre mountain which is great for anyone looking to ski. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay for Hits- so close! Everything was as described and the host responded promptly to questions.

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

Our stay at the Mountain Top Hot Tub Suite was totally worth it! We were in the area for a relaxing nature weekend. From the start check in was smooth. We arrived in the late evening and the hosts left clear typed instructions with pictures for our stay. The moment we stepped into the space we felt relaxed. The room was so clean, with beautiful nature accents through the room and very comfortable bedding. There is an area for shoes at the door, a laundry basket in the bathroom, and plenty of washcloths. Do bring your own supplies if you’re particular, but the hosts left lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. There was tea and coffee, mugs, a water heater that we used in the morning to prepare tea! The mini fridge held all of our cold drinks during the trip! Last but not least the hot tub was a real treat! Really relaxing to the end of our day. Cozy and perfect!

We had a great time staying in this beautiful and comfortable space. It had everything we could hope for and was perfectly clean. The air felt and smelled fresh as we walked in the door. It was spacious and well appointed with extras like condiments, games and puzzles. There was a dog gate and potty bags in case we brought our pets. We didn’t bring ours this time but might in the future because we definitely want to stay here again. There were plenty of clean linens and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were great. The coffee was delicious and there was tea too. We didn’t use the air fryer, but it was nice to have that and the gas stove in case we wanted to cook. Thank you for a great stay!
