Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sarpy County

This home was perfect for our family during the Berkshire Hathaway weekend. Located in a nice neighborhood and an easy ~15 minute drive to downtown Omaha!

Such a cozy place to stay especially with kids! We had a couple rainy days on our trip and were able to stay in and enjoy the house! The most well stocked house I’ve ever stayed in! Kids played games, loved the rock wall and the Pac-Man arcade game!

What an incredible place to stay for a Brewery Tour weekend. The outdoor space here is amazing and the Host was helpful with insights on where to go and see the sunset etc. Made some incredible memories. We loved the fire pit, deck, and all of the space inside as well.

Our stay was seamless. The kids loved the fort under the stairs!

This is, hands down, the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! So family friendly and small child friendly. Sarah has thought of everything! So many great and unique amenities can be found here! 5 jeeps, weight/size labeled lifejackets, toys, bedtime books, spices, Tupperware, S’mores kit, extra toothbrushes and floss, hair ties, wireless speaker and much much more! The property is a great mix of beach and forest. It is nice & private and conveniently located off of the highway. The kayaks and paddle boats were so fun to take out and the kids had a blast on the lily pad and slide. The game room was so fun for both the kids and adults and made for a good indoor activity on our rainy day. The beds were comfortable, towels and beach towels for days! The washer and dryer are industrial size making it so nice to go home with clean clothes. The kitchen & closets have labeled cabinets, drawers, and baskets making it so easy to find anything. We were amazed! Wish I could give it 10 stars!

This house was beautiful and the accommodations were top notch! We loved the spaces and the way it was all decorated.

Super great place if you want somewhere safe, fun and planned for little children all the way to adults. All rooms and areas are great and the back yard and ample parking is super. Everything you need outside of the Omaha area (Papillion) close to a gas station, market and a few restaurants as well.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved the privacy the basement entry provided. Everything was very convenient. The kitchen had everything needed to cook full meals. We were able to leave without any dirty laundry thanks to the washer/dryer. The two smart TVs functioned perfectly. 10/10

Merry was very responsive and provided a safe, clean, warm place to stay and I would stay again if I needed to.

We stayed well. It is a nice place if you need two separate rooms. Would stay again.

I stayed one night at Todd's on a long drive to Chicago - well worth it! The flexible check in was convenient. I got in later than I thought I would, but with the 24 hour check in it was no problem. The mattress was comfortable, everything was very neat and clean. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a basement, so sometimes you can hear a bit of noise from people moving around upstairs but it wasn't an issue for me. I would definitely stay here again if I was staying in Omaha!

Great place, very spacious and beds were very comfortable! Place was very clean and only 12 minutes from the airport! Only downside was the noise from the cars passing by but other than that it was perfect for our stay.

My husband and I had a great time during our stay here! Would stay here again!

Luanne & Joe’s place truly is amazing! Plenty of space with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen & bath. Only a 25 min drive from Omaha which is nice if you want to check out the downtown area which has a ton of great restaurants, malls & breweries! 5 star stay for sure :)

Safe, comfortable place. Very clean.

The place was great. Good location, clean, had some water and snacks available and was really great to deal with. The only problem was the construction on the street and parking lots adjacent to the listing—although to be clear that wasn’t the owner’s fault at all and she warned us of it before we arrived. Good stay!

Whitney was quick to respond to our needs/questions. House is simple but clean. Parking can be confusing in the back lot and street parking is limited in the evening. Overall met our needs. Would book again.

Jane went above and beyond — and yes, that’s a cliche, but seriously — she did more than what I ever would have expected any host to do to make sure we enjoyed our getaway weekend. She was incredibly informative, helpful, and accommodating - I will be sure to book with her again when I return to Omaha!

Clean and updated. Very comfortable. Close to downtown. Quaint and cozy. We would definitely stay there again.

I felt very safe and secure at this location. Lots of construction in the area but nothing that could bother you. Just upgrading these horrible roads in Omaha. It was a comfy home like spot. I loved having the balcony. The bed was super comfy. The place was cool and I plan to stay there again! Jamar was super cool and responsive. Thank you!

if you like apartment/condo BNBs, this is a great choice. I didnt have a pronlem getting in. neighbors noise was a minimum but you couldnt hear them once inside. the indoors are great. everything was nice spotless and clean and beautiful. Definitely worth another visit to omaha

We loved staying here! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the neighborhood was amazing. Off street parking was as described, but a little tight for our vehicle. We would definitely stay here again.
