Waterfront vacation rentals in Sant'Antioco

It was a very positive and beautiful experience, above all thanks to the location of the building located in the center of the village. The apartment is very comfortable, functional , practical and clean equipped with all the comforts listed on the site. The beaches of the island are really beautiful, reachable max in 30 min, with enchanting and unique views. Daniela was very kind, reserved and always available, recommending restaurants, beaches and places to visit. We will definitely be back to benefit from the tranquility and friendliness received from the islanders in these three weeks in Sant'Antioco. Thanks again Daniela

Spacious apartment with all the comforts for a very pleasant stay in the fantastic island of San Pietro. In particular, it has the advantage of being within walking distance of the center and having the opportunity to park at the entrance, as well as having the largest supermarket in Carloforte right below the house. Thanks to Salvatore for his hospitality and flexibility!

Spacious and pleasant accommodation, perfect for a beach vacation. Maybe we who like to cook would have liked to find some extra and maybe newer utensils. Great location, close to the center and the long sea, in a short time with the scooter or car you can reach all the beaches of the island and you are also close to Calasetta. Eugenia has always been kind and available for any questions or needs. Definitely recommended and maybe one day we'll be back!

This has been my favorite Airbnb during our visit to Sardinia. The flat is perfectly located just above the piazza and close to all the great restaurants. Surprisingly, you don’t hear any noise from the piazza if you need peace and quiet (incredible windows and screens). But I thoroughly enjoyed opening the windows to look down below, listen to live music, or enjoy café early in the morning before getting my day started. The flat is beautiful and I especially loved the sun roofs/vents in the bedrooms on the second floor. Having a bathroom on both floors was very convenient too. Alessandra was extremely responsive both before and after check in. I look forward to staying with her again during our next visit!

wonderful place and sea view in the heart of Carloforte!

We had a wonderful stay in Sant’Antioco. The apartment is perfect for two people, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable visit. Francesco is a kind and attentive host, making the experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely book this apartment again!

We stayed at Baby House for the second year. Like the previous experience, we had a very good time. The apartment is really nice, tastefully furnished, attention to detail and very clean. Mr. Grazia, Gianni and Giulia are friendly and considerate. No longer it is not possible to think about vacations in Calasetta without staying at this jewel.

We had a wonderful relaxing week in Carloforte, and wished that we stayed longer on this lovely peaceful island. Luisa is a fantastic host, as well as her husband Dino. Which made are stay in Carloforte more interesting and lots of fun! We highly recommend staying in Carloforte for a holiday and especially with Luisa as your host. Daryl & Elaine

We felt really at home and welcomed at Cynthia's place. The apartment has so much character and pretty details, which made it a lot nicer than other holiday lets or airbnbs. Cynthia was kind and helpful and we enjoyed the beautiful location, so near the village's port and coastline.

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable in this little paradise. The house has a large and well furnished kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a smaller room, as well as a small bathroom. Everything very clean and functional, but not so beneficial for people over 180 cm. The location right on the beach and so close to the water is priceless. Fall asleep to the sound of the sea and wake up, swim, snorkel, walk along the beach for hours, this is pure vacation. There is also a lot to explore in the area, as well as great restaurants, good shopping, everything great. But our highlight was certainly visiting the dolphins on the first day while we enjoyed our aperitifs on the veranda, two animals rummaged in the bay, indescribable. We were there at the end of the season, the bars/cafes on the beach were already closed, people hardly had it anymore. Completely happy we have returned home. THANKS Valentina and Enzo!

We had a lovely time staying in Sant'Antioco. The area is fantastic and the flat was well placed to explore both on foot and by car. The flat itself was well proportioned and had everything we needed in it; the AC was apricated in the bedrooms and we made the most of the beautiful courtyard with the lemon trees.

Portoscuso is a wonderful village in that region - Sardinia - which I as an Italian living in Germany call Italian paradise. Chiara and Livio's house is in a breathtaking place, just a few meters from a wonderful sea, super quiet, dreamy! The house is also fantastic, nothing is missing, it has an incredible maritime charm! The interaction with the owners is also perfect, kind, nice and always available! Thank you so much for this dream vacation!

We had 7 wonderful days at Patrizia's apartment. Our arrival was in the evening, which is why we were first surprised by the supposedly abandoned hotel complex in the middle of nature. But Patrizia's apartment is lovingly and very comfortably furnished. We felt so comfortable we didn't want to leave. The setting is an absolute dream for beach lovers and friends of nature. By car, the area is very easy to explore and you can reach many very beautiful and quiet beaches. Since we were there after the high season, the hotel complex was not much visited. We had the pool almost to ourselves and it was very quiet and relaxing. Every evening we were able to enjoy the breathtaking view directly of the sea and the sunset. An absolute highlight. The accommodation is recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy quiet days in nature and by the sea while staying in a beautiful cozy home. Recommendation!!!

The apartment is equipped and very clean in a very quiet area.. we needed a quiet and relaxing place to spend the holidays and we found it.. in the evening sleeping with the sound of the sea that is attached to the house, we liked it very well.. great experience.. Tony and Eugenia are very kind but not intrusive.. recommended..

I stayed 4 nights in this beautiful apartment, well cared for in every detail by Federica, an impeccable host who provided us with very precise instructions for self check-in in just a few minutes, without time limits. The apartment is clean and well furnished, just as shown in the photograph. The area is also perfect for easily visiting the island of San Pietro considering that the departure of the ferry is just a short walk from the house.

The house is very nice and in a comfortable area, about a 15-minute walk from downtown. It is very easy to communicate with Morena, if you have any questions or information, contacting her by message in a few minutes. The thing I appreciated most is the guide of the recommended places that Morena leaves for each guest, very useful to evaluate the activities to be carried out.

Ideally located to discover the Southwest of Sardinia. Quiet, clean and spacious apartment, very nice terrace, sea view with splendid sunrise. No problem parking just downstairs from the building. All amenities (supermarkets, grocery stores, bars and restaurants, etc.) nearby. Thank you:)
