Quartu Sant'Elena vacation rentals

This is a very comfortable apartment directly in the historic area. It is extremely clean and very well furnished. Even though it is in a busy area with a lot of action, the apartment is very peaceful and quiet. There is a very nice terrace where you can relax and enjoy breakfast or sit down for a drink. You can easily walk everywhere and there is plentiful of great restaurants.

We spent 1 week at Villa Layla with 5 adults, one toddler and one baby. Federico was a great host, responded quickly, also helped with other requests and a special situation great and responded quickly. Thank you ! His staff Elia was super friendly and helpful and even spoke German. Thanks, too, at this point ! The house is as described - great pool, plenty of bathroom for all bedrooms and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped - only flaws were missing pot holders and maybe 1-2 more dish towels. But these are small things. We felt very comfortable. The location of the house is very quiet - you definitely need a car, for shopping etc. Many beautiful beaches nearby :)

Wow, what a stay! Beautiful sunsets, relaxing setting, short walk to the beach. And the host was absolutely amazing! She was there to welcome us and was super responsive throughout our stay. A 10/10 experience! We highly recommend and will be back ourselves 🙂

Leandro is an exceptional host. He waited for us despite our delay. He told us how everything worked in the house. A welcome basket was waiting for us with local products. This house is a great place to relax in the peace and beauty of the place. Downtown is a 15-minute drive. I recommend this rental without reservations.

The accommodation is very nice, with a beautiful pool and close to the coast and beaches by car. Gian Luca was very responsive, I would recommend!

We super enjoyed the house and beaches nearby. 10 minutes away the village of Villasimius is a must. Monica and their manager Elias are waiting for you day or night if anything comes up. Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

The apartment “Via col vento” is one of three residential units in Julia's house, with a common courtyard. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered terrace. It is exceptionally well planned, comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. Julia is an attentive and hospitable host who responded kindly and quickly to all our requests and was also happy to provide additional household items. She greeted us personally on the first day, even though our plane was delayed, and kindly adjusted the check-out time to our needs. The rest is exactly as described in the exposé and in the comments of other guests. We recommend the house and the owner without reservation and would love to come back.

As mentioned the area is very well localized Patrizia was extremely helpful in every way at one point we had mentioned that we had a small glitch with the Internet, believe it or not even on New Year’s Day she came to fix it…We thought this was amazing and it was! The next day she came by and changed our towels and to make sure that everything was in order… so obviously she cares very much for her clients and gives wonderful service… This obviously made our trip Just great… We will certainly be back in the future
