Splendida villetta a solo 20 metri dal mare, gli spazi sono stati arredati con gusto e ogni angolo pensato per rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile. Due camere da letto: una matrimoniale con finestra fronte mare da dove potrete sentire il suono delle onde del mare, una cameretta più piccola con un letto che diventa matrimoniale per un' altra coppia o i vostri bambini. La sala da bagno è spazioso con una grande doccia, sono compresi gli asciugamani. La cucina è completa di tutto!

Apartment in villa at the sea

Our apartment is located in Marina Residence just behind the beach. You can reach the beach in only 5 minutes walking distance across the village. To reach the city of Cagliari by car takes you around 20 minutes. The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa. All around the house there is a nice and green garden with lemon trees and flowers. A part of the garden with a barbeque and a shower is reserved for our guests. The apartment is ideal for families and couples.

Cozy studio apartment in a quiet residential area, just a short distance fron the sea. It features a double bed, a kitchenette and a private bathroom. Locsted within the garden of a private home. The apartment is sanized after each guest change using steam disinfectant (on surfaces, bathroom fixtures, mattress and kitchenette) to ensure a safety stay for our guests. Guests are informed that, from 01/06/25, a toutist tax introduced by the Municipality will be required.

Lovely Seafront Villa

Waking up in front of the sea and being equidistant from Cagliari to Villasimius is the best way to start your day. The village of Marina delle Nereidi is surrounded by greenery and overlooks a small rocky beach with pristine waters. You can relax in its pine forest equipped with shaded benches and games for children or end your day at the beach at the soccer field where you can organize a game of soccer with friends.
