Villa vacation rentals in Sant'Antioco

Ramon and Valentina were perfect hosts, friendly and caring. The villa with garden is a small oasis of tranquility, leaving the balconies open you can hear the sound of the sea from inside the house. The house has all the amenities that allow you to have a nice vacation, it's like feeling at home. Everything is very tidy and clean. They paid special attention to our children, providing us with a crib, high chair, changing table, and even diapers. Upon our arrival, we found a basket full of fresh, delicious vegetables. The villa is less than a five-minute drive from the beach, in my opinion, the most beautiful in southern Sardinia, the Tuerredda beach. I highly recommend staying here and if we return to the area we will stay here again.

We had a great stay at Mariano‘s place in a lovely part of Sardinia. The place was amazing with magnificent sea views from the patio and master bedroom’s terrace. A small beach which was never overcrowded was just a few minutes walk down the hill from the property via a little path, but was also easily accessible via a flatter road from the village.Other beaches, probably the best in Europe were also easily accessible. One needs a car to enjoy a holiday there to be able to get to the nearby amenities, beaches, restaurants, but we were fully prepared for it. Mariano was very helpful, he and his wife greeted us personally at the property, showed us the ropes and gave us plenty of useful local advice on shopping, markets, restaurants, activities. It was quite hot during our stay but air-conditioning worked well. An outside shower was a very nice and convenient feature on coming back from the beach. We had a great time and hope to be back soon! Thank you, Mariano!

Unforgettable stay. The villa sits in a dreamy spot in a pine forest two minutes walk from a beautiful beach, with crystal clear waters. The house is superbly equipped and provided with a comfortable roof, and furnished with great taste and attention to detail. The photos can't make the place look good. Stefano and Elisabetta are perfect hosts, very generous and available. Very highly recommended.

This beautiful villa is a perfect base camp for a peaceful sport family holiday with a car. A lot of hiking & biking possibilities, a large, nice garden with toys & playing possibilities for kids and beach nearby. The beds are comfortable and house has all necessary amenities. The third room is a mezzanine, good for sleeping (e.g. for bigger kids) but too low for adults to stand, access with steep wooden stairs (visible in the pictures). In practice the house ideally hosts one (large) family rather than two couples (with kids). Garden nicely decorated with great plants & night lights, beautiful views to the surrounding mountains.

We were guests in Giovanni's house for 5 days. We stayed in a newly built house, tastefully furnished and very clean, in a great location for beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Giovanni is a very kind and helpful person.

Very nice garden, three cute kittens who stop by every day. Balcony downstairs nice to sit in the morning, makes a very typical Sardinian impression, you feel like you are on vacation, very quaint. Kitchen small but everything available. Unfortunately, the TV in the living room was very small, so not usable for us (no Smart TV), then watched TV on the IPAD. Air-conditioning in the bedroom cools well Everything you need. Beach can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, we always drove down 5 min. by car. The beach is one of the most beautiful in the south (have looked at several of us). Supermarket also 2 in the immediate vicinity. Apartment is on a hill in a quiet area (walls were a little thin, neighbors were sometimes noisy). Our landlady was always easily accessible and we could always reach out to her.

We had a great stay at Matteos place! The beach is absolutely amazing and super close. The house is very quiet and relaxing and has a big terrace with a great view.

Lovely, and a the big garden lets the kids play and run around.

We had a great time at Liliana’s villa. The location is superb and very close to the beach and local amenities. The accommodation is very clean and well looked after and both Liliana and Ernesto were extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this villa!

This house is the perfect spot from which to either walk or drive to a different beach (one more breath-taking than the next!) every day. The house is beautiful and clean, and the furnishings are estethically pleasing. It begs for al fresco breakfasts, lunches and dinners! We had a terrific time and we’re also able to experience the entertainment in the evenings at the Laguna hotel which is a convenient 2 minute walk from the house. I definitely would recommend this host and house to others!

Valeria was very friendly. She was always available to answer our questions. The airbnb is located on a higher hill with a breathtaking view over Chia and the sea. The house has a charming enterior and a very beautiful garden. Everything was very clean. You have to consider that the house is surrounded by beautiful nature. Which means that you’re confronted outside and inside with insects such as ants, mosquitos and little animals f.e. ghekkos. There‘s no aircondition, so if you leave the window open, you‘ll be kindly (but early :-) ) waken up by the beautiful singing birds. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would recommend this airbnb. Mauro

We loved our stay at Villa Bianca and would highly recommend to families looking for a relaxing break. The villa is beautiful with views over the countryside and out to the coast and Isola Pietro are incredible. The pool area and gardens are beautiful, the pool was super for cooling off and swimming with the kids, nice beds and great bbq area. The villa inside is well equipped and very clean, and the beds felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. A car is required to drive into Calasetta and Sant Antioco, also make the most of the beautiful Oasi Blu agritourismo restaurant, which is right next door to the villa! The most incredible food. Thanks to Simona and team for always being responsive and helpful.

The house is very quiet and idyllically located on an unpaved road just outside the village, which can still be reached on foot. From the house, through the large panoramic windows and from the terrace, you have a magnificent view over the beautiful landscape to the sea. The house was clean, very well equipped, spacious, modern and fully air-conditioned. Stephanie was always available, the few problems that occurred during our stay (failure of electricity and water supply after a storm) were resolved impressively quickly. We felt extremely comfortable at the place and had a great vacation.

We had a lovely stay at Novella’s place. The house is great and the surrounding beaches and the sea is magical! I would like to return here!

An amazing house, with everything you need inside ! Franco is a great person and very friendly ! We spent a very good time there. The swimming pool is great, the rooms are clean and all equipments are included (lots of TV, AC, WIFI, washing machines, ... EVERYTHING IS HERE!) , the kitchen are fully functionnals and the barbecues are perfect ! We didn't find any negative points, as everything was perfect. Thank you very much for everything ! Don't hesitate any seconds, it's a perfect villa !

The photos dont do the view justice. Amazing elevated location. Perfect location to head to the Chia beachs and beyond. Great wind all day with flow through doors/windows kept the place cool without needing the aircon. An excellent place to tour Sardinia from. Andrea the host was impeccable and I would airbnb with her anytime.

This is a lovely clean and modern villa, with a great pool. It is East-West facing, but there is a lovely veranda outside the kitchen, which gives wonderful and refreshing shade. The villa is family friendly and our children really enjoyed swimming in the pool. Location wise is perfect, with the commune up in the mountains, but not too far from beaches at Chia and Pula, plus the archeological site at Nora. The commune is also served with a mini-market and pizzeria, and a few bars/restaurants. Also recommended is a trip to Sant Anticio, and the e r oh e-bike tour through the saline and to the saltworks. Aurelio and Francesca were very welcoming and helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

The apartment has a fantastic location. We lived almost only on the terraces with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Enrique is the outstanding host. If you have any questions, there is feedback in a very short time and he will take care of everything.

Nice villa which offers a near private experience. The space is shared with other ~10 villas but no major issues. The pool is just in front of the villa which is very convenient if you have small kids. The closest beach is okay for Sardinia’s standards, I’d recommend walking a bit farther to Su Giudeu for nicer colours and finer sand. Anthony is a great host, you can rely on him to get local tips. Nearest supermarket is okay to survive, but to pack your fridge, better going to Pula. Two downsides during my stay: 1. Cleaning was done only once during a 9-days stay; 2. Gardener routine, including the very early times to water the garden. In general, a terrific (still pricey) experience to repeat.

There are trips and places which have a big impact on you,Luciana’s place and her being the host definitely is one of them. The house is exactly like Luciana, warm and beautiful. The view from the terrace is so beautiful, it fills you with peace and hope. You wake up to birds chirping and you can drink your coffee with the first rays of sunshine coming from above the mountains which you can also admire from the comfortable terrace. Even if it rains you can just sit there and enjoy the view and listen to the gentle raindrops as the terrace is covered. Inside its very spaceous and very nicely arranged,everything to satisfy your needs. Kitchen is also very nice to cook in with a big fridge and all the equipments you need to make anything. Luciana keeps the house so clean that you could eat from the floor when you arrive. Stores and restaurants close by, best beaches within 10-20 min. Chia is very calm,your peace is guatanteed here. Its easy to get anywhere with a car. We will return!!❤️

Mario and Sylvia are the best. Very nice, helpful, humorous... it was a huge joy to meet you. The house is totally cozy and located in quiet surroundings. On the driveway you drive directly under a fig tree and immediately have the right atmosphere. The garden and pool is huge, very neat and beautiful. Our son even learned to swim in the pool and also for our dog it was absolute paradise. Mario and Sylvia have great tips for things to do that we have all followed. There are great beaches and coves nearby. Porto Flavia is not far away and definitely worth a visit. Sant Antioco and Calasetta are quick to reach and offer all the shopping you need. (And of course they are beautiful)! Get an ice cream and take the ferry to Carloforte. It's worth it. It's difficult to put that into words... it was the perfect vacation. Thanks Mario and Sylvia!!! We stayed with the family (2 adults, 2 children) in October at Villa Floridiana. We really enjoyed the stay. The location of the house and the amenities are wonderful, well maintained and very clean. The garden is fantastic. The view overlooking the sea and the Torre di Chia is wonderful. We felt very comfortable and at home right from the beginning. In the immediate vicinity (5 min. by car) is a beautiful, quiet beach (Spiaggia Dune di Campana) where you can also loungers incl. Beach towels can be rented. There are good shopping and restaurants. Simo is a very good host. His communication was excellent. A big thank you also to Marialuisa, who handed us the house absolutely spotlessly. In the middle of the week there was another cleaning service and the gardeners took care of the garden and pool. We can definitely recommend Villa Floridiana and would love to come back anytime.

Excellent location within 5 to 10 minutes of some superb beaches with clear water. walkable to local supermarket and at least 4 restaurants that are all very good. The villa was exactly what we were expecting. Ninni was always on hand if we needed to contact him. We travelled to the East and North West Coastal beaches during our stay but felt Chia had the most to offer as the real Sardinia and its scenery is hard to beat.
