Josephina was very friendly and punctual. The house is on 3 floors with a space outside where you can eat and private parking space. The location is great, 3 minutes walking distance from Calasetta beach and 5 minutes on foot from downtown. Highly recommended!

Raffaela's place was just as described - quite spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a useful en suite wc/sink for one of the bedrooms. It's in the newer part of Carloforte just outside the old district, about 6-8 mins walk to cafes, restaurants and maybe a 10 min walk to catch the ferry back to Sardinia or nearby Calasetta. The kitchen was quite well equipped if you want to eat in, with a lovely outdoor eating place. There's no wi-fi or air con but the mobile service was pretty good. Overall, it's a good value, very convenient option if you want to stay on the lovely island of San Pietro. If you don't mind a bit of walking, it's somewhere you can stay without a car and use local buses or bike rental to get to some lovely beaches and beauty spots. Silvia, who took care of us, was very attentive and helpful. She immediately responded to all inquiries and was very helpful with tips on dining and nearby getaways. We visited Porto Paglia in May, which is off-season and were extremely satisfied. The whole neighborhood is full of magical paths for walks, blooming and scented nature, beautiful sunsets, and absolutely empty beaches. If someone is looking for a quiet and welcoming environment right by the sea, then in May this place is absolutely great. The place is well-equipped and clean. A private parking spot is a nice bonus. lovely space high up on the slope with great views. You have to have a car to stay there. A quick drive then you'll be in the pool or on the beach. We bathed in Chia on an absolutely stunning beach. Close to the nearest town, Pula, is also. Good bed and ok sofa bed. Nice to cook in the kitchen and lovely dining areas outside. We had 13 very nice days in this apartment.

We loved Patrizia's place, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, privacy and she is a wonderful host with great kindness and very available to help as much as possible. If we go back, we'll definitely stay with her again

Very nice place ,we were very welcomed. Clean inside, everything we need (ex : coffee machine +caps,salt, pots and pans ) all outdoor equipment (umbrella,sun loungers). Linens and towels clean- it was our next trip to Sardinia and we were positively surprised by this. A home kept with love and care. Stefania and her father Gabriele are two precise and helpful people. The place is wonderful for those who love the beach and the rocks. We had a great time.

Very spacious house furnished with care and equipped with every comfort for a very pleasant stay. The large terrace with sea view is very nice, with a huge table for eating and equipped with sun loungers and armchairs for sunbathing or relaxing with a view of the island of San Pietro. Very convenient covered parking space on the property. Portoscuso is a small town but there are restaurants, two large supermarkets, an excellent ice cream shop and some shops. In ten days we visited the beautiful beaches of the area reaching Piscinas, Porto Flavia, the islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, the city of Iglesias. Sulcis was a beautiful discovery; to be recommended. Paola welcomed us very warmly, also available to give us flexibility in arrival and departure times.

Very nice house with all the necessities and in a superb wooded setting (the garden, and, beyond, the pine forest) close to a beautiful long beach very pleasant for children. The pine forest is also a safe place for children to play safely, during the period when we were there, which was not very touristy. Simone was extremely flexible on schedules (in our case frankly changing schedules), and always very friendly in her communication! Also, and this is becoming rare on Airbnb, the price advertised is the price you pay (no excess type of linen or towel rental type, tourist taxes etc.). I recommend it!

The detached villa is located directly at the beach and thus has a great location. The view of the sea every morning was outstanding. The beach section right in front of the house is clean and quiet. The welcome by Laura, Marco's mother, was very warm and welcoming (Sardinian sweets, sparkling wine and ice cream as a welcome greeting). Communication with Marco and Laura was straightforward and friendly. The amenities and spaces have exceeded the description and pictures in the ad. The garden furniture has been renewed, for example, and the rooms are brighter and friendlier than on the pictures. The equipment of the house is excellent: a kayak, loungers for the garden, a warm outdoor shower, the kitchen was also very well equipped - only a dishwasher we missed something. We had a group of 10 people (2 children) and found room in the property. Thank you for the great week! We would come back anytime!

The apartment is spacious and bright with a spacious and comfortable terrace overlooking the salt pans. Extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Central but quiet area, a location from which you can visit the center on foot but also move easily to the beaches and the rest of the island both by car and scooter. Federico was courteous and helpful both in terms of flexibility of schedules and in providing us with directions to places and restaurants worth checking out. A week-long stay in which we felt at home. Highly recommended

Elena's home is as described, cozy and quiet. The apartment is a few minutes from the historic center, it is equipped with everything you need for a good stay and the cleanliness is impeccable. Mrs. Elena was very kind, she welcomed us and met our requests.

Piero Battista and Vittoriana are a young, kind couple and available in every case. Of the apartment we definitely appreciated the spaces (two bathrooms for two rooms, a huge living room, a comfortable kitchen and a pleasant outdoor private space with chairs and a side table), the tranquility of the area just 500 m walk from the bustling center and the easy possibility of street parking. The apartment is modern, has a laundry room, air conditioning in the living room and fan for each room (the apartment is still quite cool). A small oven/bakery is well-stocked and of excellent quality just a few meters from the apartment. I recommend the stay to those who want to experience Carloforte in total relaxation with the best comforts. I hope to be back soon!

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!

We had an amazing time going to the attractions around the island and definitely good to have a car. If you would’ve had to walk everywhere, the hills would’ve been a challenge for us 70+ year olds. Once we got ourselves to the waterfront, finding parking wasn’t too hard and we enjoyed our gelato and pizza.

We had a good experience with Andrea’s place and communication was great. Beds were comfortable and the location was ideal.

We stayed at Mauro's apartment for a week in mid-September. The house is situated in a very quiet neighboring street at the top of the hill which allows a great view of the bay of Chia. We also enjoyed this extensively from the beautiful terrace. After a brief, unobtrusive and very personable contact with Mauro, we felt right at home. When we had a question, Mauro was immediately available, but there was nothing more, because everything just worked. I don't want to make a list, but from kitchen utensils to coffee maker, washing machine, garden grill etc. pp. just everything there. Well, a big TV is also there, but we didn't need that now. Particularly remarkable how meticulously clean the apartment was. We have been to many different places in Sardinia, this was one of the most beautiful for us. Close to the most beautiful beaches. For walking, the beautiful coastal path Strada romana. Our stay was great!
