Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sandoval County

My friend and I had an absolutely amazing stay. Kristy communicated with me early on which made me feel most comfortable in my choice of places to stay since I didn't know the area. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting her in person as well. She made my friend and I feel right at home. Her place was everything the description said it was. It was one of if not the cutest places I have stayed. I plan on returning to Albuquerque and will try to stay there again. The house was quite warm feeling and in a quiet neighborhood. For the money, it just can't be beat. We were attending the Balloon Fiesta. I don't think we could have gotten any closer to the park by staying anywhere else. Kristy was quite prompt in answering all of my questions. Yes, I highly recommend Kristy and her property and plan on staying with there again.

Perfect place, lots nearby, grocery stores and restaurants. The home was clean and comfortable and the host was easy to get a hold when needed. Communication was excellent. Will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us! Selma

quiet neighborhood, comfortable and clean. wifi was working so we couldn't watch television but other than that, I would recommend the stay.

This is the second time my sister, my niece and I stayed here. It has beautiful views of the mountains and the hot air balloons. The place is spotless, the beds are comfortable, the snacks and wine were a treat. The only problem we had were the remotes in each room turned on all the fans and lights in the other bedrooms. Imagine my Sister and Niece’s surprise when I turned on my fan in the middle of the night! Ha! We had a good laugh the next morning! We never did figure them out so instructions to that and how to work the thermostat would be helpful! We love this place. It’s a little far from shopping in Albuquerque but so nice! Very nice host and very good instructions on getting in. Thank you so much! We will see you another time.

Very beautiful home! As soon as you walk in you are able to feel the homey vibe, nice neighborhood, very calm. Katey was super responsive and very helpful. Always responded to messages and was very flexible. Would definitely recommend and book again.

This place was great, very comfortable and updated. Kitchen was spotless and bathrooms. Great size in rooms and comfortable beds. I loved the place, wish I could stay more time. Close to shopping, restaurants and fun places. Visit Old Town!

We enjoyed our visit to Albuquerque and this beautiful, clean home helped us to feel "at home". The home is well appointed including a washer and dryer which we used a couple times. We would definitely stay here again : )

Katherine and Daris’s place is warm and welcoming. It was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed—towels, paper goods, plates, coffee, and more. The surroundings were calm and pleasant, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the Bernalillo area.

While everyone else was price gouging during the International Balloon Fiesta, Cliff rented out a beautiful place at a good price. He was communicative, available, and helpful. Beautiful property at a beautiful location.

Everything was great! I highly appreciated my stay here and Jennifer was always helpful and friendly.

Jennifer was very responsive for helping me to settle in; after that no issues came up. The location was convenient for getting into town. The apartment had the amenities I needed with very nice appliances, including a great washer/dryer. The kitchen was well stocked and I had all the linens, blankets, etc. that I needed. It was very quiet with wonderful light coming in through the big glass sliding doors. I look forward to staying there again when I return to Los Alamos.

Ashley is responsive and will help you if there is anything wrong with Airbnb. It has a nice view. I came when it was snowing, so the airbnb had heaters to keep us warm. Would definitely recommend coming here

Great place, right in the center of Los Alamos so it's easy to get everywhere. Jennifer is also very responsive and helpful if anything happens.

Mia's home was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen had essentials like dishes, tupperware, spices. The bathroom had plenty of towels, shower products, and even body lotion available. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of closet space and even a luggage rack. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer available as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my second time staying in one of Jennifer's properties, and it was so good that I actually extended my stay by a week. The location is *perfect* -- super convenient to LANL, groceries, Aquatic Center, etc. And it's very peaceful & quiet, with a nice view of the canyon. The kitchen is well equipped, and everything is new and clean. But the best part is Jennifer herself -- she is SO helpful and friendly! You will feel instantly at home. This place is a shared 2-br 1-bath flat, so you'll be sharing a bathroom & kitchen with a stranger or two. I was a little apprehensive about this at first, but it worked out really nicely and I would not hesitate to do it again!

I had the best time in Los Alamos here. The house is cozy and the hosts are friendly.
