Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

I only have amazing things to say about this stay. It might be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed-truly feels like a home away from home.

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family beach trip with our dogs. It was the perfect spot to relax, clean up after long beach days, and get some rest. Having Roku TVs in each room was a nice touch, and the provided dog beds were much appreciated by our pups. The pools on the property were a bonus, too. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with pets!

My family enjoyed our stay! The home is updated, clean, beautiful and in a prime location. The views are stunning and the access to the beach was perfect for us! We were within walking distance of Thomas Donuts and Carousel grocery store! Todd and Kimberly were quick to respond to any questions and ensured we had everything necessary for a fantastic trip! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Very clean with great amenities. Close to the beach, great pool access, near restaurants and the piers. My kids really enjoyed fishing off the dock and caught lots of fish. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back someday. Laura was an excellent host and very responsive.

nice and cozy unit

Before booking, we knew we wanted to stay somewhere for a great price, and with plenty of room. We pulled the trigger on this place, and thankfully, Heather’s Airbnb exceeded our expectations! It was clean, cozy and everything you could want in a beach house. Our initial plan was: On the way home we would stay a night in Pensacola. But after being in this Airbnb for 5 nights, we knew we wanted to stay right there! We contacted Heather, and she helped us out with extending the stay! Also, we had a problem with the lock on our door, and Heather was there to fix it QUICKLY after we let her know! The location is perfect, the decorations are perfect, and the vibe is perfect. Overall, this was a 5 star stay. If my dreams came true, we could’ve stayed even longer! 😄🌊

Jerry is very responsive and we had a nice stay in Destin! After a long day enjoying the beaches and fun activities it was lovely to return to a quiet, comfortable, relaxing home.

Mande and crew could not have been more helpful! I have never had a rental property be so responsive and ready to help. We had an issue with the cart (completely user error, whoops) and they came over to take a look asap. They also let us check in early since the house was ready. The house is clean, open, walkable to the beach and a great location for the grocery store and some restaurants as well. Could not recommend Dog Daze more- just book it- it’s perfect!! Also, go eat at Dewys and ask for Kolby

We rented Valentina's beach house to avoid Hurricane Milton. We had a great time and would stay there again. The host was incredible helpful and understanding of our situation. She made a difficult situation much easier.

Very nice home. Had everything we needed in the home. Felt right at home. Very clean and very peaceful. We loved the backyard, the kids played all day. Definitely will be soon. Thank you Five Points Vacation, for making our family vacation amazing.

We visited with 2 couples and 6 kids. The house was perfectly set-up for both communal hangouts and private sleeping for all. Beautiful home in the best location to experience all Santa Rosa has to offer. We absolutely enjoyed the place and made our vacation feel safe and comfortable. We highly recommend you and your family stay here for as many days as you can, as it is perfect, we didnt want to leave. This property is a treasure! The large back yard and side yard had wonderful grass that made letting our mini doodle out in the morning and for playtime absolutely perfect! The porches were so relaxing. Beautifully decorated and landscaped. We had everything we needed and more! Such a cozy and comfortable cottage. Short walk to the beach access exactly as described. We would love to stay here again!

The home is located within walking distance of the beach. The location is nice and quiet and the home had all the things needed to make you feel right at home. The host was very responsive and made the check-in and check-out process very easy. It was a nice place to celebrate my birthday.

Jared was an amazing host. Loved the location of this rental. The space was amazing. Pool was so close and was clean and amazing. Beach was an easy short 10 minute walk. Easy access to main road and restaurants. Area had everything available (grocery, shopping). Jared was so responsive with the couple questions we had. Our families had such a great time here and look forward to and will stay here again. The neighborhood felt so calm, safe and clean. So happy with the whole week.

Our family really enjoyed our time staying here! We can’t say enough great things about the house, the host, and the location. The provided golf cart made getting around a breeze! Very close to the beach and restaurants. The house was very clean, the hosts were quick to respond, and beach access was easy. This property was also right next to the pool. We’re looking forward to booking again!

We stayed here as a group of 7 girls and had a great weekend! Everyone kept complimenting the place and how nice it was, especially the backyard/pool. Great location, very walkable to the beach. As a bonus, the host was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed!

We had such a fun stay at this Airbnb! It’s super close to the beach and shopping at Destin Commons. If you’re planning to visit Crab Island, McGuire’s, or AJ’s, I recommend renting a car, as Uber can get expensive in the area. Communication with Emily was amazing — she responded quickly to any questions and kept us well-informed throughout our stay. The house rules were simple and easy to follow. The only minor downside was that we ran out of toilet paper and had to pick up some more. The A/C worked perfectly, keeping us cool, and the pool was a huge highlight! We also loved having access to all the pool house items. There were nine of us girls, and we had an absolute blast. I would definitely stay here again — it’s the perfect spot for a beach getaway!

We really enjoyed staying in her home. She was very welcoming and very responsive to anything we needed. She also made sure to check in and see if there was anything else we needed. We would recommend her and use her again. Thanks again
