Vacation rentals with a kayak in Sanders County

This is one of the best places we've stayed at. Everything is well taken care of, the owners are very responsive and friendly, and the location can't be beat. We hope to stay again next summer!

Wonderful lakeside home near Kalispell. The amenities are perfect and I wish my group had planned more time to chill at this place, it offered so much. The bedrooms were on point. Would book again

One walks in the door... and wow... let the vacation begin! The view is truly breathtaking! This home is a true gem and was perfect for our family's gathering. With three adult daughters, one with her fiancee, and me with my husband, the four bedroom home provided plenty of private space as well as common spaces. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed us to make many meals in to enjoy the location. We enjoyed the BBQ grill one night as well. The dining table was perfect for meals and puzzle making. The screened porch was perfect, too. Other amenities: a dreamy lakefront hot tub, and kayaks and a paddle boat to play on the lake. We didn't take advantage of the fire pit, but firewood was available. Hal provided restaurant recommendations and we explored a few of these. We also went into the amazing Glacier National Park, which is a 90 minute enjoyable drive We would definitely love to stay here again in the future, as there is so much to explore. Our week-long trip to Eagles Landing was absolutely amazing!! I couldn’t recommend this home enough for your next trip to Western Montana. The home itself is gorgeous. Absolutely stunning view of the lake from the living room. Completely decked out with all amenities. The kitchen is stocked with all sorts of cooking gadgets. Will be awesome if you like to cook some days! If you come during summer, they have all kinds of lake/swimming necessities for heading down to Flathead lake. Scott, it is clear you have meticulously considered what your guests will need during their stay and provided it!! Would absolutely stay again 10/10!!!

We absolutely loved this house. We had 8 guests and it was perfect for us. The dock with the slide was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Morgan and Alma were super easy to communicate with and very responsive. I can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, it was a beautiful place to stay located close to Whitefish & Glacier National Park, which was what we wanted. The house was very clean, they even had a few snacks/drinks there for us which was nice! It’s also located close to town 5 mins or so which had a nice grocery store & a few bars and restaurants. The hot tub was great, very clean. When we were there it had some overgrown plants/trees so you couldn’t see the view from it anymore. You can still see the view from the deck though, which was amazing. This is a nice smaller gated community, it had about 4 different rental properties within it. So not a ton of people, but there are other rental properties there as your neighbors. The only thing my husband and I were confused about was that this is only to rent the bottom of the house. You do not have access to the top of the house or top deck. The owners live upstairs, which was a bit of a shock to us. We did talk to the owners who were very nice but explained that the listing says “guest villa” not “main villa” maybe we are the only ones who didn’t understand that part. Just wanted to make sure others understand that so they don’t have any surprises when they arrive.

We have stayed at Cheryl’s a few times we absolutely love coming back. The place is extremely clean and has every thing you need. The lake access and fire pit by the doc is a nice treat Cheryl even leaves a nice welcome basket with stuff to make s’mores. The beds are extremely comfortable can not wait to come back.

Minerva and Joseph’s hospitality is unmatched. They warmly welcomed my family into their home and gave us a detailed tour of their house and the many amenities it offered, and promptly answered any questions we had. They offered to bring down kayaks down to Lake McGregor and return them once we were done. They also made sure we knew what there was to do around the area. Their home is truly spectacular. It is well stocked for any cooking need and other day to day essentials. They even had a crib and high chair for our infant son. It is built to keep you warm during the coldest winter and cool during the warmest times of the year. It can more than accommodate based on the number of beds and rooms that it has, with a spacious yard, multiple patios, and large downstairs entertainment area. The rooms in the house are cozy and well decorated to ensure you feel at home. All in all, if you need a place to stay in the Marion area, in winter or summer, I can’t think of a better place to stay

Don’t hesitate to rent this place! It was comfortable & well stocked with everything that we needed for a great weekend. When we had questions the hosts/owners were responsive & helpful. 10 out of 10!!

Unmatched location. The yard and the lake is where we spent majority of the trip and was the highlight of my stay.

Wow what a hidden gem! We spent our New Year's here and we loved it so much we extended our stay! The lake view backdropped by mountains in the backyard was incredible. Some highlights worth mentioning about the home... The entire place remained cozy with all of the heating options and full control in each room. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and bake and store food with. Movie nights were special with the giant projection screen and we loved the SMART home system. Of course the Sauna was amazing. Before arriving we were curious about the reviews regarding the step path to the property. If you are an active person ignore the reviews the place is worth the small hike which is in fact a well laid and lovely lit path that was quite charming. We were appreciative to find they shoveled and salted the pathway too after some snow. Worth a visit in the winter. You feel like you are the only ones by the lake. We can't wait to visit again in the summer months!

What a lovely stay with had with Colin on Flathead Lake! The cabins are so clean and amazingly well stocked. We loved the proximity to the lake and, as we were traveling with our dogs., and our seven-year-old, the little public dock and the lDayton park for kiddos and pets was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed meals at The Chuck Wagon (limited menu some evenings, but wonderful, friendly staff and strong drinks) and The Lodge at Lake Mary Ronan, but our favorite thing to do (per Colin’s suggestion) was pick up meat at M&S and bbq on the patio. Heaven! The views, the stars, the cabins, Colin and his family, simply heaven. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway or as a springboard for day trips to Kalispell, Bigfork, Lakeside, or Glacier.

Part of me wants to lie and say this place sucked so it’s not all booked up next time we try to make a reservation. To say this place is a hidden gem is an understatement. Jason and Andrea were above and beyond as hosts from the minute they greeted us and showed us around. The breakfast they served did not disappoint; her triple berry scones are to die for! They lit a fire at 8 every night creating an opportunity to casually get to know other guests. If they’ll have us we hope to start a family tradition and come back for many years to come! Thanks again Jason and Andrea, y’all kicked our wedding off to a great start!

Only there for one night but it was a very nice A frame cabin in a secluded area. Lots of bird watching was possible. Very clean and met our needs. We got a slight internet signal but not much of one. The only downside was there was no trash pick up so we had to find a place to take our trash.

All I can say is this place is spectacular! We stayed for 10 days and I could have stayed all summer! It was very relaxing, yet there were so many things to do including kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, and of course swimming! Beth had treats waiting for us when we got there and then she and her siblings brought us more food and treats a few days later. They made us feel like we were home. The cabin was super clean and inviting. This was one of our best vacations! We will be back! A big thank you to your family for allowing us to stay at your place!

Such a slice of heaven! Elizabeth’s place was so tranquil and beautiful. She was very helpful and a wonderful hostess and gave us some helpful tips on the cabin and location. The pictures do not do it justice, and the amenities are great! We would definitely stay here again. We had such a fun birthday roadtrip to this oasis from Texas and it was worth every mile!
