This place and hostess were amazing! For starters- the place is great with amazing views and spacious and in a quieter setting outside town but still very close for all activities. Secondly- Kali was amazing! We asked if we could leave a few items in the fridge after check out and pick them up after our day in Arches, and Kali was totally cool with it. Secondly, we forgot some items in the place after we left, and Kali was so helpful in helping us getting them back and allowing us to go back into the place to get what we left. In summary: a great place, and a great hostess! Highly recommend.

I've become very critical of airbnbs because we have had some awful experiences, but I was so pleasantly surprised with Granny's Nook! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay with 2 little kids and our dog. We loved the neighbors cats and dogs and it was a safe area to leave our dirt bikes in our truck overnight. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. I'd say my only small complaint was on arrival there was a dead spider and a darkling beetle crawling in the bathtub, the salt was empty and the dishwasher hadn't been emptied from the previous guests. But other than those few things we loved it and will definitely stay there again when we visit Hanksville.

The house was just as described and April provided helpful recommendations. She was very attentive and responded in a timely manner.

I feel so fortunate to have found Anne and her Cozy Cottage! My experience was even better than I imagined it would be. The cottage was very clean, quipped with anything I might need, extremely comfortable, convenient to places I wanted to visit. . . and Blanding is a welcoming, just-the-right-size town. I appreciated Anne's promptness in replying to my messages and thoroughness in providing specific information, which really helped as I made travel plans. Thanks, Anne!

What a unique experience overall and a wonderful place to stay. Jessica’s place was a fun adventure, sleeping in a “cave house” was a family reunion we won’t forget, we will definitely come back. There is lots to do in the area, we visited goblin valley, Capitol reef, the mars research site and dinosaur dig. All within easy driving distance. Also Stan’s was great for burgers and shakes and the rock shop in town was fabulous. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our meals and the property was an amazing get away with gorgeous views. Jessica was very responsive and helpful and was a great host. Highly recommend.

We are a family of six with four kids under 15 from S.FL, completing the mighty 5. The home far exceeded our expectations! It has a modern/updated vibe and an excellent location for Capital Reef National Park! The kitchen was well stocked, and the home was exceptionally clean. The host was very responsive! Don't hesitate if you're thinking about staying here.

Place was great, very clean, spacious & modern . Very well stocked & comfortable. Only drawback was could hear everyone upstairs, sound seemed to carry. If you were in the master bedroom, you hear everyone going up the stairs. Place is a little ways out of town, but not a deal breaker. Overall enjoyed the place & will likely return next year.

We had a great stay in Bluff. Brant was lovely, responsive and helpful. Such a peaceful place to sit out and star gaze at night. Was also less than an hours drive to Monument Valley. Would highly recommend.

We felt right at home in the red barn and enjoyed the quiet and beauty of the ranch. It was so nice to wake up to the sound of birds chirping. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay!

This place is like a Disney fairytale for those who love the outdoors and disconnecting from the outside world. Yes, the road in is no joke but that's part of the journey. Having good ground clearance and common sense when it comes to technical driving will get you there. The rooms are exactly as described and you have all of the amenities you'll need as Tom graciously opens his home to his guests like family. He seems to truly love the area and sharing the magic of it with all who want to experience it. We spent most of the days out exploring the area, but loved coming back to make dinner and witness the animal feedings. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back!

Really loved Preston’s home. It wasn’t until I arrived and read his thorough welcome book that I realized I should have booked for more days. So many ruins and nearby hikes! We arrived after a long day on the road and it was a perfect place to hang with my family of 4 and rest. Great recommendations and are at Yak’s for breakfast - had coffee from Wayne at the Trading Post (espresso and awesome local Navajo art & crafts). Really enjoyed our stay, though it was too short!

We loved staying at the Willow Street cottage! We were impressed by how clean and beautifully decorated the cottage was. This may even be the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The kitchen was fully stocked and the coffee was amazing. We went to the Cow Canyon coffee shop for some breakfast burritos and enjoyed them outside on the swing. Although Bluff was just an overnight stay we thought the town was really cool. Check out the visitors center and Bluff Fort historic site, it was very educational! We hope to be back someday! :-)

Amazing place! Definitely a great place to come back with friends. Super easy to find because of the instructions left by Tyler. The bathroom was amazing and there’s plenty of space and storage. A great place to stay you guys have a great thing going here! Love it!

Jared was very easy to communicate with and responded fairly quickly to our messages. He was also very accommodating as we needed to adjust our check-in day. His place is spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Jared and Savannah!

This place was spotless and incredibly comfortable from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect size for the four of us, with a clean and open layout that made spending time together so easy and enjoyable. After long days of hiking, the hot tub was a dream, just what we needed to relax and unwind. The location couldn’t have been better: just a few minutes from the city, but still peaceful and surrounded by spectacular views. We loved waking up to the scenery every morning! I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area, and we’ll absolutely be staying here again on our next hiking trip. Great place all around!

The house was contemporary and spacious. Everything was clean and no clutter. The view of La Sal mountains from the patio was awesome! We felt safe and secure. Would recommend it for families.

THIS PLACE. I cannot say enough. My Dad who is a little picky DID NOT want to leave this place. It was spotless. All new everything. So modern. Had every single kitchen appliance you could think of. This is one of my favorite air bnbs ever. I would come back to Moab just to stay here, thats how beautiful it was. They supplied everything in excess. I also used the laundromat that is 24 hours, brand new, as if i was the first person to walk into the laundromat. 0 complaints about this property. Would highly recommend, would book again.

Very comfortable little spot.

House was on second floor so carried up all our luggage. House had plenty of linens and towels for our stay. Kitchen was well equipped. House does need a deep clean after being closed up . Otherwise, it suited us perfectly, plenty of room and safe neighborhood.

Bailey was a great host and I would be happy to stay again in the future
