The four days of six in the house were simply fantastic. We felt very comfortable every minute. The house and the garden with the pool are very lovingly and modernly furnished with regional accessories. There was nothing missing and the view of the lake is simply stunning. Monia always responded super quickly through the app and helped with all questions. Very nice and accommodating landlady who cares for the house with passion and prepares the guests. On Monia's recommendation, we spontaneously took part in the now annual Wine&Food tour of the small village of Montemezzo. Simply authentic, delicious and with many beautiful encounters. Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

Spectacular scenery and beautifully designed property

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

Elena and her husband are wonderful host. We had a fantastic time in this paradise. The views will make you stay longer. Elena was very kind and provided us with very helpful information. It was the best decision to stay in Menaggio since we were looking for a quiet and peaceful place overlooking the lake. I will recommend you to stay in their place 1000% Check in and check out was very easy . Helpful tip: it’s better to have a car if you stay here. We went to many places at our own pace. Thanks Elena for allowing us to have a great and unforgettable time!

Beautiful home and art studio. Wonderful host and family. From start to finish this trip and the home we stayed in was breathtaking. If Italy was represented by a person Raffaele would be that person. We were blessed to call his home our home for a few days.

This was my favorite place we stayed while on a 2 week trip to Europe. The beauty of the surroundings along with the amazing views made this a wonderful stay for us. Additionally, the gesture of leaving us fruit and cookies was a very nice touch. We felt at home and safe the whole time.

This home was absolutely amazing. The views are even better than the photos. There are great restaurants around and walking distance and there is a small pier that can be used for private boat pickups. There is lots to do close by and the hosts were also very helpful and responsive. One of our favorite stays in Italy, definitely recommend!

The place was quite well connected to public transport Nice eateries around and the main attraction Duomo was 15 minutes walk from the place. Highly recommended.

the view from the balcony is really great, no matter what time or weather it is, it's always beautiful! The house is also great: spacious, clean, complete furnishings, good beds. The communication with Anna goes smoothly and quickly, Anna is very friendly, correct and nice. The region around Lake Como is an expensive and luxury area. But cooking yourself goes very well in this house and you have the same priceless view at the table on the balcony as in the most expensive restaurant. There are also quite a few budget outings such as taking the ferry on the lake (the slow boat to Como costs €3.50 one way) also the train in Como to the mountain top costs a few euros. By train from Como (tip travel from a station near Como = shorter travel time and parking) you can be in Milan in 45-60 minutes, this is also highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our two weeks at Villa Tesoro. The location was quite during our stay and afforded a great view of the Lake from the balcony. The property was as described with very top end appliances along with being very well equipped, certainly as well equipped as anywhere we have stayed. We found that Gregory quickly responded with the few questions we had regarding the house. We would certainly recommend the house to others.

Beautiful 'home away from home' with stunning views in a quiet town on the lake. Simona is the perfect host - warm, friendly and helpful. She put together an outstanding welcome package with everything you need to start your vacation! There is a lush garden with a resident turtle who appreciates daily treats of diced apple. The cafeteria Aurora at the corner serves simple local food and a delicious pizza. We picked up some pasta and produce at the little mini mart down the street and enjoyed a home cooked dinner on the porch overlooking the lake. The ferry in Urio is a short walk away and connects to all major tourist spots. We especially enjoyed the short ride to Nesso to see the waterfall. Overall, the Casina delle Rosa is a great location to unwind, take scenic walks, and build some wonderful memories of Lake Como. Highly recommend!
