Family-friendly vacation rentals in Salisbury

The Nana-Tucket Inn is an absolutely gorgeous and pristine property with everything a family could need! It was perfect for our family while we were visiting New England. It was a great space for family time and our teenagers had plenty to do. Nancy and Joe are the perfect hosts! They are kind and extremely helpful while they maintain the beautiful property. They are not intrusive at all but are there if you need anything. During our stay, a huge storm blew through Massachusetts with extremely strong winds and tons of rain. Nancy and Joe had the mess made by the storm was cleaned up immediately by a professional crew the next morning so that we did not miss a single moment of the property amenities! Nancy also made us a blueberry crumble cake that was delicious and so kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we cannot wait to return during our next New England trip.

Six of us stayed over the weekend. We were very comfortable and Brad was very helpful and responsive. House had everything that we needed. Brad is a great host. Would 100% recommend a stay.

Really nice converted basement to studio. Large bedroom/living room combo. Through a door was a modern bathroom with stand up shower and a kitchenette. Well decorated and stocked. She is a terrific host. I never saw her but she pre answered any questions I may have had. Climate control was very efficient and hot tub was spotless and easy to access. I will add it is not a private atmosphere for the hot tub as it is open with no privacy screens. My only flex with this rental is that the bathroom and kitchenette area does not feel private due the lack of a wall and instead the use of a privacy screen, to block off the rest of the basement and being able to see her basement stairs (I don’t think she uses them while hosting) but for me the fact that someone could walk down from the main house and be there is uncomfortable. This part is not to complain but inform. It is costly to rent and I always like to know exactly what I’m walking into.

A nice private cottage in a quiet community that was super handy for us to stay until we secured our house in New England. Everything is in place for comfortable living. We lived there for a month long and the hosts were always responsible.

Dave was an amazing host and he provided the best possible get away for our first wedding anniversary. It was private there is so much beautiful outdoor art to look at and the hot tub was the perfect way to wind down after the day. If there was a 6 star option I would give it this was everything we wanted and needed and then some

This was my second time staying here, and it will not be my last. This little peaceful place is beautiful, and the view is gorgeous. The hosts are very kind and responsive.

We loved staying here! Plenty of space for our family of 6, including one little one. It was exactly as pictured and well-stocked with spices in the kitchen and shampoo etc in the bathroom! Beds were super comfy and we loved how close it was to the lake, restaurants, and a playground. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! The host is sweet and responsive and it's in a great area :) lots to do just by walking around. My groups and I had a great time here and would come back again!

Just steps from a private beach in a secluded corner of the North Shore, Mark's house was a perfect place to rest, explore, and spend a long weekend in one of our favorite parts of the world. The house is comfortable and welcoming, and everything was easy. Looking forward to returning!

Michelle was very responsive and great at communicating leading up to our stay. The house was easy to find, good neighborhood, perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Parking was included which was awesome. The T was easy to walk to so we could go downtown every day easily. The host recommendation for Lulu’s Allston was spot on, it was nearby and great. We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay and check out was also easy. Thank you Michelle for hosting a wonderful place!

We loved our stay at Kevin's historic Cambridge home! The 2-bedroom apartment was lovely, clean, and had plenty of room for me and my teenage son, and I loved the cute rooftop deck for my morning coffee! The neighborhood is very pretty, and I felt safe walking alone to the Inman Square shops, local coffee shops, and the subway. Kevin is a very kind and responsive host, and he had coffee & creamer, beer & wine, and cookies for us! The apartment was so much better than staying in a hotel room, and we plan to stay at Kevin's the next time we visit my daughter in Cambridge.

Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. Place was very well cared for. Outside space was great. The neighbor “issue” should not deter anyone who knows how to read. The property is very clearly marked and easily avoided. Jason was very communicative and got us in 2 hours early without us even having to ask plus late checkout! Would definitely stay here again with my family of 4 adults and 1 child. Hopefully next time it will be warmer and we can take advantage of the water amenities. :)

Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

We love coming here. The beach is right across the street for me to look for rocks and sea glass and then right down the road is the beach for swimming. Perfect little getaway. Rachel is an amazing hostess.

We had a great time staying here for a nearby wedding. The location is convenient, the place is well maintained, and Christopher is responsive!

What a perfect weekend in a private cottage by the pool. Although the weather did not cooperate for pool time, Mark & Susan’s cottage was a perfect place to have a central location outside of Boston. You would never know you were close to the city. Absolutely lovely! Their cottage was super clean and inviting and lacked nothing necessary for a long weekend away. They were very proactive in communicating with us about checking in and if we needed anything during our stay. Really terrific!

Good place to stay for Hampton Beach. Short walk to the water.

We absolutely loved our visit to Appledore Cottage! It was quaint and perfectly relaxing. The screened in porch was the best place to just sit…very quiet and peaceful!

The apartment was exceptionally clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — from a well-bathroom to a cozy bed and reliable Wi-Fi. The location was also a big plus: safe and quite. Katy, was a fantastic host — very responsive, friendly and proactive. They reached out to make sure everything was going well and answered any questions I had quickly and clearly. It really made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay. I’d be happy to return on my next trip!
