Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint Joseph Bay

Our stay here was excellent! The proximity to the beach was outstanding! It was around a 3 minute walk to the beach front! It was private and had all the amenities we needed and more! There was also all the beach equipment we needed and more provided by the host! There were chairs, umbrellas, and more! We loved the bikes as well! And not to mention the outside shower to wash the sand off before coming back was excellent as well!

This house was a wonderful vacation stay for our family, one of the best we have ever had. It was walkable to the beach and good local food spots. It was peaceful and homey. It was beautifully decorated, the beds/bedding were ridiculously comfortable, and the house had all the listed amenities and beach needs you may not be able to bring from out of town, like beach towels, toys, and a wagon. Andrea responded to any concerns we had promptly and answered all our questions. She went above and beyond for us and I would definitely like to come back next year. Highly recommend!

Loved this home! Was clean, on a nice quiet street, just a block from the beach. Home laid out very well. Even though we didn't cook, kitchen was well stocked. Our very first time to this area. It was a good experience. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. Husband is already wanting to go back, ha.

This place was in great location with lots of tourist attractions nearby with easy beach access. The home was decorated well with plenty of amenities and fun things for the kids to experience. Communication was easy with Alicia who responded promptly. The place was very clean and organized with comfortable furnishings. Would be a great place for larger groups to rent multiple units.

Kelly and Sandy’s place was great! It’s just a few minutes from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is just like the pictures. Lots of things to do in the area. They were quick to respond with any questions we had. They also live close by, so if you need them, they’re just minutes away to help! Overall, it was a great place. I highly recommend. And will definitely come back!

We have a great time!! Timo was wonderful host. The place was beautifully decorated and clean. The Game room and the electric scooters was a great plus. We enjoyed the pool so much. Everything you need for a getaway is there. We loved that we get to enjoy the beautiful sunsets at the beach. We highly recommend the place for sure.

This was a great place to stay for our vacation. Everything met my expectations and it was super clean and smelled good inside. The place felt cozy and peaceful. Michael was nice and respectful. I definitely would stay here again for vacation.

Saya's place was beautiful, sparkling clean, and conveniently located near many amenities. Her communication was excellent, and I really appreciated her flexibility in accommodating my early arrival, even with a late check-in. I definitely plan to stay there again.

The Pelican's Nest at the Hideaway is amazing! It is very comfortable with a relaxing beach theme and we are looking forward to visiting there again.

We stayed here summer of 2024 and instantly scheduled for summer of 2025 after leaving . Joseph is extremely friendly and has quick response time . This place is perfect for a small family . The pool is very nice and clean . The other guest are also very friendly . We hope to come back soon !

Mark was very proactive in noticing construction noise in the area and made alternate accommodations at a second property before my arrival. He also was easy to connect with and responsive. I had a late night arrival and he made sure lights were on. The Gulf Drive unit met the expectations of the pictures he provided. I would return to it.

We are repeat visitors to this property because it is so well appointed and comfortable. We are grateful for all the thoughtful touches and comforts that are included in the apartment- much better than what you get when you stay at a place managed by a property management company! The shared porch area is a great place for coffee or refreshments. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

Thanks to Rusty and Rebekah’s comfortable and cozy place, my wife and I had a great week on the beach! Rusty was super quick with communication. He gave us wonderful suggestions of places to eat and reiterated that if in need of anything at all we should text him and let him know. When we arrived, we walked into a nicely decorated space that was neat and clean. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and necessities for eating in. The bathrooms were squeaky clean with a supply of fluffy white towels for our use. The king size bed was just right and oh so comfortable. The host supplied complimentary beach chair service which was a plus! If you want an easy, super clean and comfortable stay with exceptional host in Panama City Beach then this is your place!

Amela was great to work with. She answered all of my questions prior to our arrival. The condo was perfect for 4 people. Very clean and there were plenty of washcloths and towels. The beach was steps away. Everyone in the complex was very nice and it was not overcrowded like a lot of the high rises. We will definitely be visiting again.

Pam is a great host. She communicated with me weeks before my stay and answered all my questions with kindness. She made us feel welcomed from the beginning. The unit was overall a good condo. We were disappointed that the tiki hut was under construction during our stay, but we just packed lunches during the day. I would only suggest fans in the unit. The unit definitely had everything you need for a vacation. (all kitchen equipment, beach towels, boogie boards, toys, beach chairs/umbrella) Thank you for a wonderful week!

I would most definitely stay again. Misha communicated very well. sent all of the checkin information day prior to arrival. Her condo was exactly as described and looked. Very clean, and I am that guest that's checks everything once I arrive. I would most definitely recommend staying with Misha.

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Mimi’s place was everything we hoped for and more! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and scenic. The views from her home are breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. Mimi was truly the best host. She was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Every question was answered promptly, and her warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We had such an amazing time and are already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re thinking about booking—do it! You won’t be disappointed.

Just as advertised- million dollar view for sure!!! The balcony alone and being on the second floor in this low rise condo building sells this place! We enjoyed breakfast and lunch from the balcony everyday. The condo has everything you could possibly need or desire! Additionally, the location is spectacular and definitely on the quieter side of PCB but close enough to restaurants and activities. Thank you for sharing this phenomenal place with us!
