We have used vrbo/Airbnb for the last nine years to travel. Connie's home in St Augustine stands out as one of the best! Connie is a very responsive host and the property is well stocked with high end appliances and comfortable furnishings. This feels like a home. We are repeat visitors to this property and hope it's always available for our travels.

This rental was so convenient to downtown. It was clean and nice. The window units did a fair job keeping the place cool. Bed was comfortable. We are glad we picked this one.

I unfortunately didn’t get to stay due to last minute changes in plans, but Carl was great with communication. Would definitely recommend.

Stan’s apartment was so comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated. Towels and bedding were very clean and soft. The whole place was super clean. Just one block from the beach and right by coffee shops, bars and food. An easy walk or drive to everything.

We had an awesome stay at the apartment, just as described and close to the historic center. Wonderful amenities and very responsive host! Definitely would recommend A++

Place is exceptionally furnished. Place was kept cool the whole time. No bothersome neighbor. Gorgeous garden.

One of my favorite stays at an Airbnb. Bedding and sheets were clean, plush and comfy. Air conditioner was blowing perfectly..bathroom was spotless.. WiFi was fast.. kitchen was very spacious!! It was perfect for me since I was solo and working remotely. Location was A+ and extremely walkable. Parking was maybe a two min walk and the directions were very clear. The host was very accommodating and assisted me when I misread the check in instructions in the middle of the night (I’m so sorry about that!). Lastly the neighbors were nice and the very quiet! Def would recommend and hope to visit the city again :)

We love this Oceanside condo community and have stayed at various rentals dozens of times. Todd’s place was comfy and well equipped with beach chairs, toys for the kids, and a small bag for taking ice and soft drinks to the beach. Condo has two very large flat screen smart TVs. Well stocked kitchen, bath, and laundry. Todd was a gracious and responsive host. Great value. We will be back.

Our company utilized Irene's location to house managers while working in the area. Her response times are impeccable and the pictures of the house are very accurate. This location was clean, well kept, and included all amenities listed on the BNB listing. We most certainly would stay in one of her locations again. A big thanking for making it so easy to meet our company needs!

I'm using the translator and I hope it works well, from check-in to check-out. Wonderful house, clean, has everything to make you feel comfortable, the pool is spectacular, the beach is close to the house. Delary is very attentive and quick to respond to any message. I want to return soon. I felt at home.

We had a great stay at Rachael's place! She was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our visit, even providing extra towels upon request, which we really appreciated. While the neighborhood wasn’t the most ideal, Rachael’s home felt like a comfortable and safe retreat—it truly made all the difference. The space was clean, welcoming, and well-stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks and bottled water, which made us feel right at home. Thanks again, Rachael, for being such a kind and accommodating host!

Great house for a group! Three spacious bedrooms and a sofa bed give you lots of space, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d need. Good location right across the bridge from downtown St. Augustine.

The house was beautiful and a great place to stay! We will definitely stay there again when we go back for our future vacations! Noemi was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had! I totally recommend this to anyone who is going to be staying in St Augustine and have referred people I know to utilize this for their trips there!!

We had a wonderful stay - we're local but had family in town visiting for a 40th birthday - 5 adults and 2 children (6 and 7 years old) and had plenty of space. The place was very walkable to the beach, a park, coffee shop, restaurants, and stores. We had everything we needed there, and communication was beyond fantastic. We had one small hiccup during the end of our trip, but the host made it right and we greatly appreciated the quick response and solution. The outdoor space was our favorite. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table, putting green, and pool. Lovely backyard. The beds were all very comfortable. Instructions were clearly laid out for check-in and check-out. Thank you so much for a great stay and I would definitely recommend this rental company and this house to anyone looking for a beach stay.

We are so grateful to Tim and Melody for providing a space where our family could be at home for a long weekend. My partner and I are in the process of creating a blended family, so this time together - and the need for it to be peaceful and joyful - was especially important for our young kids. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. We will be back!

Comfortable, felt right at home! Our doggies loved sunning themselves in the backyard and enjoyed the provided treats 😁 Very close to the tourist areas. Great host who went above and beyond!

The condo was clean, convenient, quiet, comfortable and as pictured. There was plenty of on site parking which was a huge positive for me. Nicholas was proactive in all communications and made sure I had what I needed. I will definitely choose this location again for future visits.

I see us returning to this location for future family trips .

We just got back from spending the long holiday weekend at Butch and Heidi’s place and it was great. The place was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The views from the condo drew us to book and boy did they NOT disappoint. The ocean views were stunning and we enjoyed watching the sun rise over the ocean each morning.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Paty’s gorgeous 2/2 condo in Saint Augustine! My parents were visiting from overseas, and this place was absolutely perfect for them. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated the condo was. The setting in the luxury golf community is peaceful and secure, with lovely views and a relaxing atmosphere—exactly what my parents needed. Paty was an exceptional host—communicative, thoughtful, and welcoming. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay stress-free and comfortable. My parents felt completely at home and were so happy with the experience that they’ve already asked me to book the same place for their next visit! Highly recommend this gem in Saint Augustine—thank you, Paty, for making our stay so special!

I highly recommend this condo for families, couples or others looking for an easy going, safe experience in a great location, with an excellent host. The condo was very clean. Also a great location close to grocery stores, surf shops, restaurants, & other activities. It felt very safe, as it was gated to the entrance of the property (driving in and out), & gated beach boardwalk access. Todd was a great host! He was very proactive reaching out for any needs and making sure my stay went well before and after checking out. Ryan

We had a wonderful couple of days in St. Augustine. Todd's place is in a perfect location to the beach, restaurants, and the downtown. Todd was very communicative and responded to our messages right away. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is very clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the pool and being close to lots of good restaurants and things to do! Cathy was so friendly and very responsive! Highly recommend!
