This is my favorite place to stay when I'm in the area and it's available. I'm comfortable and Randy and Beth are very accommodating. I have very weird hours and there are no issues with that and because of those weird hours, I get great rest during the day in this location. I've walked around the neighborhood many times; it's beautiful. There are countless amenities in the area and I feel very safe regardless of where I find myself. Grab this location when you can.

Everything was great about the place. The only small area that could use a small improvement is the cooking pans. Other than that everything was excellent! We’ll definitely book again for our next volleyball tournament in the area! Thank you!

Wendy and Eric are awesome people and hosts. Lovely conversations and local recommendations. You will feel right at home with privacy and as much or as little interaction as you want. The space is clean and welcoming. The sauna and steam shower are a nice treat after a long day out exploring. The pool is a bonus amenity as well as the outdoor fireplace. The backyard is gorgeous and the sweet dogs that come and greet you are just the best! Did I mention the sweet dogs? They are just too sweet! Definitely would recommend this space!

Carol was great! We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next time we are driving through or visiting near. It was exceptionally clean and private. Easy check in and out. Quaint and exactly we needed for a short stay.

Serguei was a wonderful and kind host. He was very responsive and very proactive. The studio itself was very clean, very comfortable, and very nice. Check in was easy and the hosts were very accommodating. I would definitely book again!

The main room is light, airy, and high-ceilinged. It contains a little entry area, a bed, a kitchen area, and table that seats either two or four, depending on whether you open up the extra leaf. It felt pretty spacious. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a waterfall shower head (but no tub), and there's a closet area in the hallway connecting the main room to the bathroom. The location is great — across the street from William Land Park, and a block or two away from restaurants and coffee shops and a big grocery store. It’s not that far to downtown Sacramento by car or bus (and the bus stop is also just a block or two away). The location is pretty quiet, despite being near two busy streets. The kitchen has no microwave, and I did not find baking pans anywhere for the oven. But there are some pots and pans to use on the stovetop. The bed is pretty low, maybe 18 or 24 inches off the floor, so if you have stiff knees, be warned! I would definitely stay here again!

Would love to come back here. We spent most of our time out, and were said we did not get to utilize the pool and firepit area, but the spot was cozy and perfect for what we needed.

Found this place for a last minute trip into Sacramento for work. We needed a place for overnight, fit my travel budget and had parking since we had a lot of ski stuff and golf stuff with us. This place fit the bill! The bed was comfy- and the back bedroom with the bathroom en-suite was so perfectly dark for a great night rest. Perfect size fridge for our items we had in a cooler- and shower/bathroom was clean and a great size. There was a coffee pot with a good amount of coffee-and even disposable coffee cups. The house is in an older part of town- but don’t let that deter you- the restaraunt scene close by (2 miles by car) had an amazing array of restaraunt, breweries and small stores. We recommend “the butterscotch den” for a funky food experience and the local breweries. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

These are some of the most accommodating and responsive hosts. I like to check in early and that honestly is so helpful after the long drive and they are always so accommodating and understanding and proactive with me. I’ve stayed at their place multiple times and will continue to do so in the future!

I just love this place and the whole experience of staying there! Aric and Rhona have the most thoughtful accommodations for a simple stay. They provided everything I would provide for a dear friend visiting me. I give them the highest praise as hosts!

Really beautiful and clean option! Comes packed with everything you may need for a short stay. Alex was so accomodating and fair to us requesting to stay an additional night too. Lighted entrance if you get in late, dedicated parking space in driveway, and just overall wonderful place to rest and relax. Loved all the clear instructions for how to keep it nice going forward - so appreciative of the high standards!

This is out 2nd stay at Sandeep’s place Sandeep is very responsive to text and with communication about house access and house information. He responded quickly in bringing a few needed items. The space is comfortable and perfect for our needs. We would definitely recommend Sandeep’s place and hope to stay again the next time we are in Roseville.

Oustanding option for an extended stay in Davis. The studio is beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. The location is peaceful yet near a grocery store (5 minutes) and campus (12 minutes). The hosts were responsive and had clear instructions. Would happily stay there again.
