Our space is best for single occupant only as it shares a wall with our home. There is an extra guest fee of $40 per night. Betty's Bungalow - Walkable to UCD Medical Center!

Betty’s Bungalow is a newly constructed (built in 2021) guest house located behind our home. It has its own private entrance which is accessed through the main gate to our back yard and is completely separate from our house. At 370 square feet, it's comparable in size to a 1BR hotel suite. With vaulted ceilings, the space feels large and more open than a standard hotel suite. Easy access to Highway 50 and walking distance to East Sacramento's shops and restaurants.

Curtis Park Pied-à-Terre

Enjoy a unique experience at this stylish, design forward home away from home in lovely Curtis Park, The space was curated specifically to feel like a relaxing sanctuary which I hope you will enjoy as much as I do. Yard in progress with Bocce ball court, cornhole, hammock and table and chairs available or spend time lounging on your own private deck. Close to downtown and midtown, this chic new space was inspired by travels to Europe and New York City
