This home is clean, inviting and just a few blocks from our family. The heating system was super easy to use, which is not always our experience, and much appreciated. The bed was comfy and warm. We like using a Roku TV system so that was nice too. We didn’t use the kitchen but it sure had everything you would need. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Russel is a very good host and very responsive & very kind. The place was beautiful and very clean and I felt like I had a lot of privacy. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody it is definitely worth the stay!

We loved our stay at Suzy's place. Suzy got right back to us when we had questions. The house is adorable and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and there were several hang out spaces. The pillows and mattresses were comfortable and the linens and towels were soft. There were many features like the tiffany lamp in the entry hall, the cozy leather couch and the antique vanity in the main bathroom that made this place feel like home. We would definitely recommend staying here.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly flexible, responsive, and helpful, providing local recommendations that came in handy. The location is perfect—just a short walk to downtown Sacramento, close to the CIM expo and a bus pick-up spot, which was super convenient. The apartment exceeded expectations—it was even better than the photos. I highly recommend it!

Such a clean and cute little place within walking distance (flat 1/2mile) to Old Town Roseville filled with cute shops and restaurants. Also right off highway 80 so easy access to the larger area. Faye takes the time to add little touches that really made it feel comfortable and welcoming immediately. Bed was super comfy for us. Will definitely stay here again if we travel to Roseville

This place was a gem. My family and I enjoyed our stay during the New Year. We were able to cook a lot since they have all the basic kitchen tools we need. The beds are also very comfortable. The backyard was large - we enjoyed playing basketball and corn hole. Overall a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing getaway. There's a lovely park just a short walk away, which our toddler loved. The backyard was a great bonus, offering a pleasant space to unwind. The property itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the toys and books provided for our little one - it kept her entertained throughout the stay. Parking was a breeze and the location was conveniently close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately during our stay, we walked into the beautiful place and there was a leak from the heavy rain/storm that hit Northern California. The host was so quick to respond when I reached out and so graciously booked us a stay at a very nice hotel in the area to make up for it. The home was very spacious and beautiful and it was truly a bummer that we couldn’t stay but the responsiveness and attentiveness to the guests was even more spectacular. The process of staying at a hotel that was booked by another person was unfortunately tedious and took a few phones calls between the hotel and the host but they were very patient to ensure my family and I had a place to stay for the weekend. Five stars for being such great hosts and five stars for their home. If I ever have an occasion to be in Sacramento, I’d book this place again and hopefully be able to stay there this time.

This place was spotless, comfortable, and in a great little neighborhood. The bed and linens were really soft and clean, the couch was cozy, and overall just a fantastic Airbnb!

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Robyn's place is in a great location downtown. Walking to Golden 1 Center and several great coffee shops is quick and easy. It is nice having a small gym that includes the basics. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We will stay again when visiting Sacramento.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Austin’s place! He kindly recommended some coffee shops that we ended up visiting and was very pleasant to communicate with. Would gladly stay at his place again!

Apartment was as described in the listing. Very functional and comfortable stay. Easy to communicate with Susan and the place feels very safe given the location. We were in the area visiting someone at Sutter hospital so the location was ideal, right around the corner. The bed was a bit soft for our tastes, but in reading reviews there's as many folks commenting it was perfect as there were commenting that it was soft so this obviously is a personal preference.
