Very nice place would book again

The check in instructions were very clear and accurate. We had difficulties with getting in because we don’t have US phone numbers, that’s the only negative thing. But Kobe was quick to respond and made sure we got in in a matter of minutes. Everything else was PERFECT! Kobe was super helpful and responded right away whenever I wrote. There were a bit pf traffic noise from the street, but only cars passing by - no music from cars, no honking, no breaks squeaking etc. Nice to have a garage to park in and there were plenty of available spots. Super great location, easy to find, clean and spacious apartment, looks exactly like pics. Would definitely stay again!

Like the place the owners where very responsive with anything. Good place to stay, gated, peaceful, quiet. If im ever around the area again hopefully it’ll be available.

The home was comfortable and clean, and the perfect place to come back to after a day out and about in the area. Josh was friendly, communicative, and willing to let us check in early at the last minute.

Great location and value! Perfect for NASA and the pool was a pleasant place to cap off each day with the kids.

Toby's place is incredible. So beautiful, clean, warm & homey. I would recommend for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the downtown area. 10 out 10. Toby is great & very responsive!

Pam was super attentive and kind. There was a storm that came in the night we did and Pam was very friendly and made sure we were okay. Her guesthouse was very cozy, private, and had everything we could need.

Jeff and Stephanie’s place is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood and was perfect for us. The space was lovely and had everything we could want or need during our stay. Highly recommend!!! We felt very at home in this cozy and relaxing space. The living area is comfortable, warm and inviting. The kitchen is very well appointed and has everything needed for cooking. The queen size bed is comfortable, closet area spacious and the bathroom was spotless as was the entire space. The location was perfect for us. We were close enough to M. D. Anderson for us to be able to walk to appointments. Herman Park is also close by and nice for an extended walk. Jeff’s communication was great. They’ve provided a comprehensive “Welcome Booklet” with lots of helpful information regarding the space and the area. He checked in with us to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything but wasn't intrusive. Jeff and Stephanie are outstanding hosts and have created the perfect place to stay!!!

Great stay at Brittany’s place. I enjoyed the area and amenities in the building and the host was quick to respond and assist whenever needed. I look forward to staying here again.

good place right across from the beach. close to everything and Walmart right across the street if you need anything.

I Enjoyed My Stay I Would Rate This Air Bnb 5 Stars. It Was Very Peaceful No Loud Noise The Best Part Was Reliable Parking. If You Know Houston You Know It’s Very Hard To Find Decent Parking But I Didn’t Have To Worry. I Will Definitely Book Again I Loved It Here And Really Enjoyed My Stay.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was centrally located to everything, literally a 15 min drive to most locations we visited. The apartment are just as the pictures show. It is a quiet neighborhood with great amenities. We loved the gated parking, gazebo and pool. Tavoris was easy to reach & answers promptly . Hands down will book this location in the future. Literally just looked for an upcoming trip and they are BOOKED!

Our stay went without any problems. The hosts were super attentive and kind, and helped us with everything we needed. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommended.
