The apartment is on the third floor of a 16th-century building, it's very bright and has a good view of the roofs. It features most modern amenities.

A cozy and very quiet one-bedroom apartment on two levels, with a private access from a lovely inner garden-court, close to all monuments and sites, yet distant from the crowd and the noise. Located by Piazza Santissima Annunziata, at only 3 minutes walk from the Duomo and the Academia Gallery (David) this place has been just renovated and decorated, and it benefits from a FULL A/C, brand new appliances and a 40" SMART TV with NETFLIX included. Restaurants, groceries and shops are all nearby!

Typical Florentine house on 2 floors, renovated keeping all the canons of its historical period, it is in harmony with the S.Lorenzo neighborhood. Not suitable for those who love modern environments and experiences to live and see. A stone's throw from the central market, where you can find the best of Tuscan gastronomy and shop so much being surrounded by lots of shops. Next to the Medici Chapels,and five minutes walk from the cathedral of S.Maria in Fiore,it is in the heart of Florence!!

Located on the second floor of a palace in the heart of Florence's historic center: two steps from the Duomo, Santa Croce and museums, it was completely renovated and furnished in 2017. It has a double bedroom with a king size bed and air conditioning; living room/kitchen with sofa bed (on request) and air conditioning; single room with double bed and fan; a bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. It has all the comforts of home, quiet and comfortable.

Excellent positions near the train station, Cascine Park, central Florence, and well served by public transit. Everything you need within walking distance. An excellent space to relax in or on the terrace (sunning available) after a long day exploring Florence.
